Went 3 yrs in a row with last stay in 2019. It’s really not a resort. There are 2 decent pools. Tiny fitness center. A lazy river and 2 small water slides. The activities at lake very limited no paddleboats working this last trip. Just baffled at “resort” fee. $45 resort fee and $35 parking ( so $80 ) extra every day. Even the towels for pool very thin and worn. TVs are small, old and cannot stream your own services. It’s apparent they are using the fee to help their bottom line and do not appear to be putting any back into the resort. Will not return.

Rooms were dirty there was hair in the bathtubs I called the guest service they supposed to send somebody to clean it .. 5 days passed and nobody arrived .. I guess they got lost in the building ! Other then that rooms are huge and beautiful but becareful where you book it becouse they will put you at the end of the resort where u have to walk 10 min to the pools.. adding very expensive at the resort ! Drinks are like water but they charge 21 dollars for it ..on top of that they add tip so check your bill so u don’t tip double lien we did !

The resort is perfect for families. The water park is a lot of fun and was even nicer than I expected. Our unit ( superior three bedroom) was very comfortable. Some of the furniture has seen better days but nothing major. We requested extra pool towels and they came promptly. There were no facecloths in the unit but we were given some when we asked. Housekeeping is not provided daily— just trash pick up every second day and a linen change after 6 days.
They do not supply tea towels or dishcloths so pack a couple, as well as a few condiments like salt and pepper. It is a very large resort so expect to walk a bit to get to the water park.
We have Expedia silver status and that gave us a great perk — free parking — but we had to ask at check-in. In short, I would definitely recommend The Grove!

Room was nice, but simple. Could be updated. Tv in living room did not work. Pool area was convenient but pool chairs were a reserved status charge to sit close to pool even though the pool was empty. Found this ridiculous considering it was not peak season nor crowded. Bar staff was too into their own conversation to take our order. Check in staff felt the same. Ending up waiting 20 minutes for drinks and nachos that had microwave cheese on it. Definitely not worth the money. Way too many daily texts from the hotel about daily events. I almost wanted to block them they were so abundant. Balcony was ok.

Cons: Grounds were a little confusing to navigate, restaurants had limited food options and while the market was convenient, prices were very high!

Overall, great time had by all!

The rooms are fine , but for the money they are charging you would think it would be more updated and modern . It has modern moments and older items in the room like the ceiling fans and tub .

The check-in lady was amazing . She advised us that if we keep the towels , we can swap our dirty ones for clean ones . When we call front desk on Saturday (we were here Thurs-Sun) to get clean towels , whoever answered the phone at front desk was rude and said “you have a washer/dryer in your room, use it.” So we took points off for that because that was my first time a resort advised we couldn’t get new clean towels .

This resort has a beautiful, quiet walking trail around the property. The rooms are very generous in size and we highly recommend the 3 bed 3 bath. That is why we keep coming back.
That being said, there are some pretty severe signs of wear around the pool area (old fire pit are, umbrellas that don't go up, bricks around the hot tub) and also in the waterpark around the lazy river. Simple things like picking the trash out of the bushes or small ponds would make a huge difference. I hope they continue to invest in this property and bring it back up to 5 stars. It is a great location and beautiful grounds!

The staff is phenomenal. We had a couple of things. Such as there are signs saying to use QR codes to order food, but the restaurants online all say closed. We didn’t have hand soap and our hair dryer was sounding very scary. We also had looked up online that we could watch Netflix, but it’s not available and the TVs are not smart TVs. We door dashed a Roku and fixed that issue ourselves! Overall it’s at great place to relax.

Hotel is really nice. The rooms are really clean. The waterpark is kid friendly for almost all ages, my toddler had a blast in the kids area in the pool.
The property has other pools throughout the property if you don’t want to be in the water park.
The arcade is small but it’s super fun and their Glow in the dark golf is super fun.
If you’re going with a big family this hotel is amazing. The drinks around the property are also really good for those who enjoy a drink on vacation.

Everything was excellent except Valencia Restaurant. The food wasn’t the best , I told my waiter that I need not like my taco and can I get refund or exchange. He stated to ask me why? What’s wrong with the taco. I told him I don’t like the taco it not the best . He intent to give me a to go plate and ask if I wanted the check. I took a taco I did not like nor eat back to my room due waitress refused to exchange or refund.

We had an enjoyable time. Check-in was easy. It was impossible trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Room service did not come come and tidy up or give us new towels once in the 5 days we were there. The pool hours were shortened during our stay so we had to be out of the water park by 5:00 which was disappointing. And if you book a room here, do not stay in a courtyard room. Unless you are a heavy sleeper or don't mind loud noises. We could hear all the cars driving in, horns, honking, and all of the echoing voices of neighboring spring breakers yelling from their balconies. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but now I know.

The set up of the 2BR condo was great...spacious and private. It was also usually quiet in the evenings.
The restaurant food was fair...nothing great TBH.
The property was generally dated (highly worn carpet, old paint, thin windows, cranky elevators) and highly confusing to navigate.
The pools and hot tub were dirty (tree debris) and missing some tiles.
The staff was kind and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor things in need of repair, but nothing that truly hindered our experience. The pools were all excellent! They were all heated, except for the small kiddie splash pad. My kids didn’t use the splash zone at all as it was too cold. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I wish parking was included in our standard fee as the price of parking really added a significant expense.

