The staff were wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean except the vents for the air. Maybe I am picky and it’s not a big deal. The vents are located up high so maybe it was just missed, idk. Otherwise, super comfortable and we all felt very relaxed after long days at the parks.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The unit was visibly dirty, and there was a strong bad odor that never went away. It felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this property did not meet that standard at all. I would not recommend this place.

The household supplies did not meet our expectations. Everything was minimal, including the worst toilet plunger I've every seen. And all three toilets needed plunging! Some mattresses were wobbly. Furnishings made it difficult to enjoy watching TV. Not enough cookware to prepare most meals. Floors were not clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Staff was great, communication till arrival was great and staff on site were great. I do have some issues with the property I was involved in. Washing machine was moldy, floors unswept, patio furniture moldy, obvious water damage which hasn't been fully repaired upstairs. The pool was way smaller than the photos. I was given a larger unit without my knowledge with a smaller pool. The reason i did not notice this until the following day was because of the 4pm check-in and a early meeting. I payed a $100 + cleaning fee to walk into a dirty condo. I would love to speak to someone about my stay but I dont know how far this goes. Again the staff was amazing but the condo was less than acceptable.

This is our 3rd stay over the years and always had rhe best of times. This time, was very uncomfortable. Be ready for no condiments and cooking oil. No mop or mats anywhere and those are needed since there is a pool in the townhouse. We stayed monday thru Friday and we were 5 people, we ran out of toilet paper and napkins by Wednesday. We asked for more and got ONE roll of toilet paper and was told we needed to buy the napkins! We needed more shampoo and trash bags but decided not to ask for more since it seemed everything was limited. We were using the plastic bags from the grocery store for trash. We woke up at 930 friday (our last day) i called front desk to ask for an extra hour. Lady was horribly rude. Also the hair dryers dont work and there were toys and animal food, smell from previous tenants. We will not be staying here again.

The house we got was dirty and dusty and not equipped for renters. The outside area around the pool was disgusting, the inside wasn’t much better. Mold everywhere inside and outside the lanai was all tore up with big pieces missing so anything could get in at anytime. No pool skimmer to clean all the things that did get in the pool from it being ripped up. The stones around the pool were all uneven and some were broke there was weeds all grown up in the bricks and mold on all the furniture outside and all over around the pool on the walls and ground. Didn’t use the pool area at all because of the condition it was in. Inside smelt closed up when we got there and very musty the vents and blinds all needed cleaned we had to call the front desk and they did send someone in to do another clean after being there one night because it was just awful it didn’t seem like this place was ready to have visitors it seems like a place that they are trying to sell and can’t so they have it listed for vacationers use on Expedia. We were supposed to stay 10 days we only stayed 3 and left early. Got no refund on it at all even after explaining our concerns to the front desk several times. They didn’t care I do not recommend this place at all the other houses around us didn’t look like they were kept up any better ether I wouldn’t recommend booking here find some where else. Plus it was way over priced especially for what it was.

The property was very tired and out dated. The pool area is unsafe and dirty. The pool itself was dirty and the filter didn’t work. The fridge had my full shop in and then realised it wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed until after the weekend. The management company came out to fix the problems reported but couldn’t and didn’t have any other properties available to move to. Not happy at all and asked for a refund but as the rate was non refundable they refused. We booked another place to stay and lost the money on the house instead of staying as it wasn’t fit for purpose. We have stayed at this resort before and been super impressed but not this time and won’t be returning.

First, I arrived at the property around 11pm. The security guard had to check me in. There’s only one lane and you have to use a key pad. So I had to circle around the security booth to let other visitors in as I was checking in.

Secondly, my young child had an accident the first night. We got up and stripped the bed. I emailed and called for a new set of sheets, mattress cover, comforter and duvet. I only received sheets. I was told everyday that they would contact housekeeping and I would receive my comforter. The room I stayed in was freezing so we had to turn the air up but in turn it made my other family warm at night. I didn’t get a comforter until the night before I left.

Make sure you know some Spanish, use a translator app or something because the entire staff is Hispanic and half don’t know English.

Lastly, the pool area was not well lit and the pool light did not work. It took for me to contact Expedia who then contacted the property on behalf before they did anything. Still didn’t have a pool light but the outside pool area was now lit.

We were suppose to have a pull out sofa but it wasn’t. We also almost ran out of toilet paper which could have been resolved by housekeeping leaving extras under the sinks. Since the property isn’t manned until 11:00 we had to wait for help.
The property is nice and we would definately stay again we just will check things over a bit more upon check in.

