We looked for the pool, it was dirty and didn’t run until the 5th day. The sprinkler system leaked 2nd floor, a few rooms down they smoked pot every night, I had a broken foot and the 5th and 6th day( our last day) the elevator was broken. The room had a broken toilet paper holder that was barely hanging on. The dresser had bent handles, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We wanted to look for another hotel, but we had a package deal and spent our budget. We would have had to use our extra spending money to go somewhere else. We decided to tough it out and stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay at another one of these hotels…..

Struggled to get ahold of the hotel to use the 24 hour shuttle. Ended up going through corporate to connect us. This added an hour and half to arrive after a delayed flight. I would definitely have the shuttle prearranged for a specific time.

Not a bad place to stay. I was looking forward to using the hot tub, but it wasn’t working. The pool was pretty cold, but refreshing. The breakfast was kind of sketchy. No eggs or bacon. They had a sausage on a stick. Looked more like a corn dog. I didn’t try it. The bagel was good. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. They don’t have their own shuttle, the driver we had from the company they used was great. Good sense of humor.

Hotel was terrible , super dirty. Hair all over sheets, seems like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. The mattresses were dirty and to top it off when we woke up the next day my son was full of bites and we found bed bugs on his bed!! Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

In my opinion, this hotel is a reasonable place to stay for the price - just be prepared that you may not get a shuttle and that the staff are not very attentive.

We signed up for the 5am shuttle at when we arrived in the lobby at 4:50pm, we were informed that the shuttle had already left and that we should have been down 20 minutes earlier. We were not told that, and if the 5:00am shuttle is actually the 4:40am shuttle, then why not call it that to reduce confusion? There are only six spots per shuttle run, which happens every 30 minutes. So if you aren't part of the first six for the time you need, chances are you are going to need to call an Uber, which is what we did.

The hotel itself is not bad. The lobby has been updated but that's where it stops. The room we were in was dark and damp and had peeling paint on some of the walls. That said, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was quiet and we paid around $170USD for two rooms with two beds in each.

This property was visually appealing, BUT only on the outside. Though it seemed really nice and new it was not well kept at all. There were stains on the bedding in both beds, we only had hot water at night, the pool was covered in pollen, the breakfast area was unappealing and all the appliances didn’t even work, they reset your room key twice a day. There was just way more cons than pros. But the staff was efficient and knowledgeable for the most part.

This hotel is very, very tired.It needs a huge refresh. I usually stay at a different place but decided to give this one a shot because it also had the airport shuttle that I often need when i'm in houston. When I arrived at the hotel , it appears that expedia had canceled my reservation and had also canceled reservations made by other people. Not sure why this happened , but I have put a report in to find out. I don't think it was the hotel's fault , but this did happen.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, shuttle to airport was convenient. There wasn't coffee in the room. It seemed to be forgotten..There was a coffee maker. No breakfast before 6am, so we can't review that. The hot tub was down for maintenance. We had a separate reservation that was randomly cancelled and no one knew why. Other than those inconveniences, it was worth the price we paid. Located next to a Waffle House, which was good.

Staff was very polite. Overall the visit was ok. Price lured me in, however, the room had stains, and some items were showing sings of poor repairs. I would make time to visit the waffle house before attempting this continental breakfast. The hotel shuttle timing/conversation needs to be addressed. 3 stars is pushing it

The bathroom has some stains in the bathtub. The toilet had some stains. The shuttle to the airport is in time and every 30 minutes 24/7, which is really good. The cost is great. It is a ok place to stay 1 night waiting for the flight.

The room was bigger than what the pictures made it look which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, but there was some concerns about the pull out couch not having been cleaned that we found chips and crumbs under it. The bathroom curtain had staining on the cloth part and it wasn't buttoned up. I fixed it up a bit and I'm surprised this hotel hasn't gone to the mounted shampoo and conditioner dispensers to save on costs.
The TV was good, but need upgrading since it is older versions of cable guide and set up.

The gentleman at the front counter was not friendly, was unhelpful, and didn't like to be bothered when I was asking a question. In the morning, he was so dismissive and again just pointed to the counter and said, \"Can't get shuttle,\" when the shuttle was clearly parked out front. When I called the previous night, I'm sure he answered the phone and said to call back; he was too busy to talk. The room was very old, but at least everything worked in it . But the service was terrible. The elevator was also broken

We booked a king room only to find out they didn’t have any when we got there. Next day asked to change, still none available. Staff was very unsupportive and unsympathetic. Hotel is in a bad part of town. Trash everywhere. Continental breakfast was not edible. Staff was extremely unprofessional and not at all polite. Back door to the hotel was propped open with a rock. Dumpster near back entrance was overflowing with stinky garbage our entire 4-day stay. Stray cats all over the place. Very dated and no modern amenities. Not a single usb port in sight. Toiletries supplied were terrible. Housekeeping only once in 4 days. Will not ever stay here again. Don’t stay here to save a buck. There are much nicer facilities close by for only a couple bucks more. I suffered so you don’t have to. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

It was place to rest our heads. The room was clean but dirty at the same time. They offer a shuttle but you need to be cut throat as its not organized with limited sests. If you sign up for s time do assume its guaranteed. Also , i asked for a wake up call and never got one. The breakfast was descent.

