I was very pleased with the hotel. It’s clean and well run. Breakfast is delicious every morning to get you going for the day. Parks are about 10-30 minutes away depending on which one. Nice pool too !

We had to leave earlier than expected due to bed bugs in our room. I ended up having to visit urgent care because I am extremely allergic to the bites, and the medical provider confirmed they were bed bug bites. This completely ruined our trip and was very distressing for my family.
I am extremely disappointed because I previously stayed at this property in August 2025 and the cleanliness was excellent. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite. The room was not properly cleaned during housekeeping service the sheets were never changed on the scheduled cleaning day, and the floor remained very dirty.
My one-year-old was walking around the room in white socks, and they quickly turned black from the dirt on the floor. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially with a young child staying in the room.
Due to the bed bug situation and the lack of proper cleaning, we had no choice but to leave early.

We did have a problem with a light, and the chargers in the room. They sent maintenance IMMEDIATELY and it was fixed.

Every person we encountered was professional, kind, and friendly. Best customer service we have ever received at a hotel by far. The breakfast was delicious, well appointed, and restocked promptly with a good variety of options. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything you would need. Super quiet which we really appreciated. Since we stayed for 11 days we needed to use the laundry facilities which were clean and had plenty of machines to accommodate everyone. Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely choose this location for our next stay.

It was convenient and easy to commute to the parks. Also, there is a shopping center that is within walking distance from the hotel, where there are restaurants, Target, Starbucks, gas, etc. We would visit here again.

I have stayed here before and it was clean. Same this time the rooms are spacious and clean and its close to many restaurants and not far from attractions and shows.

Housekeeping and maintenance does a great job at keeping the hote and grounds clean and looking nice. Parking is ok, but during summer its pure hell to park.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Residence Inn. The room had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy after a long day of walking around the theme parks. The only downside was that we found the shuttle bus to not be very reliable so we ended up getting ubers everywhere. This is however, more cost effective as opposed to driving and parking at the theme parks.

The kitchen area was great and well equipped to make meals. There is a target nearby which albiet a little on the pricy side, perfect for the occasional meal you may cook in your room.

The hotel breakfast was good and had a varied selection of hot items (scrambled eggs, potatoes, turkey sausage, pork link etc) and you can make your own mickey waffles, there is even a gluten free machine which I used and these waffles were great. The cold selection was great with cereals, bagles, english muffins, yoghurts and fruit. It can get a bit repetitive after two weeks but there is a lot of variety to mix it up each day.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. They have a bar and do food in the evenings which you can have in your room. Really nice fries and chicken tendere which were huge and at such great value.

The pool is really warm and lots of seating and towels for guests to use.

Thank you for a lovely stay and we would highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of visiting Mickey and the gang!

Loved our stay. We arrived really early and a room was available so they were able to check us in which we really appreciated. The room was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast had a really nice variety that varied slightly the two morning we were there. Only thing missing was a frying pan in the room. Thought it was really odd to only provide pots. Will definitely return if in the area again. We stayed 3 places and this was our favorite.

Hotel was in a very convenient area. Shopping center was directly across the street and they had a complimentary shuttle to the Disney parks. About 30min from MCO & international drive where there’s a lot of entertainment. It was quiet and the breakfast was great! Most importantly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 elevators were broken for the whole trip, causing delays. My door did not recognize my RFID card multiple times resulting in me getting 6 different cards, until they finally came and fixed my door. That being said, I would consider going back as the people were friendly and apologetic.

The property and room were clean and comfortable and it was an enjoyable place to be. The breakfast items had a good variety in my opinion. The only thing that bothered us was when we were told about the parking fee which we totally overlooked when booking our reservation. It is close to the Disney parks and has some shops and food places in walking distance.
