The resort itself has potential, but our stay was disappointing because of the housekeeping and overall service.

When we arrived, we asked if we could check our bags until our room was ready, but we were told no. Instead, we were offered an early check-in for an additional $85, which we paid.

Unfortunately, the room wasn’t clean. There was mold in the shower, and trash was left sitting outside guest room doors. During our stay, we requested more toilet paper and clean towels. Instead, housekeeping delivered two bottles of dish soap, six bottles of show stuff, two rolls of paper towels, two containers of laundry detergent, and only two rolls of toilet paper but no towels.

Later, housekeeping cleaned our room but removed all of our hand towels and washcloths without replacing them. We had to go to the front desk to ask again, and someone finally dropped off bath towels around 11:45 p.m. We still didn’t receive replacement hand towels or washcloths.

We were also given two complimentary drink vouchers, but we never found a location on the property that actually accepted them, making them essentially unusable.

We also attempted to use the pool on two different evenings, both before 8:00 p.m., but it was already closed each time. That was especially frustrating since the pool is one of the resort’s main attractions.

We stayed in a three-bedroom condo, and it was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group.

The only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with enough cooking utensils, especially pots and pans, which made preparing meals a little challenging.

The pools were great, and the water park was an excellent addition that everyone enjoyed. My only complaint was the jacuzzi. It was often taken over by kids, who were tracking debris into it, and there wasn’t enough room for adults to relax and enjoy it peacefully.

The on-site market was very well stocked with just about everything you might need during your stay. While the prices were definitely on the high side, the convenience made it worthwhile.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this resort. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d give it a 9 out of 10.

This is our second year staying at The Grove. The space is excellent, and one of the few places that offers a full kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and laundry within the room. The pools and arcade are a hit with the kids. I was expecting housekeeping services at least once during our week stay, but no one came. But I don't mind cleaning, and the room has laundry anyway.

Overall, our visit to the Grove was a positive experience and we enjoyed our stay. The staff members we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

One area that significantly impacted the experience was that the elevators in the building were not working. This created inconvenience and confusion when trying to locate rooms and navigate throughout the property, especially at a family-oriented resort.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer restaurant or food service later into the evening, as extended dining availability would better support families and guests returning after activities.

On a positive note, Josh at the bar provided excellent service and created a welcoming atmosphere. I also want to recognize the front desk associate who assisted with check-in (unfortunately I do not remember his name. I believe it's Carlos), as he was extremely helpful, professional, and made the arrival process smooth.

Overall, we had a good experience and appreciate the hospitality, while offering these suggestions as opportunities to further improve guest satisfaction.

The rooms are very spacious, with an odor I couldn’t figure out. I think from the A/C. The place is huge so be prepared to walk. It’s like a maze. Easy to get disoriented. The market is very impressive. You can get everything you need there. Starbucks coffee, fresh made sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, alcohol, souvenirs, etc!!! GRATUITY IS INCLUDED on every service. Check your check before paying, before adding more!! Only some stamp the gratuity line informing you of this. The staff at the water park were rude! Breakfast in the restaurant was good. Loved the steak and eggs. Pancakes were good too. Super close to Disney, 40 min to Universal! Though we enjoyed it, I don’t think we wouod go back. James at the front desk was awesome!

You do have to pay for the umbrella chair at the pool. It's about $60, something I feel like should be included due to the price but I would go back. Loved it and my daughter did as well.

Nice rooms, with a big main living area and good sized bedrooms. We enjoyed the water park and the springs pool. Highly recommend $60 beach chair rental for the water park. The layout of the property is very confusing and it’s hard to navigate.

I chose to celebrate my 40th birthday at this resort because I had stayed here before and had such a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived, I found that the bed sheets were dirty, with stains in three different areas. I have photos to document this. I called Guest Services, and while someone did bring clean sheets, they simply dropped them off and left without offering to change the bedding. Since my check-in was after 4:00 p.m., this delayed me even further and made me late for my birthday dinner.
In addition, one of the toilets became clogged, and it took three separate calls before I was finally provided with a plunger. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff whenever I needed assistance. The level of service was far below what I experienced during my previous visit.
I returned because I had such a positive impression of this resort, but this experience did not meet my expectations. It was a very disappointing way to celebrate such an important milestone.

