Would rate the resort 8-10.
Would definitely stay again. Many pools to pick from. Hot tub nice and hot. Exercise room fairly small. Never got to use it, as many people were in it.
Had nice walking trail around the ponds. Saw a couple of alligators too. They had some soap and paper towel to start us off. Full shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom.

We had a lovely time at the Bahama Bat Resort. The unit was lovely and perfect for our family. The pools were clean and pleasant. Wasn’t too busy that we felt crowded. When we had any issues the staff was very attentive and responded right away. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We had such a great experience at Bahama Bay. We loved having the conveniences of home (full kitchen, washer/dryer) and multiple pools and activities on site. We walked every morning and spent much of the day at the pool by Tradewinds and then evenings up at the pool by the Club House. Every guest services person was super friendly, including security on our way in/out. Felt it was a great value for a quick getaway. Would visit again!

We enjoyed our stay, even tho people kept making judgements(not thr employees). Also, i am disappointed with housekeeping because my black and white soft blanket was left there. When i called they said hey did not receive anything from housekeeping. They would check and get back to me. Which they did. Unfortunately still i do not have my blanket and i know it was left there.

Love that we can fit 6 people in our room. Loved it had a kitchen as an option. Loved it had laundry facility in room, but would suggest leaving washing machine door open when not in use.
We enjoyed that there were multiple pools and everything was within not to far driving distance. Traffic on other hand o was not a fan of but can deal with it.

We have stayed at Bahama Bay for three times now. The condo was not as up kept as we have had in prev years. We like the safety and gated community feel. It was somewhat quiet except we were by the tennis courts and tournaments started promptly at 8 every morning. May ask more questions for next visit.

The resort staff/property/grounds/pools were very good. We have stayed several times at this resort and had decent units. However, the unit assigned in 2025 was terrible and in need of many upgrades. Stove burner not working, dirty & torn sofa throw cushions, chipped furniture, beds & bedding need replaced.

Units are in desperate need of updating. Mirrors, faucets, dishes, sofas, tvs. Worn and in bad shape. Tv in living area only 24”- way too small for a family. Booked king bed but had queen. Kitchen not fully stocked with cookware/ spatulas. Needs some TLC. 2 units - daughters unit had similar issues and had unacceptable cookware and dishwasher which were replaced. That unit needs some help also.

Property was great for the 5 of us on a Disney/SeaWorld vacation. Property was clean, the room was a bit dated but clean. Club house didn’t have much in their “store” and the main pool was cold. It was nice for what we needed.

The resort was amazing just the right size not to big not to small had quite a bit of things to do several different pools basketball court splash pad for the kids I wish it was by a pool or something I didn’t care for the man made beach it should just be called the sand pit or something because when I hear beach I think of water don’t get me wrong it was really nice my grandkids cried when we left after five hours so it was amazing but change the name and our HOME AWAY FROM was just that very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our space we recommend this resort

We had stayed here serveral times many years ago much better. But as of 2024 the property had changed management. The unit we stayed in had problems back sliding door wouldnt latch, washer motor made loud noise, carpet coming up and was a trip hazzard, musty smell,dogs barking in other unit,lack of supplies pots pans, stove had one eye that worked too much to list.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The young man that checked us in and out was very nice and made us feel very welcomed. The only downside was our air went out the second day we was there. I called the front desk and spoke with a nice young lady. She told me she would send someone over. My family was okay without the air working with the ceiling fans and sliding doors. We will stay here again no questions asked. Next time if anything happens I will go to the front office in person instead of call. It not all on them. We had an amazing time. Thank you all at Bahama Bay Resort!!

So many things to do here that we didn’t need to leave the property. Nice place close to many attractions. Had a minor issue with maintenance of property, but onsite staff responded quickly. Place was tidy and well kept, but did notice that bottoms of our socks and feet were picking up a lot of dirt from floors. Maybe better mop system or carpet deep clean is needed. Overall, still great place.

The area was very peacefully and safe. Loved the screened in balcony. Nice pool and hot tub. It was great to have a grill that we could use. Nice that it was close to attractions, but not too close. The staff at the club house were very friendly and helpful. There were always employees out maintaining the landscaping. It is beautifully kept with nice walking paths. Wish we could have had more down time to enjoy the amenities.

