The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when I needed anything. There is not a shuttle to pick you up and return back to the hotel, however they utilize Lyft to transport to and from which was not expensive at all. The hotel is 20 minutes from the malls and other shopping areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable and other than the traffic noise from 7-11 at night I slept like a baby. Debra was a lifesaver during my stay.

We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch! We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment, so much that we rarely left. The food, drinks, ambiance, cleanliness, smell, and the staff, literally everything was superb! I have never said that I wanted to return to a specific state just for a singular hotel, but that has changed. I will take the 5 hour flight to Florida just to stay at the beautiful Ette Hotel again in the future!!

I will start off by saying the service was amazing, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and smelled so good. The staff greet you everytime you leave and come back, the beds were very comfy and the entire hotel was modern. The only reason I wouldn’t give the hotel 5 stars are a few reasons that have nothing to do with the service. 1. The bathrooms are not built well, after every shower I had to throw multiple towels down on the floor because the shower would leak, causing water all over the bathroom floor. 2. The sofa in the bedroom was tan but had white stains all over it (not sure what they were but I’m sure you can imagine the possibilities) so we made sure not to touch the sofa the whole time we were there. 3. Hotel restaurant service was great however unfortunately I have to say the food was not 5 stars, had a couple let downs at the restaurant however the manager and server were kind enough to try to make up for our experience which really saved the night. Although it was nothing too major, it’s worth mentioning. I would definitely return and highly recommend hotel ette! :)

The location is unbeatable - you're close to EVERYTHING you want, the airport is 35min, Epcot is 10min, SeaWorld is 20min - unbeatable. The property is well maintained, and the aromatherapy throughout is great. The rooms are comfortable, and the premium bedding and great toiletries are definite plusses. The bed is large and comfortable. The staff is personable and very willing to help. The bar/restaurant is expensive and hit-or-miss.
Bottom line: the price is very competitive for the quality received, and I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Orlando. It's not a 5 star NYC property but it IS a 5 star Florida one and an Orlando standout.

I had just had eye surgery, so I didn’t see or take advantage of anything but our room. It was clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. I was unable to get much water to stay in the tub for a bath, as I was unable to take a shower because of my eyes. The towels were large and soft, as was the bath mat. Well, the ambience with the hotel was extremely nice, however, we were only having a one night stay which turned into an absolute disaster. My husband and I were staying one night and then taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral, Florida the next day. We made reservations at the salt and the cellar, the restaurant within the hotel. We specifically told the waiter multiple times that I had very serious food. Allergies could not have anything hot or spicy. Therefore, we proceeded to order a ginger ale. Plain soda.
The ginger ale had chili peppers in the soda, I then proceeded to go into full anaphylactic shock and almost cardiac arrest in the restaurant. Needless to say, we missed our cruise as I went into full cardiac arrhythmias.
They charged us for my husband’s meal, I was in the hospital the following day going in and out of super ventricular tachycardia/heart arrhythmia caused from the anaphylaxis.
The hotel charged us 3999 for bread and coffee, while our coffee machine was broken in the room. Also, we missed our $5000 cruise, not to mention cost for airfare and an extra five days for the rental car as we were unable to leave Florida due to the cardiac arrhythmias. The hotel proceeded to charge us over $1600 as we had to stay five more days unexpectedly due to the anaphylaxis and heart issues. So needless to say, we were stunned.. this was a life and death situation that was caused by the restaurant, owned by the hotel. A letter was written to the owner…

The most wonderful stay at Ette. Every member of the staff is a testament to this property. From the most lovely aromatherapy massage at the lush spa to the possibly the best crispy tofu at the great Salt and Cellar - hands down my fave meal in Orlando.
I stayed in a roomy king suite, plenty of space for all of my luggage and to lounge about and relax. Thank you Luciano for offering a late check out so I can shower before my flight home too. I can’t wait to come back on day!