Thank goodness the Waffle House is in the same parking lot! Breakfast at the hotel was not good, the front lobby door is broken, my shower wasn’t clean when I arrived, and I asked the service attendant to clean it, she just half cleaned my bathroom and restocked it with towels and tissue. Still no clean shower. The room was horrible! It had no curtains in room 100, so I slept horrible the entire time I was there. Thank God I brought my computer and a HDMI cable or I would’ve been bored. The cable box wasn’t working either! The airport shuttle was beat up, the check engine light was on and you could smell the oil burning!

No, not really. Admittedly, I was leaving at 545am, so maybe they didn't have the full breakfast set up yet, but it was very limited items. Room kind of smelled weird upon arrival, but you get use to it. Air condition was fine. Seemed to be only one or two staff members. They did have a shuttle to and from the airport though and I thought that was great.

Room and check-in was as expected. The communication regarding the shuttles however was lacking very much. 40mins curbside waiting with luggage, despite being told 15 minutes by the driver. Then, the morning shuttle for 6:30a left at 6:12am - I’m assuming to get to the airport at 6:30 but that wasn’t made clear or something I’ve ever heard before (and I travel often).

I was very happy with the location but the room left in in an uneasy conflicting feeling. The hotel smells like marijuana which is annoying. I saw two handicap spots I had to drive around a few times to get a parking spot. The Parking lot is overpopulated and it’s hard to turn around in the back especially with a bigger vehicle. After driving 4 hours nobody wants to be told you have to wait your room isn’t ready yet. The wall had dents in it and the mattress looked to have been saturated by urine dry blood or spilled drink. I definitely won’t ever stay here again they need to do some serious checks and reviews of their mattresses and signal on the tv was horrible. Every show I watched on the tv froze up and the screen went black excessively. Guest an be rude and disgusting I understand what labor looks like and the housekeepers had the room very accessible for my Walker and my fiancé is partially blind. We needed a handicap parking space but had to walk the long way around. The door on the back side of the building allows anybody to come in there is no lock and people come in and out all the time. The could have a better variety of items to purchase like snacks drinks or the simple things for continental breakfast overall this building should be cleaned and smoke free. The staff was friendly and welcoming so to speak I just wanted to lay down. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel for those with debilitating disabilities wheel chair bound. They need to be accommodating.

The only problem is as a disabled veteran I found that people without placards or disabled plates were always parked in the disabled parking spaces. The hotel doesn't seem to enforce parking in the disabled parking spaces without a placard or plates.

The breakfast is simply bagels, slices of toast, cereal and if you arrive before 8:30am pancakes from the pancake machine. Its not very intercontinental which was a let down. The rooms are fine but the hallways and stairways are a total mess/run down. Cheap place for a couple of days.

They and many other small hotel rely on a small shuttle service. 24 hours.
I waited for over an hour for them to get me to the hotel. It left me very tired after a long international journey.

Waited 1.5 hours for shuttle to arrive after contacting front desk. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was filthy dirty and still occupied. The second room was more than acceptable and quite clean. A morning wake-up call was requested, but the call never arrived. I was able to awaken early enough to make my departing flight nonetheless. The property is nice; the service and communications within the property definitely need attention.

Don't let the photos fool you

The room has everything I expected a hotel in this price range to be (old and a little dated) but the room had everything that I needed it to have (bed, toilet, shower, etc); I didn't see any bugs and it was reasonably quiet....
That being said, the hotel in the photos look warm and inviting and the hotel in reality is none of these.
I would, and probably will stay here again but \"amenities\" and \"atmosphere\" don't matter as much to me as they might someone else.... I just needed am inexpensive place to crash for the night and that's exactly what this hotel is....

Hallways were full of smoke and sounded like there were parties in the rooms at night. Loud place barely got any sleep. Elevator didn’t work when I was leaving and had to carry my bags down from the 3rd floor. Rooms also were outdated and everything seemed a little bit broken. This place needs to be renovated. Also found hairs in the shower, toilet seat, and bed. Pillows were also stained.
