Problem with lock on getting in and most all times in and out. The number 5 stuck. Had to buy wd40 and air spray to clean it multiple times. This needs fixed! The couch and loveseat need replaced as they are worn out and uncomfortable to sit on! Shower dripped constantly. And toilet leaked water constantly in master bedroom. Overall nice place just needs few things fixed!

This property was by far the worse place I have ever stayed mattress all stained up pots broken no help within the front desk mildew in the bathrooms the list goes on and on my lights where out wasn't I'm a single mom who works hard to take my kids on vacation and this was just a waste of money I spent 3 long weeks there with no help

Was not happy with maintenance. The telephone did not work. The closet doors were off track, One even fell completely off track. The stove did not work properly. The oven light did not work. The unit slept six, but we only got two laundry detergent pods. Had to keep asking for more. Only had enough dishwasher detergent for one load. Housekeeping brought my towels upon request, but maintenance never came in the end. Other than that was OK.

We rented through Vacasa and the keyless entry was ten digits. It took an hour to get in when we first arrived. It was a rarity when it worked the first time. The people above us were loud all the time but especially at night after quiet hour. Vacasa did not address this concern at all.
The property itself is very nice. The rooms were clean. Queen mattress needs replacing. Springs are broken, they gave us an egg crate to put on top which did help. Pool area is great. Sadly, there is no onsite management. We have stayed here many times but doubtful we'll be back after this last stay.

Caribe Cove - can be a hit or miss

Caribe Cove can be a hit or miss depending upon the apartment you are staying at and how well the owner is maintaining it. Our 5 nights stay was pretty bad and complained about state of apartment to the property manager who promised to fix things but never did anything. Our apartment had extremely filthy and old carpet and sofa cushions that you don’t want to step bare feet on the carpet or sit on the couch. Sagging spring mattress in the master bedroom which was extremely comfortable to sleep. Rusting bathtub in one bathroom which made it unsuitable to use. Internet and any TVs did not work at all during our 5 night stay. Hot water was only enough for one person to shower and the next person had to wait at least 15 minutes for hot shower. Not enough toiletries.

Full Kitchen which was good with enough utensils and silverware. Located near the parks and safe and convenient location for shopping and dining.

Staff was super nice, the room was great. We evacuated due to hurricane and it was nice to have a place that felt more like a home. It was clean, provided everything we needed, beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again, hopefully for vacation and not an evacuation again!

I enjoyed the location and the overall property wasn’t bad. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood for the most part. I’d stay again but not the same condo. The condo I stayed in was very dated and on the arrival night when it was time for bed, I noticed one of the pillows on the bed had a big soiled mark. The sheets had soiled mark on them too. We had to remove the sheets, wash and dry them so we could sleep. The mattress made so much noise and was extremely uncomfortable!!!!! Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. Had an issue with the shower and had to have the front desk send someone to look at it because the temperature of the water coming out the shower wasn’t right according to where the handle was placed. So to get lukewarm water you had to place the handle on the red and hot was green. There was a nice patio but didn’t get to use it much due to the neighbor’s excessive weed smoking which came upstairs. On the last night, someone seemed to be having a party into the wee hours of the morning, 2am to be exact. Another neighbor said something I’m guessing because the noise stopped for about 30 minutes then got loud again until about 3:30 everything went quiet. I will submit pictures later

Al llegar la alfombra estaba mojada y con un blower prendido. Las cortinas verticales estaban rotas, se notificó y nunca vinieron a repararlas. y por último el microhondas se dañó, lo reportamos y no lo arreglaron. Estuvimos sin microhondas cinco dias y perdimos la compra que se hizo para calentarlo en microhondas.

The Unit was VERY OUTDATED/OLD I’ve stayed here before like about 10 years ago and absolutely nothing was changed. The outside of the building needs a good pressure washing the furniture needed to be dusted. The bathroom vanity/shower desperately needs to be replaced

The salt water pool is heated. The mattresses were lumpy, shower in master bath wasn't useable, carpet is worn, ice dispenser stuck. In need of some updating but overall was a good value. Front desk people were great and super helpful.

