The room was pretty beat. One of the hangers for the shower head was broken, and the a/c units were in a hallway directly next to my room. No door/wall separating the rooms from outside noises. I was woken up every night by rattling air conditioning/ heating units. Overall it looked like the hotel has seen better days. Not filthy but not as clean as other hotels in the area. For the price I paid ( $900 for 4 days ), I was pretty disappointed. Definitely not staying there again. The staff was nice though.

I had reservations for 2 rooms. The non smoking room we got smelled like a smoking room, the shower curtains has mold and the air vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned. I had to ask the staff to take away our blankets because they were filled with white stains and hair. Looked like they had not been washed in a while. They were able to come back a few minutes later with just one back and if was also dirty. Never heard from them until i had to ask the front desk a day later if we could have blankets. Items in the room were dusty, I had to wipe everything down. I had read the reviews of the same issue, and was really hoping the management would have fixed the issues but I’m disappointed to say i had the same experience as others noted about the room’s conditions.

取り替えたリネン類を運ぶのに 最高かいから一度に運ぼうとするから 一階で長時間エレベーターを待つことになりました 一階についてもリネン類下ろすのに時間がかかりイライラしました。 低い枕の準備がないので 残念。 素泊まりには快適でしたが メイク落としなどが もらえるとありがたいのに。

立地としては申し分なかったです。
今回は一泊利用しました。
駐車場は少し遠かったのは不便さを感じたポイントでした、
強いと言えば、周辺にレストランが少し離れているのも少しマイナス、
でも近くには隅田川に沿ってスカイツリーを眺めながらお散歩できる素敵な散歩コースがあったので、プラマイゼロで、全てにおいてよかったと評価します、
また利用したいです。

Good scenery and easy

Self check-in and check-out process. The view in the top floor is very good, especially at night as you can see Azumabashi with various light.

Although there is no restaurant, there are some convenient store (e.g. Family Mart) near the hotel.

You will need around 5 to 7 min walk from Asakusa Metro Station.

最上階に宿泊出来ました。窓からは隅田川とスカイツリーが見れて最高な景観でした。
駅も近く浅草寺も歩いていけますし、とても便利です。

リブマックス系は安くて良いですが、どこも基本汚いです。
今回もそうでした。特にエアコンが異音と振動、フィルターが真っ白で清掃されてない、加湿器タンクにも汚れ水残り衛生面では酷い。
フロントも外国人が多くおもてなし感がないですね。

여름에는 비추, 겨울에는 괜찮을지도?

로비부터 시작해서 호텔 자체가 뒤지게 더워서 호텔 들어가면서부터 방에 도착할 때까지 짜증 이빠이 남... 엘베 기다리는 시간 길어지기라도 하면 화가 진짜 머리 끝까지 치밀어 오름.

다만 좋았던 점은 방 키를 안 꼽아도 에어컨이나 전기가 계속 유지가 되어서 에어컨을 틀어놓고 나갈 수 있다는 점! 이게 이 호텔의 최대 장점임.

浅草付近で値段で取ったので、仕方ないかと思うが、フロントの対応は酷い。チェックインは名前を言ってすぐカードを渡されて終わるので早いが、あの対応で渡されるなら置いてある自動チェックインを使いたかった。
部屋は暖房をつけても暖まらないし、一緒に泊まった同僚はエレベーターの音がうるさくて眠れなかったと言っていた。

とにかく清掃が悪い👎
ペーパー補充がされずフロントに何度も貰いに行った部屋に届けるのに1時間後とか訳がわからない。
ホコリの拭き掃除も適当フィルターはホコリが溜まったまま。清掃員の茶髪も何本も落ちてる。訳あって長期利用して来たが余りにも悪くなり過ぎたので特にこの時期利用を辞めた。変わった宿泊先の対応の違いに驚いてます。

コンパクトで無駄がなく必要な物は揃っているので快適に過ごせました。清掃も行き届いていると思います。スリッパだけ、多分清掃された後に着いた物だと思いますがちょっとホコリっぽかったので使用前に拭きました。

お水やお茶の提供はありません。
でも部屋に電子レンジと湯沸かしポットがあるので、寝るだけに利用するならコスパは最高だと思う。
チェックインやアウトをATMのような機械で自分で行うのですが、このご時世仕方ないとしてもフロントスタッフもAIロボットのような対応。

長期滞在してます、この時期なので3日に1回の掃除をお願いしてますが、ここ最近部屋の清掃が悪い。テーブル、レンジのふき掃除ホコリが残ったまま、最悪は茶髪の髪の毛が落ちて掃除が雑になってます。ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーも補充も度々忘れている。以前はそんな事無かったと思う。

施設の場所、設備、利便性が良くコスパも良くてお気に入りの常宿で数ヶ月利用してますが、フロントの愛嬌が悪く、朝夕挨拶をする方がほぼ居ない。
フロントスタッフのサービスが変わればホテルの質も上がると思います。
ランドリー使用も多くて状況がモニター出来れば便利です。

他のクチコミで書いてる方がいないので今回宿泊した部屋がたまたまだったのかもしれませんが、風呂トイレの排水溝から下水の臭いがひどく臭くて耐えられませんでした。
あとエアコンの効きがいまいちで、扉からの隙間風が寒かったです。

良かった点は雷門まで歩いてすぐで都営浅草線の駅からも近いこと、部屋に電子レンジとケトルがあったことです。
値段も安かったので特別なサービスは求めてませんが、下水道の臭いがするのは勘弁していただきたいです。
