Very clean, family and kid friendly, the outdoor pool and water slide was amazing. The staff including room service were awesome, Very kind and polite. The complimentary breakfast was great especially the Disney waffles worth the trip. I can say so much more great things but I don’t want to spoil the experience of seeing this wonderful place first. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again. And just to add the hotel is right where the shopping center is that is such a bonus plus.

From the moment we arrived, we had excellent customer service by the staff. The property is very clean. The rooms are very well kept and cleaning occurred every other day like clockwork. It fit our trip and was very affordable. The money we saved , gave us an extra day at the parks. I will be back with my family. Thank you ! .

It was really nice place. Had way to many groups at the time we were there. Breakfast was a madhouse for people eating as we ended up going across the street to get breakfast cause it was way to bust. Room had a musky smell found out someone had left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We ran it then the smell was gone. fold out bed was very uncomfortable but bed was fine.

Good variety hot /cold breakfast daily with constant replenishment by helpful, attentive staff. Mini Mickey & Minnie waffles complete with whipped cream & chocolate or caramel sauce were a huge hit!!!! :) Good selection of microwave meals available for midnight snacks after busy park day!

Our room was spotlessly clean. We lucked out with a suite that both looked at the pool from one side and a fireworks view on the other. It’s a great location for WDW travelers, the shopping/dining center is walking distance from the hotel.

My only complaints would be that the fire pits seem to only operate on weekends. The pool bar doesn’t open until noon (11 would be better for families with swimming kids who would like an earlier but still reasonable lunch time). And the double smash burger is supposed to come with bacon jam and only had a bunch of floppy undercooked bacon on it.

All quite petty complaints and definitely nothing to actually take away from my experience. Will absolutely stay here again!

Location is ideal. Pool area could be cleaned up. Deck needs power washing.
Rooms were ok. Bed was made with a dust ruffle as a blanket. When I left a note not to put it on the bed, housekeeper took all the blankets off the beds. I was surprised about the 20 parking fee. That’s crazy!!!! Breakfast area needs to be neatened up during rush breakfast hours.

Upon arrival, the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and and had a variety of things for everybody in our party as well as a plentiful spaces to eat in. Last night we returned home to the movie by the pool, which was a lot of fun for my daughter. The only issue was the lounge chairs and the tables were all kind of tossed every which way, so it made it hard to find seating for the adults who were supervising their kids. As for a hotel room, it was large and size beds were somewhat comfortable. We wish there was a thicker comforter as the room was very cold. The most concerning feature of our room was the door. It didn’t really close all the way you had to force it which this morning led to a very unpleasant interaction. The door hadn’t quite closed all the way, and we were drinking coffee at the couch and a man entered our room we thought it was housekeeping and when we got up, it was a man looking for a room number with a 500 when the number on the outside was definitely 443. He apologized and exited our room again, stating that he was looking for he thought this was the fifth floor, when evidently all the rooms started with the number four. This troubles me because of the security threat to me as well as to any items in my room if I wasn’t in there. It scared my daughter greatly.

Great clean rooms with kitchenettes. Good selections for morning breakfast for everyone and it's included. Mickie and Minnie waffles are a hit with the kids. Pool had a great waterslide - perfect way to cool off and enjoy a non Disney day. Movie nights in the pool on the weekend. Pool side restaurant and bar. Great property all around for families. Staff was phenomenal!

If you don’t want to stay in Disney property but you are going to the parks, this is the hotel for you. We have stayed multiple times as a family and the rooms are spacious, very nice stocked kitchen, very comfy beds and nice shower - the lobby is spacious and nice . All you need! We never tried the pool, no time but I’ve seen kids coming from there with grandparents and seem very happy!

Huuuuuuge rooms and beautiful pool area. Breakfast was chaotic and not super well maintained although the staff was so helpful in providing gluten free options (just ask!). We would stay here again due to the cheap cost and spacious room for our family of five. It wasn't as close to Disney as we had hoped but they do provide shuttles.

We stayed over Easter weekend 2026, and the hotel was fully booked! Despite how busy they were the staff was helpful and attentive. Special shout out to the staff tending to the breakfast buffet! Despite the long line the food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Fun scavenger hunt activity and movies in the pool. Location was ideal for our family. Rooms were clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. 5 stars, we would definitely stay again. thank you!

This is a beautiful property, it smells great as soon as you walk in the lobby. We really enjoyed the pool area and my daughter loved the water slide. Quick and easy drive to Disney and a great plaza area across the street with stores and restaurants.

We absolutely loved the hotel—the service, the cleanliness, and the well-designed rooms. The only issue that affected us was that the mattresses were extremely hard; I believe that getting a good rest is essential, yet we were barely able to sleep due to how uncomfortable those mattresses were—at least that was the case in Room 315. Aside from that, everything was spectacular; the breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious!