From the moment we drove up we started off with a bad experience with the gate guard. He was asking us for a gate pin when we haven't even checked in yet. Asked for an address of where we're staying and literally had no information yet and repeatedly told him we haven't checked in and his overall communication was below dismal. The place where we stayed itself really needs some work. The carpet on the stairs needs replacing. There was a bug in the house that we saw crawling in the kitchen and the pool in the back wasn't cleaned before we checked in at all. Lots of leaves and bugs in it. Not sure how since it's screened in. No extra toilet paper. Trash bags or blankets.

Great for the Price: relaxing, not pretentious

This resort was beautifully landscaped. The outdoor pools, hot tubs, and gazebo by the water was relaxing. We lived in comfort for the week. Optimally, I would have preferred a thorough cleaning from the previous lodgers. I found an earring on the floor that was not mine. However, the price was great for the stay, as we had 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a kitchen and a living room downstairs. The best part was our own private hot tub in a screened in porch.

Property was nice, but upon arrival there was issues getting into our room. The code that was provided didn't work. Inhave to go back 3 times before the correct code was given. Also there were ants and other bugs in the kitchen. Thankfully we were not in our room most of the time. The spa was nice and the room was very specious. I recently stayed at Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ in Four Corners, Florida, from December 23 to January 2, and it was absolutely fantastic!

The resort provided the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The townhome was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the private patio with a hot tub was an incredible touch for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The resort itself is beautifully landscaped and peaceful, with excellent facilities like the heated pools, clubhouse, and walking trails around the lake. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Encantada's location is another big plus—just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and plenty of dining and shopping options. It’s an ideal base for families and groups looking to experience the best of Orlando.

Overall, Encantada Resort exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the area, whether for a holiday retreat or a fun-filled adventure. We'll definitely be back!

Encantada condominium - We stayed at Bird of Paradise st -will need a car to access the facilities - is a drive away to the main building ( pool, gym etc ) but very good for families staying in Orlando that are not planing to spend the whole day out going to parks - beautiful property and house well kept - kitchen fully equipped- love the fact we had showers- specially with elderly parents
A few points:
- would be helpful to have a hair dryer
- main bedroom- double bed: suggest to replace the spring mattress - very noisy and uncomfortable

- the concierge at the front desk ( blond lady ) that look after the residents is fantastic and great asset to your company.

The amenities were really pretty, but the house was unclean, the pool was dirty to the point we couldn’t even use it and it was warm only for the first day, the air conditioner was broken - we called them to fix it and they did, but the house was still crazy hot. The house had mould and in the main bedroom upstairs there were things other guests left behind under the bed. Even a vaper among other things. The house would be amazing if it weren’t for the uncleanliness and the air conditioning issues. Location wise it’s pretty good.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior of property. The roof of the lanai was ripped in many places so no protection from insects, squirrels and other small animals. The pool had not been cleaned.
The beds were really old and noisy. They need to be replaced.

The property was awesome. However, they needed to be cleaned with the house( floors and bathroom), and the towels were not in good cleaning condition. I suggested that other visitors bring their towels or Clorox with soap to wash the towels since the property has washers and dryers. Another suggestion for the property renters, place sufficient bathroom paper or suggested to bring it.

We reserved a three bedroom with the pool. The carpets were dirty. There were water stains on the wall the furniture and food stains on it and the pool was filled with leaves and the water was brown. We complain to the management and they showed us a second room, which to their credit looked cleaner, but smelled like weed. Thus we then forced to find different accommodations. It took them over a week to get the money refunded back to us after we spent several hours on the phone with them, trying to get them to take care of this. They refused to talk to Expedia to get our money back and overall staying there was supposed to financial and Personal inconvenience.

Our experience as a family of five was terrible. The resort was very dirty, and therefore I do not recommend it. The guest bathroom and the kitchen had small cockroaches, and the cabinets were greasy. The kitchen was not fully equipped. We found ants in the beds, bedrooms, and stairs. The porch of the house was very dirty. The pool area was not as described, it did not have a barbecue, and the pool was dirty; we found remnants of personal items. The smell of the pool chemicals was very strong, which is concerning when you have children.
To conclude, although the house was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, the place as a whole was very unpleasant. I do not recommend it and would not return.

L’odeur des produits chimiques de la piscine était très forte, ce qui est inquiétant avec des enfants.

This rental is ideal if you’re planning a trip to Disney, with its convenient location near Disney Springs, theme parks, and plenty of shopping.

However, there were several drawbacks. The community gate was broken upon arrival, remaining open all weekend, which made the security guard feel redundant. I specifically chose this rental for the hot tub, but it was disappointing to find that only half the jets were working. While the outdoor area is screened in, there were spider webs and flies, which undermined its purpose. Additionally, the sliding glass door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe, especially for a solo traveler.

The beds and pillows were firm and springy—nothing special. There were also minor issues like a damaged couch and dining table, scuffed walls, and general wear and tear.