This place was awesome and I am considering taking my son back here. I loved the condo. We had a lot of fun. However, there are a few cons I’d like to mention. We had an unwanted visitor (a roach) in the kitchen by the stove while cooking breakfast. This place is like a maze and felt easy to get lost. We did a lot of walking which is fine since I count my steps. The check out time is 10am which I thought was insane. I asked for a later check out time and they gave me a complimentary 1 hour which I appreciated. Another con is house keeping does not replenish towels, so please use sparingly. They only come in to change the garbage and that’s it. Flip Flops (the arcade) was fun. There were a few games that were out of order but other than that, we had a blast. We went 3 times. We loved the lazy river and my cousins enjoyed the slides. My son had the time of his life at the splash pad. It was awesome overall. I love the fact that the condo had all that you needed as if you lived there. It was quiet and comfortable. We stayed on the 6th floor, resort view, building 2. This place is close to a lot of other places so you’re not limited to only what they have on the grounds.

The waterpark was small but warm water. The room was missing a lot of things needed to cook and clean. They had no kitchen towels to dry hands and dishes. Also, no measuring cup or scrubber. It made it difficult to make meals and clean. Tupperware would be nice to put away extras. The ice maker didn't work at all which was terrible in the hot temperatures. The restaurants were nice and had friendly staff.

This was our second stay at The Grove Resort. My family came 2 years ago and were excited to return. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as great as our last. They may be under new ownership or management because the standards have declined. First the pre check-in feature did not work. They changed our room from a 2 bedroom suite to a 3 bedroom suite without informing us (which was not an issue). Immediately upon entering the building we would be staying we realized the central air conditioning was out in the hall, which made it small very stuffy. Our suite was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the night stands and counter tops. I called the help desk to request more towels as they did not provide enough for 4 people. They never came. When I called back the following day, the lady explained that someone attempted to deliver towels but the safety latch was on the door. To which I responded yes it was, but why didn’t they knock? I don’t understand why a staff member would attempt to enter an occupied suite unannounced. She apologized and sent the towels. I got out the shower, walked to the bedroom and my slightly damped feet were dirty with debris from the carpet. The property overall needs better care and major improvements. The pool had cracks and a few sharp surfaces at the bottom. Besides the towel issue, the staff were kind, helpful and personable. Unfortunately, this was our final visit due to our overall experience.

Check in and check out was a breeze, but the room not so much if a breeze.

The water park was enjoyable, pools were clean. The resort is great for families.

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The temperature was inconsistent throughout our stay, and the thermostat was locked by the hotel, so we couldn’t adjust the A/C to a comfortable setting. The hallways were also very stuffy and had a noticeable odor.

Another concern was that groups of older children (around 9 years old and up) were running through the hallways unsupervised, which made the environment noisy and less relaxing.

Overall, we enjoyed the amenities, but improvements to the room climate control and hallway conditions would make for a much better guest experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. We booked a three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite with a balcony, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation.

We especially loved the pools, the water park, and the overall atmosphere of the resort. Everything was well-maintained, and it was the perfect place to relax while still enjoying plenty of activities. The staff was friendly, and the property itself is beautiful.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be that the room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. However, this was a minor issue and did not take away from our overall experience.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every moment. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Orlando area, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Our family had an incredible stay at The Grove Resort, and it truly felt like the perfect home away from home! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is incredibly family-oriented, with so many activities to keep children entertained. The activities room was well worth the small fee, and our kids also loved the mini golf, game room, and all the family-friendly entertainment throughout the property.

The arcade had a great variety of games, although the prices were a little on the expensive side. That said, there were plenty of other activities to enjoy that made up for it. The heated pools were a huge highlight and made swimming comfortable at any time of day. We also appreciated the fun extras around the pool, including henna tattoos, children’s temporary tattoos, and convenient on-site gift shops.

Our apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. It had everything we needed and made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Parking was abundant and easily accessible, which made coming and going stress-free. We also loved that the resort is gated, adding an extra sense of safety and security for our family.

Overall, The Grove Resort offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and family fun. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation in the Orlando area. We can’t wait to come back !

