If you rarely travel, need a cheap place for a lot of people, and dont care about comfort (or cleanliness) then this is a decent hotel for you.

If you're like me and enjoy soft clean bedding (w/o others blood..), need a decent soft bed, expect staff to follow through with their word (delivery, cleaning, refund after over changed), and even expect the pool to work, i would highly advise the AVOID this location.

The staff will ask 'what can i do to make it better?' But they have no intention to follow through. This place isn't the worst I've been to, but it is FAR from the best.

Location isnt half bad though..

Although lots of refurbishment was going on around the resort; we had an excellent stay. Our room was very recently renovated. The mini water park and pool side restaurant were right behind our building and both perfect for our young kids. All the employees were great.

The main pool was closed, the snaller pool was packed, couldnt enjoy it. And the waterpark was mostly for little kids. They charge a resort fee however they don't clean the rooms daily. For our 7 day stay, they only cleaned it once. Overall the property, location, and space is nice.

The pools were great. The shampoo was empty and the soap container was falling off the wall, but they replaced it as soon as we called them. Very close to Disney parks and lots of restaurants nearby.

Was not the room I Booked. Was not treated very well when calling in regards to extra charges on our card. Jacuzzi was very dirty. Will not return. They called and texted me all weekend to do a tour but never fixed the problem. Worst weekend trip ever.

The facilities and hotel rooms were very clean. The main pool was nice and my kids enjoyed it. Food was good.

Some really weird/inconvenient things though:
- incredibly loud pressure washing of the pool area with some sort of motor powering the pressure washer, and at the same time chainsaws cutting down trees, also in the pool area, at a peak time. People were literally holding their hands over their ears it was so loud.
- only one waitress/bartender on staff at the pool bar during dinner - it was so busy and there was a line of people waiting, I felt so bad for her.
- getting hit up multiple times for a timeshare presentation. When we told the woman at the desk no she was very rude.
- the main gate to the pool being closed for tree trimming, and then broken for a whole day

Unfortunately would not stay here again. It just wasn’t very relaxing with all of the inconveniences.

Room was excellent. I was expecting to have the sofa bed ready because my stay was for 4 persons and I got there late at night.

If you don’t have water for your stay beware there’s no water around the room. They should have a machine at least for water and ice.

Overall the room was amazing and clean like new. And everything was perfect for us.

ormal Complaint – Safety Hazards, Misrepresented Amenities, and Multiple Maintenance Failures During Stay

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding our stay at your resort, which has been significantly impacted by safety hazards, undisclosed construction, non-functional amenities, and multiple maintenance failures within our unit.

We chose this resort expecting a relaxing family stay, however our experience has been extremely disappointing and, in some instances, concerning from a safety standpoint.

The following issues occurred during our stay:

• On our first day at the resort, a large piece of metal soffit material blew off the roof during construction and nearly struck us. This was extremely alarming and represents a serious safety concern.

• Our initial room was surrounded by active construction and renovation work that was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. The area had construction materials, dust, and significant visual disruption.

• We requested to move rooms due to the construction environment and were relocated. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also had multiple maintenance issues.

• The upstairs bathtub does not properly fill.

• The downstairs toilet is leaking.

• The coffee machine in the unit is broken.

• Lighting in our son’s room was not functioning, requiring us to unscrew bulbs to troubleshoot the issue.

• Several electrical outlets in the unit do not work.

• We requested additional blankets and were told they would be p

We were disappointed that the largest pool had to be shut down for the week for remodeling and the kids pool closes early so a lot of people were in the only pool open in the evening. Grills at the pool that was open broke and we had to change our plans for supper, but they were fixed with a few days. Room was great, newer washer/dryer combo was confusing and required a few google searches to operate! Instructions would have helped there. We love the amenities and have stayed here 4 years in a row! Would always recommend this property as the staff is wonderful and we always can get ahold of someone for anything we need. We will be back again soon!

This room was on the third floor by the pool, and it was extremely loud. The pool does not close until 11 PM, and adults and children were running around screaming.
The smoke detector went off every time I cooked.
Shuttles are no longer provided to the parks (this was advertised when I booked).
My room also had ants that got into all of my bags.
The room was spacious, and the bathroom was great—good water pressure and a nice tub.

Our stay was wonderful. We booked for 5 nights for our daughter’s birthday vacation and enjoyed the entire time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchens were well stocked, the blankets were clean cozy.
Our kids asked to back to the water park multiple times and loved the paddle boats and mini golf. Over all a great stay. Will definitely book again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was well worth the price. The water area is also great however we were a little upset that the splash pad area for littles was under construction (or is possibly gone for good?). The area is well kept and the room was in good condition. Two complaints, first being the sound between rooms is quite noticeable. I more feel bad for the guests next to us than I'm upset about the noise because of my two small children. They surely heard lots of little kid talk and screams and toddler cries. The second thing would be our room was a little sandy/dirty and it would have been nice for our rooms to have been vacuumed during our stay. I did not request a full cleaning, but it would have been nice for them to assume it was needed. If you have a family and are in need of multiple bedrooms I don't think you'll find a better deal for the price of this property.

Check in was fine until they send you across the room to get your parking pass. I had to wait forever because it was really just a time share sales pitch. Hard for friends to get in to see us. Roads bad getting in. Room was not well insulated from hall. Our room was near elevator and we heard the loud ding every time someone came to the elevator. Voices from hall sounded like they were in your room.

Our room was just ok and the adjoining room to ours where our daughter and family stayed had a horrible stale and smokey to it. Additionally when walking barefooted our feet were black from the floors. I was surprised about that. I personally had just two encounters with the desk at the office and was not impressed. Both girls were short and not very friendly.

Rooms were spacious, fully stocked and clean. The kids had a blast at the waterpark. The only downfall was I wish they collected the kitchen garbage everyday. And we also tried to run a small load of laundry in the all in one washer/dryer. And it took over 5 hours and our clothes were still damp after.

It was a perfect place to stay for large family of 6 adults and 3 little kids heading to Disney each day. The staff were so helpful of delivering us pack n plays as requested. If you take what we call the “back way”to Disney- it’s so much better than the traditional straight down Irlo Bronson- take the route that heads towards the Flamingo crossing area- so much better! We chose the 3 bedroom and it was awesome! Very clean and exactly what we were looking for- also loves having the texting with staff- if we needed something- we just texted and they answered quickly- questions or needs! Thank you for a perfect stay! Even left something very valuable in the room in our rush out the door to airport and staff quickly located it and gave us the steps to get it returned.we also loved having full kitchen and Publix less than a mile away! Thank you again for a great stay!

The room was nice and clean, though we had to ask for a kettle, and a pizza pan for cooking pizza. Also microwave and toaster weren't functioning, but were replaced.
The activities and pools are very fun, the landscape is beautiful and quiet, but the issue here was with the staff and the workflow with Expedia. I ended paying twice for a night because one person of the Hilton Staff just didn't want to book a reservation on site first and later, other man of the staff didn't want to answer an email to Expedia for refunding me. It looks so much to a scam and it's such a pity. That really ruined our stay and wasted 2 beach days for just being argueing with these 2 men here.
Also, it's supposed to be a marihuana free place and many people smoking everywhere, had bad moments with my kids.

Yes to the staff. My only complaint is that I wish I had asked for a queen bed . We had a King and only one nightstand.
We stayed with you last Month. Dec 3-10 . in Building 1100.
We are planning a return visit in February around the middle of the month. I prefer the first floor.