The stay was great, and the rooms were clean. I enjoy my stay here. So many activities to do as well. I definitely would recommend. There is a charge for a car though, it's 37 per night. We uber which cost about the same. Also if you use the bus to go Disney from them be on time because the bus will leave you then tell you it's your problem figure it out. Yeah his exact words. The bus was late picking us up then left PROMPTLY on time. I called to tell him we got stuff in the Disney traffic and were 7 minutes late, he said he was half way there when it took about 20-25 minutes to get back to the resort from Epcot. He left 2 minutes earlier so it was no way he made it \"half way\" we needed up having to uber. I recommend the hotel but the food cost a lot, they had gratuity to your food even if it's take out from the restaurant. The front desk was amazing. My only complaint is the shuttle service to and from Disney. You pay for a resort and the amenities and I felt the bus driver was lazy and rude. He almost got us hit leaving the resort that morning. I did like the full kitchen and the washer and dryer in the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a few little blips, but the staff were great and worked it out. The property is beginning to show its age. The elevator in our building was not working off and on through the week and on the last day it was not working at all. The selection of TV channels is very poor. The rooms are extremely clean. Whenever we needed anything stuff came timely. We love the pools. We’re already going to book for next year.

The resort was okay. Lots of pools for the kids, nice arcade and nice walking paths. Took advantage of the big swan paddle boats.
The resort itself was a maze.
Very difficult to navigate. The rooms were large but could use a bit more updating. Overall it was pleasant and we beat the spring break crowd which was perfect!!

I will start by saying we will definitely stay here again. The staff were accommodating and we arrived early but stored our bags and waited by the pool. Pool towels are only in room and you need to guard it the entire stay which is sort of a pain. The room was a good size and clean. You get a laundry soap for one load, sponge and dish soap and plates and pots etc. no frying pan. We got groceries from target and did some Uber Eats which was easy. Florida has gratuity included and drinks and food are expensive. The pool food was only available in the water park and was just ok/ nachos were chips with a side of cheese sauce. The drinks were 16$ and weak. But the park itself is clean and there were a fair amount of chairs. My kids both loved everything and the arcade as well/ the room and balcony were nice and we were close to the water area. Some of the resort seems like it needs some work like some wall base was pealing in the halls and the couches in the lobby look beat up but the rest made up for it. The pool service was slow bc of number of guests to workers but all friendly and helpful. Just expensive. The hot tub at night was overrun by kids swimming and adults drinking like a party. That was the only turn off and we didn’t go there again. The store has actual Starbucks and flatbreads and some ok sandwich choices. It’s a bit further from the airport but also has a shuttle to Disney. We didn’t have housekeeping. So for the 50$ a night resort fee you’re getting water park.

the pools were enjoyable! the tiles around the pools were slippery and many broken, so be careful! do not recommend eating there with food veing over priced and not very good quality. the room cleanliness was subpar and needed some fine tuning (mold issues in several places). overall plesant stay.for the price point.

The room had small damages every were. In the hotel room there was only provided towels no washcloths. If you wanted extra amenities to the room, you had to pay extra. Staff were great. The pool and water park were a far walk away from our room. The hotel was a maze of hallways and doors. And it looked like the hotel was under renovations, which was not provided on the website. And a lot of the amenities were closed or closed early.

Very disappointing experience.

The service was bad from check in to internal support. Staff were rude, impatient, and clearly unhappy to help. It felt like we were bothering them the entire time.

Prices are extremely high, almost like staying inside Disney, but the experience is nowhere near that level.

Rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Walls were marked up, appliances did not work properly, the coffee maker kept stopping, and the toaster was broken. TVs are old, not smart, and only show limited internal channels.

Parking is overpriced, and they charge an expensive resort fee, yet during the week the pool closes at 5 pm. That is almost comical.

Not worth the money. I do not recommend it.

It was a wonderful place to relax, whether alone or with family. The pool area was well-maintained and clean. However, I would suggest informing guests about any additional fees for extra cleaning days. For example, we stayed for seven days and the room was cleaned on our fifth day, it would be helpful to know in advance. Additionally, we weren’t informed that pool towels could be changed daily by texting or calling, while shower towels could only be changed every three days. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t accept cash; everything must be paid by credit card. Despite these minor details, the overall experience was fantastic.

Room was large and very clean. Common areas in the hotel buildings could use a freshen up but overall experience was excellent. Full kitchen and washer/dryer made this stay easy. Kitchen allowed me to cook for my kids for some meals and bring lots of snacks/drinks. Lots of daily activities. We were able to rent fishing poles ($35 for 2 kids). Usually price is for 2 hours but was able to keep them all day and go back and forth from fishing to the pool. Boat rides and mini golf were fun. I would recommend this resort to any family looking for a great getaway with kids or staycation if you live in the area.

Lack of communication, no clear directions of where anything was. The restaurant was dirty and no one explained to us while we waited 10 mins for anyone to show up at the host stand.

The washer was moldy, made our clothes smell.

At check in , we were not given any towels for the pool, we were told to go to the pool awhile we waited , we thought , good idea. But we had no towels and freezing kids! and no room until almost 15 mins after checkin. We

Beds had no mattress protectors on them just a flat sheet that is always coming off through the night so you wake up on a dirty mattress. Called front desk they said they don’t do mattress protectors. Hallways and rooms are out dated and need a serious remodel. Took 5 days just to get replenished stuff (towels, soap etc ..)
