We just returned from six nights at this hotel and had a great time! The kids loved the waterpark and the pools. There are many restaurants and stores in the area which was convenient. Our room was new and clean and had everything we needed! It was great having laundry in the room as well as a full kitchen. It does seem as though the walls are paper thin, as you could hear everything, but we always travel with a white noise machine and that helped. We would definitely come back again :)

Rooms were very nice! We had a room with a separate bedroom and a living room/kitchen/circle table with a very large bathroom and a washer/dryer. It was very clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool! I believe Hilton just recently acquired the property so some things were under construction, including the fitness center, but most everything was in great shape! We came for the theme parks so we don’t get to experience much of the resort during the day, but they had lots of activities and what appeared to be a nice water park as well as I think two other pools. Much larger complex than we expected! Just be warned you may be put into a conference about a time share with their vacation club by the concierge at check in. We attended on our last day and did receive a nice gift for attending and most all of the staff there was very nice as well. So if that is not your kind of thing, just be aware! Overall great stay though! Also be aware there are some extra nightly fees on the day you arrive that you don’t pay through Expedia, however I did read the comments and we knew this going in.

Staffing was friendly. Immediately upon check in tricked into a “tour” that was a timeshare meeting requiring attendance or they would charge my card $200. Floors were dirty as well as the bathtubs. There was were several amenity areas that were taped off for construction. The outside bar by the main pool was not open or functioning during our stay. Had we been aware we of all the work being done we would have booked else where

Extremely disappointing stay and a complete waste of valuable trip time.

The issues started at check-in, where the reception staff took an unusually long time to hand over our keys. When we finally reached the room, the lock did not work, leaving us stranded outside with our luggage until security arrived to open it manually. Maintenance then spent nearly an hour trying to fix it.

The room itself was not clean on arrival — the bedsheets had visible dirt spots, which was unacceptable.

The next day, after returning from outside, the same lock issue happened again. Reception moved us to another room, but unbelievably, the new key also did not work because they had given us the wrong one. We then had to move all our luggage ourselves with no staff assistance.

We stayed 6 nights, yet housekeeping was only provided near the end of our stay, and even then it was poor. No proper floor cleaning, no bed arrangement, only replacement items.

Overall, these repeated issues wasted nearly 2 full days of our trip, and not once did any staff member apologize.

The outdoor pool is far from a resort-style experience — just a basic pool with one small slide.

On top of that, they charge an extra $25 amenity fee, plus parking and taxes, while the amenities and service are clearly below standard.

I would not recommend this property. There are far better options in the area.

Everything about our stay was great and we truly had an amazing experience overall. However, the situation during check-in was very disappointing.

After checking in, I was directed to another desk to receive our parking pass. The representative there was extremely pushy about getting us to attend a “hotel tour.” I politely declined multiple times, but he continued insisting and even pressured me to call my husband while my children were waiting in the car.

When my husband asked what the catch was, the representative repeatedly said there was none. We were then asked to pay a $100 “deposit,” which we were told we would lose if we didn’t attend. At that point, we felt forced into agreeing. Only afterward did I notice in small print that this “tour” was actually a timeshare presentation.

The presentation itself was a very negative experience. Despite clearly saying no several times, we were approached by multiple different representatives who continued to pressure us into purchasing a timeshare. It felt very uncomfortable and overwhelming.

Once it became clear that we were not interested, the staff’s attitude completely changed. They became visibly rude, didn’t thank us or say goodbye, and even rolled their eyes. One representative went as far as saying, “I feel sorry for you guys,” which was completely unprofessional.

This experience left a bad impression and took away from what would have otherwise been a wonderful stay. I strongly recommend being cautious

The resort is well maintained. Our 2 bedrooms unit is spacious and clean. However, the decor does not resemble the ones shown on the website for our unit. I guess we are given the outdated unit rather than the updated ones. This is a disappointment. One of the reason we chose this resort is because of the updated decor.