I would say without question if I could give Ette Hotel 6 stars I would. The hotel is modern and spotless amazingly comfortable beds and linens. This is a reasonably small hotel personal recognition by the staff made our stay an in even happier experience. Great location especially for Disney but easy to get everywhere around Orlando with easily accessible main road links. Free parking was a consideration when comparing to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is very chic and has very luxe appeal. The decor and the rooms are superb! We had dinner at their Salt and cellar restaurant which was excellent and we did their amazing Sunday brunch Tea experience which the girls absolutely loved! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa and relaxation room! All and all 10/10 experience and hotel and I highly recommend this hotel!

Ette is the place to be if you go to Orlando/ Kissimmee, the staff is amazing, extremely inviting and friendly. We definitely feel at home every time we go there. The restaurant is incredible , we ate there every day , we couldn't get enough , from breakfast to dinner is absolutely delicious.

Awesome boutique hotel for those looking for an option in the area that is not as large and family oriented. Carefully curated amenities remind me of higher end city hotels. Only draw back is that the fitness center isn't too practical, and not always in good repair.

When we arrived we were given a room upgrade, but that appeared to mean only that we were on the top floor(6), as there was nothing larger about the room. It’s still a very nice room and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Lots of nice toiletries offered as well. The gentlemen who checked us in (Marcus, I think) was very accommodating and told us about all of our options at the hotel during our stay, from the spa to Sunday tea.
I gave it 4 stars because we didn’t live the area- not that it was dangerous because it was fine - it just didn’t feel like the location for a 5 star boutique. It was super convenient to Disney though, so I will give it that, and at a fraction of the price of other 5 start resorts.

I have a service animal for medical reasons, and upon check-in, I was surprised to be questioned about his legitimacy and the specific medical service he provides—questions that violate my privacy and HIPAA regulations. Additionally, I was informed that I would be charged for his stay, along with a cleaning fee. I had to clarify that service animals are not considered pets and cannot be subject to additional charges. Despite this, I received two separate calls about the issue on my first night, making for an unpleasant experience. This was my fourth stay at this property with my service animal, yet it was the first time I faced such an issue. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I will return in the future.

The staff and management are all extremely conscientious and friendly. Every need is responded to promptly and with a \"thank you.\" We met the owner, by chance, since she's always on site, and she was as friendly as imaginable. And helpful. The hotel is modernistic, but warm. The food is great, and we aren't big Asian foodies, but found the fusion more than workable. The facilities are spotless.

Transparency across the board and personal responsibility within the staff that comes across like white glove service. I have stayed in other high end hotels in Orlando, but none match my experience at ette hotels.

Best hotel I’ve found in Orlando. Modern. Clean. Quiet. Cozy. Excellent service. And a Michelin star-rated chef in the restaurant to boot. All hotels in Orlando I’ve stayed at are tired and stale. Ette was such a breath of fresh air to feel like I was staying in a classy and metropolitan hotel that wasn’t 30 years past a renovation need (apologies for the sarcasm towards the Orlando hospitality industry but Orlando hotels writ large are way past due for a makeover). Thank you, Ette, for the delightful experience. I’ll look forward to visiting again.

Excellent hotel for getting to Disney parks. Hotel staff were friendly and very pleasant and genuinely cared about the guests. We arrived early for our check-in and had to leave little late than check-out time due to flight delays and they accommodated getting us a room with early check-in and a late check-out. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and were caring and delighted us during our visits. The wait for food is lite longer than usual for lunch and dinner, but thejr service was excellent. The maids were very caring and the room was well cleaned and in top shape. We'll definitely revisit in the future.

We stayed for two nights at ette hotel Orlando, Florida. It was a family trip with my daughter and her family. We booked two rooms. I consider it the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in the Northeast. I traveled a lot witj my family. And we’re so impressed of our accommodation. One of the best experiences ever!

This hotel has a nice lobby and the rooms were clean and it was made to look very staged, but it’s very small and right off a main road. Not five stars at all. Parking lot views. 600$ massage? It was a beautiful place when you walked in, but it was like having the nicest home in a not so great area. If I was to stay in a 5 star resort, I expect the amenities. I don’t just expect a room to be nice, that’s a given. There was 1 restaurant that I saw. Breakfast included from extra was a buffet style continental. I would stay again, but not for the price I paid and not if I wanted a luxury weekend, as I expected.