For me, It is time to move on.

well, I have been staying at this property for years and sadly it seems to have been \"let go\". Carpets were stained the ceiling was stained from water damage. If you look closely at the wall behind the toilet paper you would more than likely feel sick. We went to use the dishwasher before we left and that leaked water all over the floor. there seem to be light switches everywhere that don't do anything. You can hear dripping in the ceilings. The rooms are very outdated my computer monitor is bigger than the Tv's supplied in the bedrooms. This place is in a prime location and is rather cheap and it would once again be a great place to take your family if it were updated and deep cleaned. The employees however were very nice security was very friendly giving you a smile and a wave every time you left or entered the property. Now I was called from staff asking how the stay was the night before we checked out, but I was at a restaurant so I was short with her and was expecting to give all this information to the staff member at the desk the next morning, however when it was time for checkout I stood at the desk for a few minutes until I finally knocked on the desk rather than waiting for the employee to be done playing on her phone to notice me, then she crossed my name out and told me to drop my key cards in the basket and no questions were asked about the stay nor was their further conversation so I left. So sadly I think this was my last stay at the Caribe Cove resort.

Amazing , love how easy was to check in the rooms are super clean and great for big families . Love that it has space between the kids and the grow ups . I would recommend that you take groceries . The are have restaurants but if you go to the parks when you come back the only place open is McDonald. But the property is amazing cant wait to stay there again .

Needed updated mattresses.

Everything was amazing, other than the mattresses. They really skipped quality and comfort on those in the unit we stayed in. Terrible spring mattresses, maybe 2inches thick. Comparable to hospital cots. 😬 LOVED the pool and spa. Definitely nice relaxing there this weekend. We will visit again.

My family of six loved our stay. The residence was much bigger than I expected, with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen all being very spacious, and with high ceilings. Three rooms have balconies; the one in the master bedroom is huge and includes patio furniture and chairs. (We ate breakfast out there.) Plus, since they are completely screened in, we were able to leave the balcony door open all night in the bedroom with no fear of bugs.
Also, the pool is beautiful. My kids loved it.
We'll definitely return!

The communication with property was very easy and they answer any questions you have. The unique things about the apt was the size it was big apt. When it comes cleanliness I would give 2 out of 10 so disappointed because the apt had carpet it was so dirty, when you enter it so stinky. Also in the shower the water was blocked, to be honest apt if they maintain cleanliness and renovate the carpet and some other stuff.

I liked the aesthetic feeling of the decor in the condo, as well as all the personal amenities provided. What I did not like was that the front door did not close and lock properly, as well as the master bedroom door did not have a proper door lock. And the living room carpet had a few wet spots the night we checked in and was still wet the morning of Checkout.

Our stay was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. Room temperatures easily regulated. The furniture looked a little worn, in need of replacement but other then that, we were fine. The beds were also too hard, but we used the extra pillows & linens to help make layers on the mattresses.

Overall the property was very nice. The condo had some issues. The carpet needed cleaning. The ceiling fan didn't work. The dishwasher wasn't attached and was very hard to get started. The TV had problems with the screen. The HVAC system could not be adjusted. None of these problems were so bad that we couldn't live there, they were just annoying.

The resort is outdated. The TV’s are from the early 90’s. The furniture is old as well. Their Buss. Center is outdated and their printer does not print wirelessly! The white sheets that were on my bed, had several stains on them Despite that, the worst part was that the staff is not willing to help you!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was also a very good size. We had a nice size balcony that was screened in with a nice view of a pond on the property. It was also very quiet. The unit itself is in need of several repairs and was not in working order. A sink in the bedroom was very slow draining to the point that we couldn't use it. The tub shower combo was also very slow draining and when used you would be standing in a lot of water so we couldn't use that either. The air conditioning was completely broken and apparently couldn't be fixed while we were there. Luckily the weather was cooperative and by opening the creaky windows we were able to keep the unit from becoming hot. The windows sounded like they would break when opened. We would not stay here again.

Great property overall good experience, but property and rooms need a bit of TLC. Some warn carpet, torn screens, better caulking, fire alarm hanging out of its box by our room, etc. But even with that said, we were very happy overall and would stay again!

Rooms clean but construction in next room very noisy and disruptive to what was to be relaxing and peaceful vacation. Construction started before 745 am complained 3 times was only logged once after 4th of 5th day stay while husband going to car owner of complex dog bite him on leg this was our third trip to caribe cove first two was great third stay not good toilet leaked and ran all night maintance came fixed what he could said he would be back didn't show back up so for five nights running toilet kept both doors between bedroom and bath shut
