Place is a bit old but clean. Spacious room and lobby but strange room shape, hard to walk through and hard to fit in crib. Old sofas in lobby. Small elevator, small breakfast area but sufficient variety of food. Dirty lobby toilets, must take elevator to breakfast floor for access. Restaurant people cannot speak English. Some simple restaurants and shops available nearby.

Not for family stayover. Room smell of ciggy and moldy. Bed are hard and pillow need to be thrown away. Bath towels are looks like a rug and toilet got a sewage smell. On hot days, a/c not cold enough for the whole room. To the point that I check out early and not staying.

No second time?

Booked two rooms and were given on the same floor but not close to one another. One room has a bigger toilet with bathtub but faulty air-conditioner. Set at 16 degrees but barely cooled up the room.

The other room has an older toilet.

No welcome drink at all.

Mediocre breakfast buffet.

Not worth the price at all.

The pillow is horrible, too soft like it's nothing there. Making me headache the next morning. The shower ran out of hot water in less than 5 mins, forced me to shower in icy cold water early morning. The lighting in the toilet is too dim. Will never choose this hotel again, very very dissatisfied.

the overall condition of the hotel is a little bit disapointing. the floor mat inside both lifts should be changed. they looked dirty and old.
there was thick dust on the window frame -inside the room- that indicates it has never been wiped for quite sometime.
the professionalism at front desk can be improved.

We enjoyed our stay. However, we'd like to point out certain observations. Yellow water is coming out from the shower faucet. The refrigerator does not work, it is as if it was not turned on. The big one for me is that wifi in the room does not work at all - I had to go down to the lobby for any wifi which is inconvenient.

The hotel given us the welcome drink. We complaint the facility such as bed lamp not function to staff, the maintenance staff very fast to help us solve the problem. You also can buy legoland ticket and book the travel trip at the counter very easy for you. Behind the hotel have one Chinese food count the food is ok. Every Monday has a past makan near at hotel but many person.

Service: To be improved. It is a completely self service hotel with no one even at main gate. Did not mention that it is a budget hotel. We opted for early check-in but was not honoured.

You will get what you paid

We we're a company of 4, a 4-year old included. We got what we paid for. The room is not in a perfect condition, but it's not filthy either. The size is good for us. It's near some restaurants and money changers. One thing we did not like is that the cleaners/staff can be so noisy, and they sit in the hallways. Anyways, we did not pay much, so we got what we paid for. We only wanted a place to stay by the way for a day trip to Legoland. The receptionists are very nice, and they can arrange your trips for you.

My family and I had a three night stay at the hotel. the staff were pleasant and attentive. The toilets were clean, spacious and tastefully designed. The room was cool and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping centres . Our only complaint is the fact that the sheets were old and stained although they had been changed.

Hotel Room with bathtub

Room was big and spacious with a rather large bathtub.
However bad experience with the tub as the first time i filled it, i could see alot of residue at the bottom of the tub with the water turning yellow. Alerted the staff on duty. Emptied the tub and tried to fill a second time, however could still see the residue. As a result did not get to actually use it. Not too sure if its the faucet or the water source.

Bathtub is stained. I had to scrub before use.
Family room is big and ideal.
Room facing happened to be a 7th month getai and the singing persisted till slightly past 12am. It is once a year event and I can't say how \"lucky\" I felt.

I wont recommend this hotel to others. When the time im entering the hotel, feeling bad...... Smelling bad. The room is not clean at all.. Theres a strong smell in a room. The room got no window!!!!! The hotel & room look very old & lousy.... I stayed there for 2 night. 1st night i cant even sleep coz of the cleanliness of the bed. feeling like something bite. I requested for chg room. The next room still the same.. and I request again to change another room. Total 3 room ive changed. Still the same !!!! The breakfast was sux !!!!!! They didnt maintain the hotel !!!!!! suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.......

Best location to KSL and Plaza Pelangi, right behind the hotel there are many street food you could enjoy at reasonable hawker price.
If you aim for a short shopping and relaxing trip, this is the place you should stay. Though the hotel bed is not too clean, if you don't mind, the location is the best with this price.

Location is good because its near KSL and night market.

Breakfast was disappointing . Sausages were cold and hard. Milk not fresh. Sardine sandwich so saltish. Did not serve egg for breakfast. Coffee was thin.

No-Frills Hotel - gets the job done

Unlike the photos, the interiors of the hotel were (slightly) old, albeit well maintained. The corridors are not air conditioned, and there was no overhead shelter at the hotel entrance, meaning that you'd get some rain on you when alighting from your vehicle.

The toilet was well maintained a relatively clean, but could be cleaner (some slight stains on the toilet bowl)

Overall, for the price I paid (SGD45 for a Triple Room), it was worth the money. Room comfort was desirable too.

My daughter lost her watch unintentionally during my stay at the hotel and i did not realized until check out. When i returned back to the reception, their front desk staff was so nice and told me they still keeping the watch as my daughter left it at kids lego table in lobby. I was so grateful.

Has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Its a small hotel just beside the Grand Paragon and a night food centre. The stretch of road that leads to KSL mall is littered with all kinds of makeshift stalls (from selling live seafood to clothing and handphone accessories) every Monday evening.

The room is so small n the mattress is small too... i check in n realize the bed is not enough for me hubby n my kid. So request for extra mattress but the said cant due to housekeeping is close.. what a excuse. We went for vacation n end up with horrible night. Me n my husband never sleep because not enough place. Online its states as extra long bed... but its only queen size bed. N the buffet is bad too.

Check in was very efficient, I booked a double bed room online but when asked for one with window, they apologized and said they are fully booked for double bed room with Windows, but offered an option of room with 2 single beds. Meanwhile we can go up and check if we are ok with the double bed room. Glad that we changed to the single bed room, it was much more spacious than I thought. Toilet was very clean, for the price that you are paying, they even have a bidget and rain shower!

Walking distance to Ksl and Pelangi mall. Easy to get a cab as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Attentive to needs.