The resort was not terrible, just a few issues that prevent me from giving a perfect score. For starters, the check-in process was very long. I arrived @ 3pm on a Sunday and the lobby was full of families just hanging out with their luggage waiting. I guess it’s a big check-in day. Originally the young lady who helped me was awesome. But after pre check-in we joined the many other families in the lobby for 2 and a half hours before receiving a room. I had reservations at Disney Springs at 630pm which kind of rushed my plans. When asking for an update on my wait time, no one could tell me anything, no apologies or any special consideration. Second issue was the excessive amount of little ants in the kitchen of the room. We purchased some groceries to put in the room and didn’t notice till the next morning that there were ants every where. Had to throw out some of the food. But other than that all went well. It is a huge property, not the easiest to get around if walking isn’t your thing. We were placed on the P side and our elevator was out the whole week. Happy we were only on the second floor. The water park and pool were nice and location close to everything.

It’s a good property and having a store on campus was convenient my issues were one of the showers didn’t work at all, the floor in the room appeared dirty, there was hair everywhere especially in the bathrooms and a lot of the supplied dishes were dirty also as I appreciate having use of a washing machine the smell coming out of it was so bad I refused to use it. Please let incoming guest know that the shuttle to the parks needs to be pre reserved 48 hours in advance it also doesn’t go to Magic Kingdom Park so we used uber for about 35 dollars. Overall we had a good stay but I don’t think I would book this place again.

There are two slides and a really nice kids area. The main restaurant was not very clean and the food was okay and not great. The food from the pool restaurant was also underwhelming. Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando! It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family vacation. The spacious suite gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, and having a full kitchen made meals and snacks so much easier with kids.

The water park was definitely the highlight of our trip. The lazy river, pools, and water slides kept the kids entertained for hours, while the adults enjoyed relaxing in the sun. There were plenty of activities for all ages, so everyone had a great time.

The resort was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to visit the nearby theme parks while still enjoying a peaceful resort atmosphere at the end of the day.

Overall, The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is an excellent choice for families looking for a comfortable, fun-filled vacation. We made wonderful memories and would gladly stay here again!

Best vacation resort my girls and I have stayed at. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Bar had amazing mocktails and Pina colada and the pools were nice and warm with friendly life guards ensuring everyone’s safety. The boat ride was fun and the food at the restaurant was great too. Don’t forget to check out the super market for ice cream, souvenirs and cupcakes. It was an amazing experience for us and I’m pretty sure everyone else would enjoy it too.

Check in left a lot to be desired as expected by other reviews, we arrived at 7pm, 3 hours after check in started and still had to wait over an hour. Not ideal when you have tired and hungry 3 year olds.

The room itself was nice! Spacious and clean. We encountered a few small issues with our room but nothing that was a deal breaker. We had issues with the tv in the living room when we first checked in, someone quickly came and fixed whatever the issue was.

Second issue was the dryer, we could not get it to work. Someone did come but our kids were napping and I couldn’t let them in, the dryer eventually worked on its own.

One of the sinks in the master bathroom had a stuck drain and was very slow to drain, I did not report this as it still drained and worked, just slowly.

Overall, we enjoyed the property and would more than likely go back

I’ve stayed here on many occasions, starting when they first opened. This trip was much different, the room was covered in hair that was not from any of my group. All of the furniture is anchored into the wall, half of which was completely ripped away from the wall. There was burn holes in the pull out mattress, the showers smelled like someone had thrown up in them and just never were cleaned. The information given to us at time of check in about closing hours for the bars/restaurants were almost all incorrect. I use to recommend this place to everyone and unfortunately this time around I don’t think I will ever be returning. On top of that the day of our check out (10 AM) a women that spoke no English knocked on our door at 7:30 in the morning and we had no idea what she was trying to tell us, just put up ten fingers, then nine fingers and went on her way. I’m highly disappointed in what this, what use to be an amazing, place has become.