Everything here was great. The only negative thing I will say about the property, is that there is a pushy/borderline rude gentleman that works there - I think his title was concierge. That may be incorrect. Anyway, after checking in, you are sent to a desk across from check in to get your parking pass. The guy I am speaking of above, tells me, he can't believe what he's seeing but that Hilton credited my account and is misleading me into thinking I got reimbursed for my room. I was asking him what he was talking about and he was getting frustrated with me and told me to wait a minute. In the end, if was a sales tactic of him trying to convince me to sit for a time share meeting that I had no interest in doing. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Meanwhile my husband and child are in the car wondering what's taking me so long to check in, while I'm trying to convince the guy to let me have my parking pass so that I can go on with my evening. Meanwhile, he's arguing with me, embarrassing me somewhat with his tone, making me feel like an idiot because I don't want to listen to the vacation club time share.

We always have the best time here. Better pricing that staying on Disney with more amenities. A kitchen and washer and dryer always helps us save even more money. The places are beautiful with more than enough space. So much to do on site that it takes a couple trips to fit it all in and we sure don’t mind coming back.

3 beautiful pools, with 1 waterpark for the kid's alongside the bar and food. Drinks and food were great quality. Amenities were well kept. Request a renovated room when booking, as Hilton recently acquired this property and are making updates.

Property was clean however everything look old and some items were broken. Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away.

Very nice amenties and things to do, some activities were for a few. So that was not really cool you had to rent bikes, and ect.
The rooms were okay but can use some updating and it didn’t feel as clean . Shower floor was peeling. But if you plan on spending time away and at parks and different activities then it’s acceptable and durable.

I would rent again most likely to save some coins

This is our second time here. The property is clean. The swimming pool is nice, and there are many amenities. The room is also fully equipped. However, the bed in the living room that we got this time is very noisy and already sagging, it seems broken and needs to be replaced. It’s good for families and very relaxing, which is why we keep coming back.

The room was great! It accommodated our family perfectly. Staff from front desk to landscaping staff were super friendly. We were able to do basketball, minigolf and the waterpark. We didn’t have time to do all of the activities, the weather was not cooperating with us.
One tiny complaint, our neighbors were loud and we could hear everything!

Clean room, annoying plastic-y wristbands that must be worn at all times, even when showering and swimming. Seems excessive and super uncomfortable for a gated resort, as well as really ableist and not at all considering some kids/parents have sensitivities with stuff like that. Also, resort staff notified me via a door tag that during my stay someone would be there to inspect the alarm in my room. Window to expect tbe inspection staff was almost a full day, very inconvenient. When i messaged to complain, I was told sorry then just ignored by staff. I asked to be given a number to Hilton and was never responded to.

Overall this didn’t ruin my trip and the room itself was nice. Most staff were very pleasant and the place was very clean. But don’t appreciate having almost a full day interrupted at full cost nor did I appreciate being fully ignored when I just wanted a number to discuss the situation. Not sure if I’d stay again but maybe ok for families with younger children. The wrist band issue was tacky and might be a deal breaker.

Property doesn’t offer daily housekeeping services, rather they offer once every 7 days. I would have not booked the property if know this earlier. The staff didn’t really care about people’s necessities around daily cleaning. Upon request, they just drop off towels in a plastic bags and do not bother to properly put it in the bathroom. The check in experience was disappointing as well as we had to wait 15 minutes just to get a parking tag from a different counter so they can try to sell time share, Just what you need after 10 hours of journey. Hilton seriously needs to look into this issue.

the pool was great for our 3 and 6 year old grandchildren.
They were able to just walk into the pool and we were able to watch them play in the water. There was also they other side for older kids and adults as well. The units are massive with everything we needed for a weeks stay. I do wish there was a full restaurant that we could have meals at. The pool bar is ok for adults but not ideal for littles on a daily biases. A cafe on the premises on have been great.

