The room was large and nice, but I wish the glass partition between the bed and the living room blocked the light better (one person up earlier than the other). A bit disappointed that the breakfast on weekends didn't start until 7 am. The shuttle was very helpful and the drivers were very friendly.

Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Room was clean, but you could have hearing planes passing by all night and it would be great if windows were isolated. Breakfast was not good at all, cold boild eggs and etc. Staffs are nice, especially the Bus shuttle drivers, Asia dropped us at the terminal requested and was super helpful.

The shuttle from the airport is inadequately sized. 11 passengers took 3 different shuttles and a wait of greater than 30 min. We did not use the shuttle to the airport because it only runs very 30 minutes and we couldn’t risk being 30 min or an hour late. I picked the hotel for the shuttle which was a bummer. The beds in the room are comfortable but they are very loud. Every time a person moves, the bed squeaks loudly. There is too much ambient light. The window curtains are too short, a fire alarm flashes, and the door lacks a sweep so there’s a significant amount of light from the hallway. Our shower was broken. The breakfast tasted good and there was variety as expected for a low price. The gym looked great and the pool is outdoors and cold in April, as expected. Staff was average, not friendly or rude. Given the shuttle and room situation, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at this Springhill location on 2 non consecutive dates, on either side of our march 2026 spring break cruise. On our 1st stay Cedric the gentleman at the front desk over night went above and beyond to help us set up a last minute shuttle to the cruiseport, after a very late night arrival (during the government shut down tsa delay time period). The property was very nice and close to several walkable fastfood locations, gas stations, and a rental car place. Great value for the money spent. In our return visit they went out of their way to help us get checked in early since we had got back from the cruise port a couple hours ahead of schedule, and had a very early flight the next morning. We caught the 1st shuttle in the morning (4am), if using the shuttle get downstairs a half hour early, as it is a shared shuttle with the sister marriot location, and doesnt allow for pre-booking the shuttle, instead they call every 30 minutes about 10-15 minutes before scheduled time to see if service is needed.
The only slight negative would be breakfast (we only got it the 1st stay due to timing of our flight) it was not bad by any means just not as good as i would hope from a marriot which is one of the 3 brands i trust to stay at. Powdered eggs frozen sausage type thing. All in all it was an excellent stay both times.

This is the second time we stay here due to it being conveniently located next to the airport. This time we asked for towels they never brought them up next day same thing didn't ever bring the towels until the 3rd time we called. We stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned our room. The continental breakfast was pretty bad as well.

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean and had everything we could possibly need, but the bathroom door was one of those sliding doors that I absolutely DESPISE having in hotels. Not only is there no lock on the door, but because it slides, there's a huge gap where you can peek in/out through. There's also no extractor, so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in there. It can be really awkward if you're sharing the room with friends, which we were. As trivial as it may seem, something like this keeps me from booking somewhere again. Bring back bathroom privacy in hotels!! Lol.

This was a last minute trip planned quickly. One of the main reasons I stayed at Springhill was front desk associate Stephanie Castillo. I had called 2 other properties to ask simply what time their airport shuttles started in the morning as I had to make an early return flight. Each time I was put on hold and then given a simple answer of \"4AM\" followed by silence. When I called Springhill, Stephanie took an extra few seconds explaining the importance of getting to the airport early due to spring breakers and also filled in some other information regarding rental car pick up and drop off. She was pleasant and courteous and, in the end, asked if there was anything else she could help with. That, along with a 4.8 rating on Google sealed the deal for me. Once I arrived, Stephanie (who I was unaware of until I recognized her voice from the phone call) and her staff were courteous and helpful at every turn and each is an exceptional spokesperson for your brand.

Gym was adequate for what I used it for. I think it's as equipped as it can be given the space constraints.

Overall, any of the staff I came into contact with were very attentive and courteous. Shuttle drivers were equally pleasant and conversational. All in all, I would gladly stay again and recommend it to friends making a quick trip to Houston.

Rooms need a bit of updating. Our toilet would not fill with water as it has a piece that is broken, but we were able to get it to work.
We stayed there on our way out to a cruise in Galveston and we stayed on our way back from the cruise. It’s very convenient and very easy to get to the airport and the airport shuttle is VERY nice and easy. I would definitely stay here if I were doing this trip again.

The check in was a breeze. We arrived off our cruise at 830 am and arrived at the hotel at 11, and they were able to give us 1 room to store our luggage until the second room was ready. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will be recommending the hotel to my friends that travel. I can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms appeared clean. However, they have AC units that can’t be adjusted to your liking. It’s a “environmental friendly” AC so if you are like us and prefer a colder room, you are out of luck. The ac only turns on via a motion detector. We literally had to stand up or flail our legs in the air to turn on the AC. It will run for maybe 10 minutes and shuts back off and you repeat the process. We slept poorly due to being uncomfortably warm.
Breakfast was another complaint. We understand it’s complimentary and don’t have high standards, but when the eggs smell fishy and gravy taste nothing like gravy, it’s hard to enjoy it. Had they had more to choose from, it would have helped.