The property has nice water park and lots of family entertainment, the building was confusing even with a map. 2 elevators didn't work what made me walk from building to building trying to go to my room. The staff used the guest elevators what made works to leave the building in the morning. La atención de Lu en el counter de Check in fue excelente. Nos enviaron un mensaje tan pronto la habitación estuvo disponible nos enviaron un mensaje de texto. La habitación estaba limpia, espaciosa y tenía todo lo necesario para poder cocinar.

El inconveniente mayor es que el elevador de nuestra torre P y el del K no estaban funcionando y no nos fue informado. Nuestra habitación estaba en un piso 5 y teníamos que subir y bajar por escaleras o caminar largos recorridos por pasillos para poder encontrar un elevador. Los pasillos carecían de limpieza. El primer día cerraron la piscina por weather y no nos fue avisado. Nos enteramos luego de haber bajado 5 pisos por escaleras y caminar hasta el lugar. Ya luego nos enviaron en mensaje de txt para informar que estaba abierta.

Location was close to shopping and theme parks. I love the onsite water park! What I didn't enjoy was items was missing from our Condo that should have been provided like a dust pan, oven Mits, sponge or dish cloth. Our room didn't seem to be too clean either. Also didn't like the location on the room looked out of our room we saw the wall and then construction area to the right. I need more elevators in each building as well and least 2.

We had a good experience and a spacious stay. The way the hotel was built can be a little difficult to know where everything is or how to get back to your room but the signs are helpful. Overall staff were nice and building was clean. You can tell it's an older resort but they have kept up with property pretty well. I wish they could have offered better discounts on theme parks.

The property is situated further away from downtown Orlando than original thought. The pools were beautifully kept and the area was over very clean. The waterpark was “mid”, nothing special but enjoyable for a day or so. The unfortunate part of the trip is that I’ve been to numerous resorts but this lacked basic items I’m used to for resorts of this price point. No tennis courts, minimal resort activities and the food- not very good when we tried it. Room was nice and big, view pretty from the balcony but overall not worth the cost seeing as limited actual resort activities unless your whole trip you plan on being in the pool. If your goal is basic room with pool access, you expectations will be met. If you have older kids who need more activities- I’d recommend not booking.

My family and I booked a 7‑night stay in the Superior 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath condo but checked out after 5 nights due to multiple issues. The parking garage is extremely tight, and the I elevator worked only off and on, causing long waits. Each night the hallways were hot and humid, and the unit itself never cooled properly. As a lifelong South Floridian, I know summer heat — this felt like poor HVAC maintenance. The condo looked old and not thoroughly cleaned.

We found only four towels for six guests and three bathrooms. I assumed it was a mistake, but when I called, I was questioned about why we needed more. We also discovered the sofa bed mattress smelled strongly of urine. After housekeeping came, the room looked cleaner, the odor was gone, it looked like they changed the mattress cover suggesting it wasn’t cleaned well before our stay. After the deep clean they still left only four towels, and no extra sheets or blankets until we called again.

Calling the front desk was frustrating, the calls would go into an hold loop for 10-15 minutes before someone would answer, and the final straw was an epic battle with a flying roach in one bedroom. We left after that. The staff were kind, but the property feels run down. I won’t stay again.

Our stay was disappointing overall.
While the room was spacious, cleanliness was a major issue. The washing machine had a strong unpleasant odor, and the rubber seal was covered with visible black mold. The kitchen utensils and cookware also did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, which made us uncomfortable using them.
The location was another downside. Although the resort appears relatively close to the theme parks on a map, the actual drive time and traffic made it much less convenient than expected.
The worst part of our stay happened on our fifth and final night. Around midnight, we found a large cockroach about the size of a finger crawling across the bathroom ceiling. It was shocking and disgusting.
To make matters worse, this happened on the 7th floor, the highest floor of the building.
After seeing it, we felt uncomfortable using the bathroom and have been unable to sleep. As 1 am writing this review, it is the middle of the night on our last night of a tive night stay, and I am still awake because of how upsetting this experience has been.
The pools and resort amenities were decent, but they did not make up for the cleanliness and pest control issues we experienced. Finding mold, poorly cleaned kitchen items, and a cockroach inside the room left a very negative final impression.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Property needs to be updated, everything was broken, took day to accommodate and it was still not working after they said it was fixed. Should off been offered to change rooms in my upset I should have asked to change rooms.
