My husband and I have been coming here for years and always love coming back. The Flamingo restaurant is our go-to after a long day at the them parks. Make sure you try the fries. They are the best! The only thing I could say if the hot tub could use a refresh, only one side of the jets were working at this last visit. Still nice and hot, but could definitely be updated. Oh, I did break one of my toes on the lounge chairs on the deck where the pool is. You can’t really see the feet of the chairs, so when you hit your foot and break something, you learn how to avoid at all costs. No, I did not let anyone know about it. Should have, but didn’t. Great stay overall though.

If I’m staying off Disney property this is always my go to choice. It’s 10-20 minutes max to all parks and disney springs. Great rooms and great breakfast which Is good to start your day off with, you know I gotta have those Mickey waffles. Staff is great and the property is kept very well. If your curious about this hotel please do me a favor and check it out for yourself.

There should be more ice machines, especially on the main lobby floor. I don't like the bathroom sink area being open to the bedroom area.

Lobby seating was not very practical or comfortable for long periods of time, which is what we were looking for.

Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great!

The room was perfect. The facility was very nice. The shuttle to the parks was a big disappointment. It was very limited when it ran. The staff member I dealt with at check in, and when I had questions about the shuttle, didn't fully explain how it worked and we ended up taking an Uber for 2 of our 3 day stay. After staying at a Disney resort, this shuttle was NOTHING in comparison. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was ok with taking an Uber every time I wanted to go to the parks.

The property is sufficient and nice for families (flew in with three daughters 11, 13, & 16). We did a quick trip to Disney for my 16 year old and had the room with the fireworks view. Although the view is a cute bonus, once at the actual display the next night there's no comparison :) There is a complimentary bus shuttle to Disney offered each day, please note: you must scan a QR code for the link and make a reservation at least 1 day before it is needed. It is prompt for the scheduled times there and back so be ready to go!

The room appeared to be clean, however we always travel with items to wipe & spray down as a routine. The toilet seat could have used a little more attention once we did our quick clean routine. Housekeeping comes ever other day, and I must say she spent time cleaning (even mopped) and was very pleasant.

The overall set-up of the room worked, however, the TV is located strangely on a side wall. But this was not a huge issue since we were on a quick 3 night/2.5 day trip and stayed busy at Disney.

The pool area and set up is really nice and my girls thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is okay to grab a meal from. There is a breakfast in the morning if interested. The hotel is not designed to be fancy, but accommodating, comfortable, together, and without major issues for families and individuals. Our stay went well and my daughters were so happy with the overall trip and experience.

Room-was clean bathroom small, the shower curtain was not changed and looked used and dirty, we were 4 people in a room and 3 towels, we kept having to go daily for additional towels and toilet paper
the staff- was super kind and friendly
Amenities, pool area was clean and nice , breakfast area was well maintained.
We asked for late check out and we got 1 extra hour, we had extra veers in the fridge as we went to put our suitcases into the car and went out for a bit, someone came into the room and took the beers, and pour the remaining coolers out and left before we came back. We noticed right away that it was gone as they placed the empty beer box ontop of the counter. My husband, son and daughter said they were missing some tee shirts they were sure they packed. Our rooms were cleaned every 2 days, i felt it could have been maintained daily, we had to take our garbage out to the parkung lot trash can, as there was ko where else to leave it.

The hotel was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the Mickey Mouse–shaped chocolate waffles, my daughter absolutely loved them.Another great thing was the heated pool. When we arrived, the weather was not very good, so it was amazing that the pool was warm and comfortable to use. A big plus was also the hot tub, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed here a couple of years ago, this time I found out that clean service was not the same. But I do not complain. My room was refreshed fine. Just gat someone left for the whole night a lot of trash in the hallway, this could cause roaches and mice in the rooms. Also, I the first night I called front desk asking help to turn the heat in the room but, no one came. I have to figured out how the temperature works.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location — close to everything but away from the noise and traffic. Anytime we need towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc, we had to call or go to the front desk. We head the same from others in the hotel. Simply not enough help and not enough supplies to go around.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are not ideal for our setup — we prefer the Home2Suites across the way — but if you don't spend a lot of time in the room, they're fine. They need physical attention — they're old and dinged up. Not anything staff can fix without an infusion of cash from Marriott.

The room was nasty in the beginning, the GM Glen gasslighted situations that should not have even been a problem to begin with such as stove top not working, the cleaning staff that cleaned the rooms 3/4 hours of the time never left replacement stuff such as towels and toilet paper never mind clean the room much of the time. They had a hot water issue on several floors, the room I booked as not the room I got, the breakfast times are awful close at 930a, the rooms were NOT what was expected or advertised. If I wanted Days inn services I would have stayed at a days in. We were on family VK that was ruined because of how awful the hotel stay was. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any Marriott hotel ever again. Be cautious when booking a room.

loved the spacious room, but cleanliness was an issue for me. when i got checked in, there was hairs on the bathroom floor and walls. room service is offered “every other day”, and when I received said service, didn’t receive body wash (which was half way used when I got the room). I had a first floor room and had a “wormy” visit. the water heater didn’t work properly but it was doable for the time being, and a sold out night meant no room change regardless. I consider parking to be too expensive for what it is, and frankly I don’t know what I paid it for.

We arrived at MCO on an early morning flight, got our rental car and drove to hotel to let them know we were there, for whenever our room was available. We had booked a 2 Bedroom Suite for 6 nights over Thanksgiving week. The woman at the front desk checked and said nothing was ready yet but said she would start a “waitlist”. She wrote my name and # on a post-it and said someone would call me when a room was ready. We left and spent the day at Disney Springs.
Around 7:30 pm, after dinner, with no call all day, we headed back to hotel. I mentioned we had stopped by that morning and was told someone would call but we never heard anything, so I was hoping we had a room by then. There was no apology or reason for not getting a call, but we were given room.
The next morning, no hot water in the shower. I figured it was a one time thing, maybe we got up too late and the hot water had run out. We all took quick cold showers. I stopped by front desk on our way out and mentioned it. I was told someone would be sent up to take a look. I never heard anything, and we got back late that night and just went back to the room.
The next morning, again, no hot water. Quick cold showers again. Stopped by the front desk again on the way out. The woman there this day apologized and said it was known there was an issue with the hot water in this room. So I don’t understand why we were given this room in the first place. She gave us another room and she said she was sending someone up

We were initially told that our reservation was not there, then they found it. However the reservation was shorted by one night. Then we were given a room with the A/C torn down literally and beds unmade. We were told there were no other rooms but then given another room. We asked twice for rooms to be cleaned, beds maid, but instead they just brought towels and sheets. We were overcharged $300 on the 1st night and on the 2nd day, we were called to the office to provide a 2nd form of payment because their daily charges were not going through (even though the hotel placed a $900 hold on my account.

The shuttle saves a lot of money when you use it for Disney World. I would recommend you always check your confirmation email to make sure you know what time you are to be picked up. Also confirm where exactly they will be picking you up in the evenings. Great job everyone at Townesuite Place Orlando and thank you for a very nice vacation!

It was amazing!!! We loved every second here. The parking charge was the only thing we didn't like. The pool was kid friendly. Prime location. Clean hotel and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. The rides to Disney fill up super fast and it's hard to get them. So we ended up paying for parking a lot during the trip.
