Like: near to the Centre Point, maybank, night market, others attraction. can go there by walking
Dislike: No closet/cabinet to keep all my stuffs. I have to keep it in my luggage. no TV channel due to the transition to myTV channel. the staff told they still waiting for the myTv decoder. (im so dissapointed). A lot of trash left in the dustbin at the corridor( near to my room).

Staff very friendly,cheapand cheerful.
Location pretty good.
My room was clean with hot water,loo roll,soapsect.
Downside,i was on the 4th floor with no lift(not stated) and free wifi was non-existent

Disappointing experience

The most frustrating and disappointing hotel experience I've had in a while.
No hot water - the heater didn't work. Lot of mould in the bathroom. Wifi terribly slow - I switched to mobile data just to be able to access anything. Reception in a different building so few will have appetite to go and complain about anything.
Booked the same day and apparently my fault that type of room I booked was not available. They wanted to downgrade me to a windowless room. I refused. So I (1 person) was put into family room with 4 beds. Zero space, almost had to go sideways because the room was completely crammed. The room had a 'window' - on the other side was area where they washed towels and stuff came to eat and drink. So almost constantly someone right behind the window, with zero privacy.

Please fix room 411 window latch, it's broken and can be entered from the hallway windows. i cannot sleep,keep waking up every 1 hour to check the window and my stuff just to make sure nothing is missing. Other than that everything is good

Hotel is very inappropriate especially for family due to hectic surrounding. Parking is not easily accessible. Staff was not informative at all. Never mention about the parking rate/coupon.
No lift is available. I was struggling to get to level 4 since the stairs are wooden made, so family with infant, folks and also big luggage would face difficulty to reach to level 4. Travellers with family is absolutely not recommended to stay at this hotel. In conclusion, this is not good at all

Recommended only for a VERY VERY VERY short stay

We stayed here for a few hours only to spend the night over as we arrived from the airport a couple of hours past midnight. We made a good decision of booking it only for one day *flex*

POSITIVE
1.They have 24 hour front desk perfect for guests arriving in the middle of the night

AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
1.The room is very dirt. We found lots of strands of hair from someone else’s body parts. The bed linens are also stained with what looked like body liquids from humans.
2.The paper towel was running low without even a spare lying around. What’s worse is that it looked as if it was dropped on the bathroom floor and picked up again to dry to be reused.
3.The hotel is not situated in a place that looked a bit unsafe. Better bring all your important belongings if you want to go out especially since there’s no vault inside the room.
4.There’s no elevator if you have big luggage, be prepared for a hard-core workout
5.The value for money wasn't maximized. The hotel looked decent enough for a short stay but I think I can find a better place at the same price. Some parts of the facilities are already worn out.

Good value, but not clean

We stayed in room 415 on the fourth floor. This hotel is stairs only, get lower floor rooms if you have difficulty walking. The value was reasonably cheap, this place is just about acceptable if you go out all day and come back to sleep. Bed comfort was OK, room is very basic with half used toilet roll, clean towels, has windows BUT... as we asked, all rooms are smoking so there will be residue stench if you are sensitive to smell. We opened our windows however, as we are surrounded by shop lots and restaurants below, all cooking and oil smell entered our room. It was very unpleasant. The pillows are very dirty, we asked to change to new pillows and sheets but they are the same, so ended up sleeping without them. This hotel can be improved as location wise it is in central town near the jetty and markets.

No lift when the staff gave you room at 4th level

During check-in i've asked the lower level because i've brought my baby together and my husband was alone to brought all of our baggage; total was 4 bags. But according to the staff if we booked through the website then the boss will gave us the room at 4th level only. For me it's not about the price. We can pay the extra but your service must be excellent as well. This will be my first and last time checked-in to this hotel. Thank you.

The comforters and pillow not so clean. But the staff and location is good. The hotel also don't have a lift, not suitable for older adults or handicap.

If the cleanliness can be improved more thsn before the hotel would be nice place to stay.

The hotel was good but the receptionist is NOT friendly AT ALL. She doesn't give us receipt of payment on the day of check in, when I asked for it she told me she will give it on the check out day. To my surprise, during check out I asked for the receipt and she said \"y dont u ask when u check in\". whaaattttttt ?

Hotel that near center of city

Attractions are nearby, in a walking distance. Hotel supply laundry service at RM1 per piece. Staff were nice and gave much advises. Night market is just in front of it. Sufficient parking lot except evening time as night market takes place.

정말 친절한 시내 중심부라서 좋아요 하지만 시설은 기대이하

늦은 새벽 체크인도 친절하게 잘 도와주었습니다. 하지만 방음이 전혀되지않는 방과 밖에서 안을 볼 수 있었던 창은 치명적이었고 거기에 곰팡이 가득했던 수전은 씻을 엄두를 내지 못하게 했어요

일단 24시간 프런트를 운영하고 있는게 장점이었어요. 낮에 여성 호스트분들도 친절했어요.

끈떼 끈처에 야씨짱 깥은 께 있어써 빰에 씨끄러웠고 에어컨 리모컨을 안 쭤써 온또쪼쩔을 못했꼬 또마뺌 나와써 짬을 못 짰어요 끄리꼬 체크아웃할 때 계씨떤 할아뻐찌 같은 뿐이 너무 뿔친쩔했꼬 쩌희빵 네본째 층이었눈데 엘리뻬이토 어ㅃㅅ어써 짐 때매 무꺼워 쭉는 쭐 알았어요 싼맜에 갔눈떼.. 떱꼬 무껍고 뿔친쩔하꼬 끄냥 뼐로예요
