Was very easy to check in and out. The only thing missing from the room was the magnet for the door for the eco clean/do not disturb, as we only stayed two nights (that wasn't an issue though).
Staff are friendly and very helpful. 6 minutes walk from the station made it easy and in a great location to walk to Skytree (30 minutes) and the markets too.

Not enough comfort
I was there for 7 nights. The bed was concave. The sliding window was not soundproof which made me heard a lot of noise for the outside. Besides, the rest of the room was nice.

Great for the price!! It is a budget hotel with great convenience. We stayed here for 5 nights. The staffs were all very polite and helpful, the free breakfast is alright with a decent amount of options for a small hotel, than you have a grocery store and many convenience stores around easily available. You also have access to free helpful amenities for your stay, which is very nice! If you're worried about language barrier during check-in and checkout, most of the staffs can speak English well. Otherwise they also have a self-check-in and check-out machine that has Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean available.
I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I come to Tokyo!

Disappointed with the hotel - especially the room layout which is very weird. The room door opens to a door - which is the cramped toilet with bathroom. A bed with desk and TV on either side of the toilet/bathroom in the middle. Very limited space to move. Why would I require 2 individual TV and desks? I have such a tight space to open my luggage. Also as my kids stay free, I can’t ask for additional towels for free and it is chargeable. Requested more pillows since only have 2 but none available on first night. 2nd night only provided 1. The breakfast was quite good though with ample selection.

This hotel is basic but quite good, especially considering the price. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Asakusa, Ginza and Oedo train lines. There are numerous food and supermarket options nearby too. The reception staff are excellent and check in was easy. The room is also well set up in terms of layout and the bed is a really good size.
I would definitely stay here again however next time I will be sure to ask for a room that has windows with natural light. Our room looked out to a brick wall so was permanently dark; as a result it always felt like it was night time. The bed is also very hard; sleeping on concrete would have been softer.
Overall, I recommend but only if you can get a room with daylight.

This is the perfect little hotel to rest your head after a busy day exploring Tokyo. Love that the area is very quiet at night so you can actually sleep. The shower had AMAZING water pressure. Breakfast was always delicious. My only critique is that the bed is hard as a rock and made me sore, everything else was great !

I’m very surprized that maid of hotel found belonging in guest room but didn’t pick it to the lobby. On check out date I forgot snack in the room and leaved other belonging at lobby. 立地が、浅草観光にも蔵前のカフェ巡り、合羽橋行くのも便利でした。フロントスタッフの方がとても親切で、印象が良く、ホテルカードを作ることにしました。朝ごはんもおにぎり、スープも和洋いろいろ有り、調理の方も頑張ってくださってて朝食付きはありがたく、良かったです。ビジネス仕様の備品もエコで必要なものだけ使う、これでいいと思います。基礎化粧品も揃っていたので少し施設は古さを感じましたが、ほとんど観光で出ていたので、泊まるには充分でした。ありがとうございました。

Personale molto cordiale ma credo sia una prerogativa di tutti i giapponesi. Ho soggiornato nella camera 1006 piano decimo. Al momento della prenotazione non ho specificato non fumatori, quando è arrivatra la conferma ho letto camera fumatori. Nonostante avessi prenotato il 29 settembre 2024 per il 10 aprile 2025, mi hanno risposto che l'hotel era pieno e non potevano cambiarla. Ho rifatto la richiesta a metà marzo ma la risposta è stata la stessa, promettendo di cercare di eliminare più odori possibili: purtroppo l'odore c'era ancora. Finestra con isolamento acustico prossimo allo zero e termico poco meno...bagno con aspirazione minima, durante la doccia occorre tenere la porta aperta o diventa un bagno turco.
Letto rumoroso con materasso e cuscini molto duri ma per me è l'ideale. Dimensioni minime di una camera matrimoniale.
Di notte, a parte i rumori della strada, si sente come se stesse andando una lavatrice, un motore ad intermittenza (fan coil lo tenevo spento. Non puliscono la camera nel periodo di soggiorno o forse non ho capito se dovevo farne richiesta.
