A very good hotel. Friendly staff, small room - but that’s normal in Tokyo - but comfortable and with all the usual amenities and a very good buffet breakfast. Asakusabashi is a quieter area but had a good atmosphere - day and night - and there were loads of places to eat at reasonable cost. There’s a Metro station entrance within 200 yards and a JR station about 50 yards further away.

Affordable hotel with great amenities and clean. Initially the room was quite humid however once we kicked up the AC it went away within minutes (stayed in July). If you pick the eco clean option for your room, you’ll get free coins for the vending machine! There’s a public bath and a women’s only washing machine located inside the locked code accessed women’s bathing area which I really liked. You can also check the availability of the washing machines on your TV. Just down the street from Asakusabashi station and there’s a 7/11 on the corner and drug stores. Convenient location.

We found it easy to navigate the subway from here to Tokyo, Shinjuku, Akihabara and the baseball game.
This time we found the air conditioning hard to get working. It was either too hot or too cold. Zero English on the remote but I could use my phone to translate.
The only thing that we would have preferred was to have a safety box in the room.
When it rained they loaned us an umbrella
The usual amenities like hair brush, face cloths, Q-tips were available. The nicest thing was protein bars provided in the lobby during the day. We appreciated this as sometimes we were between meals or on the way out.
Beds were not too hard but certainly weren’t soft. Pillow was ok. Room was smaller than most other rooms we booked over the past 3 weeks but it was doable. Front desk staff was very friendly and some of the staff spoke great English.

Very convenient!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the layout of the rooms as it allows us to open our suitcases without a problem. This location is also very close to both the regular subway line and the JR line and walking distance to a few 24 hour restaurants. Everything we have tried to eat on this street has been wonderful so that is definitely a plus!

They also offer drinks in the lobby until about 8pm and they change up the drinks everyday!

Hotel located 5 mins fr asakusabashi station. Room average tokyo size, double room okay. Theres an onsen , but just ok. Bf is good and menu changes everyday. Staff is friendly n proficient. Near lots of handicraft shops, crystals and beads. Following the jr line, it takes 15 mins to walk to akihabara. Will stay again if price is right, ad the trains n subways serve haneda n narita.

Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the bed and pillows. It was like sleeping on the floor. The hardest beds and pillows I have ever slept on. The staff were great, hotel was clean, breakfast was superb! The location was a 3 min walk. The area was very nice and peaceful. I walked outside at 2:30 in the morning and felt safe. plenty of restaurants, foodmarts and 7 elevens in the area

Great little hotel

The room was nice and had everything we needed. The bed was very firm, however the pillows were not comfy at all. We woke up stiff and sore every day. The service was amazing and the cleanliness of the place was wonderful. I was very disappointed about the no tattoo policy for the public bath onsite. If you are going to cater to foreigners you should know that more people than not have tattoos now. The hotel was very convenient to the JR line station and many restaurants. Around there were many bead shops, massage, souvenir, convenience stores, and restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

This property was about a six minute walk from the station. From there all the main attractions in Tokyo, Shinjuku, and Harijuku were all within about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and they took our luggage earlier in the morning, rather than have us come back in the afternoon. If you don’t use the laundry service every day or have them come in and change your towels, you get tokens for the vending machines on the second floor. Toothbrushes, combs, all that kind of stuff is at the front counter. They were also supplying water and sleepy type drinks for the evening. This hotel was very clean and comfortable and was non-smoking in the room that we chose. If there was smoking anywhere in the building, we didn’t know it. We did choose the breakfast option and it was really really good. Oh I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back. We are a couple travelling from Canada.

I really liked this hotel in Asakusabashi, very easily walkable from the train station. Room was small but clean and modern. Great little public bath, which was clean and well-maintained which I used a number of times.

Coin laundry machines were very convenient and I made good use of them in the hot Japan summer!

I would recommend this hotel for people who want to go shopping in Akihabara and have easy access to Tokyo sights as it's right off of a main transit station (with a subway below).

The space in my room was quite spacious! i was actually surprised for the price! I love how the train station/ subway are near the hotel( just few minutes walk) The staff are very helpful if you have any questions at all! and some of them are pretty funny, and definitely know how to humor their guests. The food on their Breakfast buffet are sooo goood. i am so glad i added a breakfast buffet on my booking! If i have a downside here, it's probably the laundry area. I got plenty of laundry but you can only put a certain amount of clothes in there and there are only 3 washer/dryer in it(if im remembering it correctly, there are additional ones in the women's bath. Overall i really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely like to stay here again in this hotel! hopefully they increase the amount of clothes you can put it in the washer/ dryer next time! other than that i really enjoyed my stay here!