Overall, my stay was decent since I spent most of my time outside the unit, but the property needs updates if they plan to maintain their current rates. It felt overpriced for the condition of the unit. Also, be wary of hidden fees—read the fine print. Although I paid in advance, I was charged additional fees for a deposit and resort fees upon arrival.

In summary, the location is great, but the unit itself needs improvement.

I stayed at Encantada for 1 week, it was a girls trip with myself and my two friends, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place.
As we drove up, I loved that it was a gated community and you had to punch in a code to go in, so immediately I felt safe.
The front desk was excellent. We were greeted warmly and even though we arrived a little early and the room wasn’t ready, within 15 mins it was all ready for us.
We had house 8536 Bay Lilly Loop (4 Bedroom Townhouse) we opted on the 4 bedrooms because it had a bigger pool.
Upon walking in it smelled amazing as if it were just cleaned. The entire house was super clean and with all the extras that were needed for our stay.
The beds were a little hard but bearable.
The water pressure could have been a little better but other than that our stay was awesome!
The private pool we absolutely loved and took advantage of every chance we could.
We also visited the communal pool which we also loved.
I was initially a little scared of what I was going to find because of the mixed reviews on here about this place, however the place exceeded all of my expectations and my friends and I were immediately at ease.
I Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending it to others.
It was near everything including the premium outlets.

This was a nice townhome and accomodated my family very well. The only issues were that this property was advertised as having a barbecue grill but didnt. When I inquired with the front desk, they told me this is something they dont provide. Also, the master bedroom toilet didnt work and we had trouble with the upstairs toilet as well. Luckily, the downstairs bathroom was good. Other than that, this was a nice little townhouse. We liked the linai and the hot tub!

This is our second stay at Encantada. The quality of villa this time in comparison to the previous was poor. The villa lacked basic facilities including electric kettle, cheese grater and a limited amount of pillows (1 per person) in addition the decor was very sparse especially the second bedroom. The property although very clean was basic and requires modernising particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. The house could do with additional soft furnishings to improve the overall feel. Despite this Encantada is a great resort in a very good location.

We noticed that we had lots of ants crawling around especially on top of our beds , the pool was not clean and why we where there no one came to clean it we had lots of dead mosquitos swimming around and also I understand that some people like to sleep in a firm mattress but the one we had was very uncomfortable it was so hard to sleep in. And we went one or two times to the front desk if they could provide us with garbage bags or if they could provide us with some toilet paper they told us that we need to get that. We had problems with the tv’s controller from downstairs and one of the rooms from upstairs , after all this my family and myself was not that happy with this place .

My adult family decided to take a trip to Disney World this summer. We were looking for accommodations that would suit adults on this trip, and this property delivered. Everyone was able to have a bedroom, and the three bathrooms were more than adequate. The property has two pretty community pools, and we had our own pool attached to the condo that was completely enclosed by a lanai. We took full advantage of everything the facility had to offer. The kitchen was also well stocked, so we saved a bit of money on eating out. Would stay again, highly recommend.

**Great Stay with a Few Considerations**

We had a wonderful stay at this Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ over the weekend. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the pool was a fantastic bonus, especially after long, hot days at the park. The location was convenient, with the parks just 20-30 minutes away and only an 8-minute drive to restaurants and Publix.

However, we did feel that the cleaning and resort fees charged at check-in were a bit steep, totaling $268. Despite this, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the amenities provided.

Fees charged to us on line where different then what we had to paid at the resort. Shower were dirty and shower head clogged, tv didn’t work in master bedroom, the bed was a thin piece of crap. Worst hotel stay that my family has ever had!

This place was Horrible. DO NOT GET! We arrived, door code was incorrect, security had to call owner, we where outside for an hour with our bags getting issued resolved! Once inside, the place was completely different from what is seen on Expedia. The furniture looked like they picked it up from a dumpster (Ridiculously DIRTY, falling apart and to top it off HAD FLEAS!!!!!!!! The wood floor in stairs and rooms nope it was pure RUGS all around!!! smelled and looked dirty. Kitchen with Roaches and Spiders, Pool looked abandoned. I could go on... Good thing I took pictures of everything. Ended up leaving and renting else where. The flees on Couch topped it! Oh yea bedroom with the Harry Potter wall. The bed has a hole , when you lay down you sink in. LOL !!! This place should be bannded! And owners should consider investing in there property. This place should be in a comedy movie! IT'S RIDICULOUS!

NO help at check in , front desk is ep was annoyed to answer simple questions , defective bedding springs coming through top of mattress
Unit had many areas has large holes from prior damage without paint, defective hot tub

It was great besides no air conditioning upstairs where bedrooms are , even though they clean after you leave there should be a dust pan and mop to do cleaning while there