I had the most wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton and can't thank the manager enough for his hospitality. Some things didn’t go right as expected the first day but the manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking care of some last-minute arrangements for our stay. The staff were nice and some were more attentive than others creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, my kids enjoyed the pool with the slide a lot, the breakfast had variety of selections and the location was very close to Disney. This hotel even offers a shuttle to Disney. You have to make a reservation for the shuttle through the app in advance which I didn’t know, therefore they didn’t let me book it the first day due to seat availability. But the next day I was able to reserve the seat to Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel for the incredible service and will definitely be back.

The breakfast bar area needs to be revamped. The lines would get extremely long and frustrating. The line blocked access to coffee, milk, and butter.

We were checked in by Blanca, who was friendly and helpful. Our room was scheduled to be cleaned on Friday, Sunday and Tuesday. Friday the room was cleaned and beds made, but not on Sunday. We had to call for towels & toilet paper. I called Sunday night to inquire. Brian asked if we placed a \"Do Not Disturb\" sign on door. I informed him that our room did not have one. Monday morning I called to request room be cleaned. When we arrived that evening, a Do Not Disturb sign was placed on our door. This had to have been done by cleaning staff as we did not have one. Again, our room was not cleaned. I again spoke to Brian & he advised that someone would be up to clean. I was doubtful, but to my surprise Milagros arrived to clean. I explained that someone placed a Do Not Disturb on our door & that our room had not been cleaned since Friday. Milagros was apologetic. She quickly & efficiently cleaned & changed bedding. She was very friendly & advised that this was not their standard & our room should been cleaned as requested. Apparently our room was not the only one not cleaned by morning staff. At checkout, I informed Blanca of the issues. She apologized and made things right by comping 1 night. Thanks Blanca, Milagros, & Brian. Y'all are awesome & should be commended for your professionalism and for going above & beyond.

The room was okay, the staff was friendly. But if you are using the shuttle to get to the Disney Resorts you have to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance, the shuttle is shared with several hotels in the area and it’s based a on a first come come serve basis. You are told to take a picture of your reservation confirmation, but on arrival the driver asks for an email confirmation. She dropped us off at the park and told us to be a at a certain spot for 6:30 or she would leave without us, only to not show up at all.

This hotel is in a great location and supplies everything you need with ample room. I only like to stay at places that are extremely clean so it was just a little under my liking because of some dirt in a corner in one or two places. The couch was also stained and worn a bit. The beds were super comfy though and breakfast has so much variety. We will return!

We always love staying here. Second night the parking lot was full and we had to park in the parking garage. A little bit of a walk after walking at Disney for 10 miles. They shouldn't charge a parking fee.

Bed and pillows are really bad. Housekeeping knocks on the door for cleaning when you're sleeping but they didn't provide do not disturb signs. The policy says it only cleans every 5 days, but they bothered us every day we were there. Outdoor amenities were great! Cleanliness was great.

Staff was friendly checking in, room was clean, beds were comfortable, wish they had four pillows per bed and four towels in bathroom ( we have a party of four), laundry services were good with plenty of washers and dryers, work out room was nice, pool was warm, towels were not properly restocked at pool, had to ask staff two different days and then only put two towels out. Fire pits were nice, however wish staff came around to grab pool towels other people left around area, used grills (however the 4 grills by pool did not work), most of housekeeping only spoke Spanish, breakfast was good but disappointed at the enormous lines making it hard to get seconds (make sure you grab what you want right away) silverware was in drawers were people were standing in line. Waffle line was separate and a woman made two stacked plates full while others waited in line, had turkey bacon which was hard (lots wasted in garbage) and chicken patties, potato rounds were hard, it was hard to dish breakfast on plates with limited counter space for laying plates, and nothing to hold the lids for food, would have preferred regular bacon, cold items were again the the way of people standing, coffee bar at entrance was good, parking good. Kids used basketball and soccer facilities at corresponding hotel. It’s unfortunate this part isn’t advertised or highlighted very much and the staff had no idea the procedure of what we needed to do to use these shared amenities. They should be updated on this.

This my third complaint on this:
If it wasn’t for my wife asking every March if this property is available, I would probably stay at a different and better hotel. The main reason we consider other places is because they offer free parking, while your hotel charges per day. I really don’t like paying for parking, especially when the overall savings don’t justify the extra cost.

This hotel was beautiful. Very close drive to the magic kingdom park. Loved the pool!

A few things that weren't so good.... breakfast ends at 930, but its so packed that you wait in line for 40 minutes and have barely any time to eat. People grab platefuls and leave empty containers.

When we got there at 7pm we were given our room key. Went up to the room and it was not cleaned yet. 3 hours after check in. Had to lug everything back down to get a new room. Very inconvenient.

We stayed for 2 nights. I figured we'd have housekeeping stop in to give us fresh towels after the first night, but they did not. I had to hunt down an employee to give us an extra garbage bag, and she wasn't very friendly.

Location was good, but service not so much.