Wonderful hotel! Great service, clean room, sumptuous buffet breakfast. Room size is ok. Typical for hotels in Japan. They also give free tokens for their in-house vending machine when you choose “eco-cleaning” meaning they only change towels, slippers, toiletries. Hotel is near Asakusabashi station which is just one station away from Akihabara. Also, it has direct train service to Shinjuku (Chuo-Sobu line), Asakusa, Skytree (Asakusa Line), and the airport (Narita Skyaccess for Narita Airport and Asakusa Line/Keikyu Airport Line for Haneda Airport). Overall, would want to stay here again when coming back to Japan.

This location is very accessible. It is a short walk away from both the JR train line and the subway line Asakusabashi stations. You can take a Keisei train from Narita straight to the Asakusabashi station without changing trains. The WIFI is not great on the 14th floor (I don't know about the other floors), and you really have to get to the lobby to use it. The breakfast buffet provides a very good variety of quality dishes. There's even sashimi on Saturday morning. The single room I got is a bit on the small size. If you are a 6-footer, then you may have some trouble showering in the tub standing up straight and you might have trouble with knee room when sitting on the toilet. The toilets are quite high-tech and can wash your bottom. Nonetheless, the layout of the room is well-designed and does not make moving around uncomfortable. There's an onsen in the hotel on the 2nd floor. I haven't used it and cannot comment. There's a choice of eco-cleaning versus non-eco-cleaning of the rooms. Non-eco-cleaning is the full version of cleaning and includes vacuuming the floor, changing the bed sheets, changing the towels and toiletries, and emptying trash. Eco-clean will change the towels, empty the trash and replenish the toiletries. In short, eco-clean is a subset of non-eco-clean. You get tokens to free a softdrink exclusive or beer on certain days of your stay, if you choose eco-clean. Service is good and the staff is helpful and approachable.

Rooms were good, toilet slightly small, well most Japanese toilets are small. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice water pressure. There is onsen and laundry facilities. I love that I could open the windows slightly to air my room.
The only thing is, Housekeeping took 3 of my towels. They were white towels but they didn’t had the hotel logo on it. They need to be more careful and check before taking it away. I didn’t manage to get it back as I was rushing to the airport. Other than that, it was a good stay

Nice hotel in a quieter area of Tokyo. The on-site onsen was a nice way to end the day after a long day of touring. The room was relatively large by Tokyo standards. Location was OK (right on Asakusa and the Chuo-Sobu subway lines) but somewhat challenging to get back to at night time when subway service was less frequent.

If you stay for long trip, staff will offer for easy cleaning for someday and compensate you with 1 coin for drinking machine, this is very good idea, we can save our planet by reduce the water used for cleaning and get a little reward from hotel. The amenity kit including liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, are good quality. Very appreciate for my long stay.

It is close to the Sumo arena. We had the tickets to watch. Property just opened in March 2018. Has public bath. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice room except made suggestion if they could hang the TV on the wall that way we can watch it laying down. Manager said he understands the suggestion. Not a busy tourist location Mostly locals but accessible to tourists spots. They offer free cell phone use. Very handy

Most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in

Good:
- The location of the hotel is fine
- Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but there was a language barrier

Bad:
- Breakfast was a very odd collection of food and was very much geared towards the Japanese breakfast style, but also included things like fries and spaghetti. We tried it on the first day but didn't bother going for the second two days, despite having paid for it.
- The bed was absolutely awful, both in terms of the mattress and the pillows. The mattress was so hard that we both had severe back-ache after the first night (I do not usually get back-ache), which effectively ruined the last 3 days of our trip and I have to say was the worst back-ache I've ever had in my life. Secondly, the pillows were completely the wrong height and seemed to be made out of some kind of bean bag balls in addition to the pillow. We requested smaller pillows but were told they only had one kind of pillow and the staff suggested putting towels in our pillow cases instead, which worked about as well as trying to dry yourself off with a pillow after a shower. On the final night, we used a second duvet as a pillow, which was a slight improvement, but I have to say, I go to a hotel for comfort, not for this kind of experience and was extremely surprised and disappointed as a good bed is the primary purpose of going to a hotel!
- a few of other people's hairs were still in the bathtub when we arrived, which made me concerned the room had not been cleaned properly.

친절하고 조용해서 즐겁게 지내다 왔습니다. 기대했던 대욕장은 소박했고 화장대는 자리가 두군데 밖에 없어요. 첫날은 사람이 좀 있어서 물기만 닦고 바로 나왔지만 그 다음부턴 붐비지않는 시간대에 여유있게 씻고 나왔어요. 조식도 적당했습니다.
체크아웃 후 캐리어를 보관해주셔서 공항가기전 몇시간을 홀가분하게 다닐 수 있었어요. 최고~~~