Way too many service charges for the condition of the property. They need a serious rental if they’re gonna be charging those kind of fees charging for parking or no other resort in the area does so pay enough to stay there. I would not stay here again. I do not recommend this place.

We had issues from the second we checked in. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. Check in was 4:00 and we texted at 5:00 to ask for an update. We were told the cleaner was in the room and would be done soon. A little after 6:00, we still didn’t hear back so we went to the desk. We were told the room was ready, so we went to the room. When we arrived, the cleaner was still in the room. After she left, someone had to come back to hang shower curtains. We then noticed a huge wooden panel below the kitchen sink was hanging down and the plumbing was exposed. Maintenance came back to fix. I messaged the front desk and was given a late check out for the inconvenience. That evening we found the ice machine in the fridge was broken and there were no ice trays. The next day while doing laundry, the washer started pouring water out of the door. We quickly paused it and then ALL the water released (the seal around the door that holds the water in was apparently broken). We contacted them at 9:30 pm. Maintenance couldn’t fix, so they went to find a new washer. They finally came back at 11:15 pm. Our final day, we received a text about check out at 10 am. I messaged and said we were told our check out was 12:00 and they confirmed. We went out to breakfast and came back at 11:00 to find our keys were deactivated and we couldn’t get in our room to get our stuff or use facilities. We were told we should have been notified keys would still be deactivated at 10. Awful.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol. Areas that were lacking were there was not nearly enough dishes in our room. I felt like I was constantly washing plates, bowls, spoons and forks because we only had about four of each. Another thing which isn’t the resorts fault, is the area that the hotel is in is quite far away from everything in Orlando and it is a CHORE to drive anywhere. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

The bar will also automatically add 18% gratuity to every bill but will tell you “we can take that off if you’d like” as if I’m going to tell a person to take the tip off, lol. I’d just rather tip cash, personally.

My daughters were really looking forward to getting their hair braided by the pool but the girl working said that we needed to reserve a time slot, which I didn’t see that anywhere when we were at the pool, so I had two disappointed kids.

Upon booking, the room I selected was updated blue with a jacuzzi style tub. I always call ahead as I travel with a service animal, I assume this is why my room was outdated, brown and not the room that I booked. My service animal performs alerting and grounding tasks that are sleep oriented, his training is specifically designated for sleep disturbances (PTSD sleep apnea, sleep walking etc). Therefore, more likely than not I choose to roam day to day without him present all the time. The hotel gave me a flier which the lady who was so nice handed over saying “im sure you’ve seen this before” which no, I have never received a paper about things that are common sense (if damages occur you’re responsible, if the service animal is behaving inappropriately you will be removed from property) However, the paper extensively listed the use of family areas with a service animal is not permitted, seating in restaurants or food areas with a service animal was not permitted, leaving the service animal unattended in the room was not permitted. It made this stay very unaccommodating. I have never experienced this at any hotel, most trained service animals are crated or crate trained and the policy should reflect the use of crating a service animal as acceptable when leaving the room without them. This made my stay entirely taxing & I could not utilize any of the amenities while I stayed. If you are traveling with a service animal, they will allow you to sleep there and nothing else so FYI

We travelled with another couple who had a five year old and three year old and they would say the same. The water park is awesome and great for kids. One small warning, the current is QUITE strong in the water park; make sure your kids are decent swimmers before they go into the part with the waterslides.

We had a great stay at Aqua Sol! The room was nice and we loved the well stocked full kitchen. My son loved the pools and we all had fun at the activities. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back again!

Our only complaints would be the beds were VERY firm and uncomfortable. The rooms weren't very sound proof so could hear other families.

Room was not anything close to what we booked. They gave us an outdated version of the room that we booked. The couch on the main level was uncomfortable to sit in and looked very old and worn out. The bathrooms did not have good water pressure and the upstairs sink didn’t drain properly. If the price difference was clear during booking we would have reconsidered staying or paying for an upgraded room. We did enjoy the pools and the parking was very convenient.
