First time staying at a Cube for lodging. Overall, the property was great. Favorable in cleanliness, amenities in bathroom, PJs, towels, and space to store my stuff, securely. The location is awesome too!
This type of accommodation caters to young adults who I found out, are pretty inconsiderate noise wise. If you stay over a weekend, know getting a solid rest is unlikely. My sleep was consistently interrupted after midnight. There's zero noise buffer between cubes. For this reason, I will only stay week nights, if I return.

I was worried that a room the size of a twin bed would be claustrophobic, but the ceilings were high enough to feel spacious. The storage space under the bed was large, and I was glad to have personal space to lock them in. Staff were helpful and spoke English well enough to get me checked in. The lobby was a great place to eat and work in.

I was greeted warmly during check-in, so that’s always a plus! Thorough instructions on daily operations. Capsules were clean and cozy. Showers and toilet were cool. I just wish there was another toilet in case the other is ever occupied. The change in clothes provided was a nice touch. Back to the capsule space - storage underneath was super convenient. They provided a key which is useful! The light switches were neat. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the temperature. It was too warm. I only spent a night here. Overall, this place is good for solo travelers or for those looking for a short stay.

A great place to stay, mininal ammenties but what they do provide is done very well at the price. With only 6-8 capsules in each row as opposed to 20+ means it is quieter, cleaner and better to use than other capsule hotels. My only major downside is that the capsule does not have a fan inside, making it really hot and stuffy after spending some time inside with the blinds down.

I really enjoyed my week stay here! It's so close to the Asakusa line via Kuramae station with tons of convenience from the 7/11 across the street and only a 15 minute walk from some really cool things in the area. The staff service was great since they give you fresh pajamas , towels and tooth brush+paste every night. The facilities were really nice and clean including the common room. One thing I would add is that the capsules aren't a good place to charge your phone. The current from the capsule outlet (only usb A and C.) was pretty weak so charging in the common area is what I did.

This hotel was so comfortable and the staff are friendly. The capsule rooms also offer luggage storage which I really liked. I also liked how the hotel was close to tourist attractions like Sensoji temple and close to train stations which facilitated mobility. Cleaning services are great too. I highly recommend MyCube if you’re thinking of coming to Tokyo for a couple of days or weeks.

The under bed is big enough to store two medium luggage. The staff are accomodating enough that I left my luggage for 4 days to Kyoto and recheckin again before I leave Japan and they didnt ask for extra charge

Cubes were extremely spacious with a table, hangers, and even a television. Luggage storage underneath is so convenient and helps with unpacking/packing a lot of shopping! Washrooms/showers were always clean and private. Conveniently close to many subway stations as well. Amenities were average and the place itself is not that pretty compared to other hostels, but the sleeping area really does the job super well!

Access to the reception and capsule rooms were via a lift, with no stairs AFAICT. Check in was quick and efficient and I was given instructions about the hotel, my capsule and directions.
I was on the 4th floor, which had about 24 capsules, a laundry room, toilet room and shower room. The latter two were clean throughout the stay and had plenty of cubicles for all the guests. In the shower room, each cubicle had soap, shampoo and conditioner. There were 4 sinks, each with a seat, mirror and hairdryer. Fresh towels and pyjamas were provided everyday.
The capsule was more upmarket, being only a single deck and a personal locker underneath the bed. There was a thick cover, private light, one power outlet, a mini table, a TV and a privacy curtain. The mattress was Asian style and firm, but I found it comfortable.
There was a common area on the reception floor which had loads of manga book, many of which were in English. There was probably enough tables and chairs for 20+ table. I though it was a really nice place to work on my laptop or just relax.
Overall, I had an excellent stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Stay was good. Loved how spacious the luggage storage area under my pod was! Staff is wonderful! The only issue I had was that I have allergies and something with the air in the hotel, not just my capsule/floor but the building space itself was setting them off to a point where I couldn’t sleep let alone be in the hotel for long because of how difficult it was for me to breathe. When I left the hotel I was fine. I was able to open a window on my floor to help let in some air which seemed to assist a little bit but I was still severely congested and have issue with my sinus in the hotel. But all in all it was a great and I’d recommend to anyway that maybe doesn’t have allergies or sensitivity.