Our unit was 913 in building 20. There were a few issues that could be addressed. The oven would smoke when used causing the smoke alarm to go off whenever the oven was opened during use. The washing machine didn’t spin the water out on some of the cycles. The master bedroom could benefit from the mattress being flipped, the mattress is sunken in where you lay.
Over all we loved our stay and would defined stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Endroit très sécuritaire et propre. Plusieurs piscines et une petite plage près du lac. Jolie petit sentier pédestre.
Appartement propre et cuisine bien équipé.

Les immeubles appartements sont sur 3 étages. Aucunement isolé pour le bruit. Nous avons été mal chanceux et les voisins du haut étaient extrêmement bruyant. On aurait dit un troupeau d'éléphants qui joue aux quilles!

Le réservoir d'eau chaude est petit. Prévoir vos douches, lave-vaisselle et laveuse en conséquence.

What really pissed me off was expedia. I did my research, looked at floor plans etc. We were traveling with my 4 big kids, husband and senior parents (8). We specifically looked for a hotel with enough room to get ready in the mornings quickly, and have some space to ourselves for our 13 day vacation. I gave up a closer comute for a larger hotel. We rented the 3 bedroom deluxe condo. 1700 feet. More sinks/ mirrors etc. When we got to the room at 1am it was obviously the 1200 ft standard room. We asked the front desk and there was nothing they could do, because expedia reserved the wrong room. I paid for the deluxe and didn't get it. Plus had to drive through ridiculous traffic (remember we gave up the closer hotels). It was a lose-lose.
In general the hotel property was nice, but the beds were very squeaky and there was no privacy. The rooms had \"vents\" connecting to the common area. So nothing over a whisper if you didn't want anyone in the hotel to hear you.
The front door itself wouldn't lock. And the chain lock pulled the molding right out of the wall. Also the dishes were sticky.

It wasn't all bad, but after getting the wrong room it made everything compile one thing after another. We tried contacting expedia but they kept trying to direct us back to the hotel, who could do nothing about it.

The check in was the smoothest ever. They had all my stuff ready just showed them ID and my cards and map was ready. The room was nice but it could’ve been cleaned a little better. It wasn’t major things but the cleaning people need to wipe and sweep a little better. The toilet did give me an issue of not flushing one time. But I was able to fix it myself. But I enjoyed my stay.

I loved my 3 bedroom deluxe suit. The check in was fast and staff was polite. Also checking out went smoothly, you just drop your keys of in the lobby.we cooked breakfast . It was convient that they had everything we needed.we had two balconies and two huge bathrooms. The only problem I encountered was the pullout couch was really rough I could feel the springs in it but only on one side. My son only pulled it out so he could be closer to the tv while he played his game.

I wish the restaurant with bar was open a little later at night six closing for the restaurants a little early and 7 for the bar I think 8 or 9 would be a much better fit for people coming back from the park looking for a bite to eat while jumping in the pool

Nice Resort Although the unit carpet was wet. They had to run a special fan in the unit to dry the carpet but the smell of fish from the previous residents was a problem. The sliding window pane blind kept falling down every time we open the blinds. Had to call maintenance because two tv showed no no signal. The silk flowers on both table needed to be thrown away. The both look like dead flowers.

Good location and good Caribbean theme. Unit next to me had old pictures and lamps out front, not a good 1st impression. It was there entire 4 days of stay. Overall decent place to stay and beware, dogs were on site with other residents.

Front trash cans were overflowed and trash on the ground 3 of 4 day stay.

Have stayed at Bahama Bay at least 10 times. We really enjoy it . Only thing is that seeing the apartments are owned by different people the quality and conditions in each very. Only twice out of 10 or more stays that I haven’t rated excellent. The apartment kitchen really showing age and the sink had some issues. But other that that was very good.

The accommodations in the condo were not at all like the pictures we were sent. Furniture was very dated and really uncomfortable. It was listed as a condo that sleeps 6 but there is no way that would be possible. Thankfully 2 of our group did not come. The resort itself was nice. The restaurant had very limited hours which was not communicated upfront.

The size of the unit was great. Unit was outdated. Rugs were dirty. Couple of things were falling apart. We didn’t love the resort but the price was right. No control over the kids in the pools. If you’re trying to relax by a pool this place is not for you. Playground was the saddest ones I’ve ever seen.

Nice place bit outdated but not crowded. Some people that stay at this place actually live on site. The people that live here seem to have families and are renting long term.
