Staff Iqbal checked us in yesterday, he was very friendly and polite to us. He was very attentive and accommodating to our questions and able to answer us well. The room was very comforting, clean and quiet. Overall experience was very good and would not hesitate for return stay in the future. The bed is too soft, the pillow is even worst ..so soft ..even we ask for harder one ..it came .is still soft ..my whole family suffer these 3 nites stay . My room ph not working even after repairs . The breakfast food item run out, no one top up. Knowing the peak period .the management should have anticipated these. I got to clear our plate to the server . Omg ..even saw the manager coming down to help. Seriously we came here a few time . This is by far the unimaginable experiences. However, the room is clean and staff is awesome. Much better service than last round we stayed. Hope my feedback is listen . Till we stayed again. FyI.i drank the tea terik , the cup even have the 💋 mark by the side ....hahaha

The only downside is the jam around the hotel and we had to drive up the narrow driveway to the 7th floor of the carpark. Carpark is open-air.

The lift broke down. My family and I were stuck in the lift for almost 30 minutes. Inside the lift shaft, there was no phone signal, pressed the bell but no response. When finally got signal, it was weak and the emergency number was to the lift company and not the hotel.
After 30 minutes, we finally heard voices. Took another 15 minutes before they brought us to safety and opened the door.
When queried, staff said they have visual of us in the lift but the intercom was down. This was very traumatic.
The other lifts functioned intermittently when we used it. There were long pause before the lift started moving. It was very stressful after that experience.
There was no service recovery offered until asked. Free breakfast was offered to my family.
Strongly urge the hotel to check the lift especially during and after a thunderstorm.

Bidet spray in the toilet showed signs of bursting. At 3am I decided to called the room service and activate the maintenance team. Fortunately wheh he arrives, the pipe burst and strong jet of water comes our. Luckily his hand was holding it and pointing to the floor. Imagine if I was using it and naked with the jet if water spraying all over the toilet!
Breakfast was not nice. Food looks appealing but taste wasnt fantastic! Lost my appetite to have a sumptious buffet spread breakfast on my 2nd morning.

The pastry corners in breakfast is great variety of danish pastry, doughnuts , wafers. There are gluten free bread.
It would be great if the breakfast has more proteins. There are lot of carbs such as prata, rice, dried bee hoon and noodle soup.

Good and comfortable stay but the lifts were not working unfortunately during our stay and it was a bit troublesome. But the hotel staff did their best to help us transfer to their service lift instead.

It was fully booked so it took a little longer to check in. They made up for it with free drinks and a slightly later check out. What I appreciated the most was the extra touch of providing a fold out sofa bed already fully made, for the kids in our suite! Really thoughtful!

Stay is fine . However since I drive to the venue , the car park is a challenge for car to manoeuvre especially go down from level 7 . There are so many damaged car marked and scratches on the wall . The turning is a little too sharp for big cars

Location is great and the reception staff are friendly. Rooms are ok, but pillows have a bad smell, perhaps due to humidity and poor maintenance, not airing them to remove the odour. Called housekeeping to change the pillow cases, but didn't help, so I could not have a good sleep.

This stay in particular, our room has a malfunction on the AC. It was extremely cold. The engineer was not able to rectify. So I requested a change of room. Although it took awhile to get me transferred. Otherwise stay would be perfect.
