The staff were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel is in very close proximity to the Asakusabashi subway station. These are the only positive comments I can make about this hotel. This is a 2 star hotel at best, and I am only giving it 2 stars because of the staff and the location.

Very calm and quiet neighborhood. Just a one-minute walk to the JR and subway station, making it very convenient to travel anywhere in Tokyo.
The suites are a bit dated and not recently renovated, but everything works well and feels comfortable.

Personal super amable, el tren que lleva al aeropuerto esta a 4 minutos caminando de la estacion. Lugar es seguro de día y noche. El hotel muy limpio la cama confortable y los cuartos tienen shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, cepillo de dientes y pasta, pantuflas, secadora de pelo. Oh y en la recepción tienen artículos que la están incluidos para el cuidado de la cara. Si viajas con presupuesto ajustado te lo recomiendo.

I’m overall still unsatisfied with my stay at this hotel. I understand it’s summer (August) and obviously this location is popular. I just can’t believe they would give my parents a room with a malfunctioning door. They kept dragging it on trying to fix it for 3days. My parents had to use keys to open manually instead of using a card. On the 3rd day, even the keys wouldn’t lock anymore. My parents had to move all luggage to my room. They wouldn’t give them another room and insisted on getting someone to fix the door that day. We returned back to the hotel and they left us a letter saying they couldn’t fix it and had to change rooms to a lower level. The issue is the ac being broken and only gets slightly cold. Come on… it’s super hot in the summer and we definitely need ac to relax after a long day of walking. The hotel did refund partially for my parent’s stay. But the stay was not comfortable or convenient in any way at all.

The washer and dryer equipment are not very good, so either avoid using the laundry or wash a very small amount of clothes; we washed a medium load, and it was not clean or dry :(
There was noticeable dust behind the TV area, which was terrible, but it would get blown around if the air-con fan were higher.

Room carpet was dusty at check in. Had to borrow the vacuum cleaner to get the dust out. Because it was a long stay they couldn't switch the room. Staff was nice and friendly. Convenient location near the JR Station. And it was great having a Lawsons in the lobby.

Had a great experience at hotel MyStays. I stayed here in August 2023 and June 2024 and couldn’t recommend it enough. Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing location with a 2 minute walk to Asakusabashi station, and about ten minute walk into Akihabara. Whenever I come to Tokyo, I will always stay here! Rooms are small, but I was hardly in the room, apart from to sleep. Fully air conditioned as well, which was much appreciated as we approach the beginning of Japanese summer! 10/10 hotel for me.

A great location that's tucked away near the Asakusabashi station. This hotel has always been my go to whenever I'm in Tokyo since it's quiet, has a lot of good food and convenience/grocery stores close by, and it's a short distance away from Akihabara.

I liked that the room had a universal phone charger, so that was handy in charging my devices (I did not bring enough cables). Very basic amenities, so don't expect anything extra. Only complaint was when I was there, the dryer wasn't working...which I didn't find out until after I did laundry, so be sure to check that is working before you start a wash.

The staff at the front desk was always super helpful and friendly! The room itself was a little small, but nothing bad for two people. The room was pretty dusty in some areas, but the rest of it was clean and quiet. We stayed here for about 9 days and didn’t have much to complain about, the train station was about a 1 minute walk away, and it was a convenient area to get to many places around tokyo. The surrounding area had many convenient stores and restaurants as well, would recommend!!

I have been back to this hotel multiple times and it’s a fantastic experience each time. It’s close to the station (with elevators), there are dining options nearby including a delicious Yakiniku restaurant. It’s clean, safe, has the laundry machines, and has a convenience store connected downstairs open all night for any necessities!

Absolutely love the property. It’s very easy to get to and has incredibly close access to subway and JR Station to make for quick trips (Akihabara is only 12 minutes walking and even quicker by JR train)

While the room is a bit small. It’s comfy enough. The beds are great and the bathrooms are incredible. Good showers and toilets. The staff does great cleaning and you have good laundry service on site. The staff helped out with any inquiries I had. You also have access to a convenience store right from the hotel so if you’re an early riser like me you can easily snag some cheap breakfast instead of looking for a place that’s open.

I will continue to use this hotel for any future stays
in Japan. You really should use them as the stay has always been incredibly pleasant.

Very convenient location next to Asakusa-bashi station, with many small, charming restaurants nearby. However, with trains running in each direction every 3-5 minutes, noise is a factor.

In my room, I could theoretically use the remote control to set the AC to any temperature, but the actual temperature in the room was always warm and somewhat stuffy.(I mentioned this to the front desk.)

This hotel is so convenient! Right next to the train station and physically connected to a Lawsons conbini. Only a 10 min walk from Akihabara. Surrounded by several awesome food options and stores if you want to hangout close by. The room was small but comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

MyStays is a good inexpensive business hotel chain. The prices are one of the lowest of business hotel chains. Amenities are limited but rooms are comfortable and clean. Wifi worked, had a minifridge, humidifier and tea. Only one elevator so keep that in mind. At MyStays chains disposable amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, shaving cream, wash cloths etc) are kept in the lobby and they seemed to be out of many or them the day I stayed. So that was too bad. Outside of that it was a perfectly nice stay.

The venue s in a great location surrounded by many great restaurants, convenience stores, and a train station. Rooms are roomier with a bigger bed than expected. Only downsides were that while the door to the room was strong and sturdy, it didn't absorb sound and you can hear everything that goes on outside as if you were there. Also the bidet toilet for my room I believe wasn't aimed properly and it's hilarious how a male such as myself had to position myself to make it work.