I stayed one night at MyCUBE by MYSTAYS Asakusa Kuramae with a friend, and we loved it! We were able to book two cubes side by side through Expedia, which was a great option for traveling together while still enjoying our own space.
The facility was spotless, and the cubes were surprisingly spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The shared shower area and bathrooms were also super clean and well-maintained.
The amenity kit included one-size-fits-all pajamas (which actually fit a chubby American woman comfortably!), a toothbrush set, a dry towel, slippers, and even a shoehorn in each cube. Just a heads-up—there’s no washcloth, so bring your own if you need one. Also, the pillows were a bit firm, so I’d recommend bringing a small travel pillow for extra comfort.
Close to the Kuramae train stop (like 4 to 5 minutes outside the door of the hotel). 7/11 within this same walking distance.

My kids really wanted to stay in a capsule hotel so we chose this one.. it was very nice. Each of us had a cube with amenities like a tote bag with towels and pajamas, a tv with headset, a little safe, and a locker under the bed big enough for a large suitcase with slippers provided. The downside was you can hear everyone zipping and unzipping bags and moving around in the room, and you can hear loud snorers. The pillow was also rock hard, but overall it was really cute! The common bathroom was nice with plenty amenities and nice showers. The only complaint is that every time I went in there, the laundry cabinet area for used towels was overflowing. Oh and there's a little laundry room too if you need that. I'm glad we chose this place for our capsule stay.

Mycube is a clean, safe space for a cheap price. It has a warm ambience, nice accommodating staff. It was a safe space for my 12 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the collection of anime books. The community room is nicely decorated as a lounge/ reading room supplied with comfortable lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first experience with a capsule hotel, but we wanted to try one while being in Japan. The location was excellent, only a minute or two from the Asakusa line, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and they allowed us to store our luggage after checkout time. The space was very clean and they even gave you pajamas to wear so you don't need to unpack yours. My only issue was that it was a bit warm for sleeping (they do have fans in each 'cube' but I normally sleep very hot) so I would have liked a little more control over sleeping temp, and the beds a re a bit hard (but seem to be on par with others we've gotten in Japan.) Overall, a very nice place and I wouldn't be mad about staying again.

Spacious sleeping area for a capsule and very convenient storge space beneath for your luggage - can fit oversized luggage! They held my luggage for me before and after my stay so I didn't have to bring it with me while I explored the area before checking in/leaving. Replenished towels, pyjamas and dental kit every day. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I really liked the large, lockable space for my luggage. The bathrooms were very clean! The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillow was terrible!! Due to the loud noises (people packing and unpacking) it was difficult to sleep. It was also VERY HOT, which may be due to staying on the 9th floor. The noise and temperature made this stay quite uncomfortable.

Very nice capsule hotel choice. This was our first time staying at such a place. The temperature was a little warm for my liking, but you adjusted quickly. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Three of us stayed there for US$100 for one night, you can’t beat that price in Tokyo.

We stayed here 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back we were hoping for the same but unfortunately the mattress were so hard you might as well sleep on the ground and on both floors we were on the people were loud every night. No one seemed to care about being quiet at any time of the night. We were here for a week and maybe 2 nights were ok for sound for one of us. I will say the staff are all very friendly and the options for restaurants and the station around it are all great. I can only say positive about the staff and facility because they were fantastic, but unfortunately the other guest did not respect the rules.

The cubicle is perfect for an overnight stay, complete with what you need for a short visit (storage under the bed, comfortable bed, tv, pajamas, towels). The shower is clean and spacious. This was super cute and quiet. I was excited and nervous about the pods because I wasn’t sure how big they were and how safe it would actually be. We had the entire floor to our self (we were a group of 5), the entire establishment is nice and quiet and there are cameras everywhere so I felt super safe. Plus there are key cards to get to your floor. The pods were very spacious and comfortable and you have tons of storage space under your bed. I like that you have a lock for your items as well. The shower and toilet room was super nice and there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Great location, right next to the subway station exit (this line also takes you to Narita Airport) with McDonalds and Yamazaki just downstairs. Short walk up the road to Sensoji Temple. The pods are spacious and the bathroom are very clean. However, if you need complete darkness to sleep, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask as the main lights aren’t dimmed at night.

My recommendation on a Capsule Hotel
The hotel was a new but interesting experience, which i encourage others to join. While you might be scared of the lack of space and privacy, I found no issues with either and had a plentiful sleep. The hotel staff is quick to help and make sure you have a pleasent stay.

Except, if you're a foreigner, don't expect any non-Japanese channels on the TV so bring your own tablet or cellphone for entertainment. The common room was where you could talk, eat or drink. Was pretty chill. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!
