The property was clean and tidy. The internet access was hopeless and we have a lot of problems connecting. Also the A/C was noisy at night which disturbed sleep.

We had a great stay! We arrived late Friday night and were put in one of the older condos. Though it was outdated it was VERY clean. The next morning our neighbors were smoking weed and the smell got in our room. We went to ask for a new room bc our baby couldn’t stay in the room that smelled so badly of weed. They were SO accommodating and quickly moved us to one of the updated condos. It was absolutely amazing! So new and so clean-which is huge for me! We would recommend this condo to anyone, so spacious and we took advantage of the kitchen for a few meals. We also loved the location, so close to Disney! Thanks so much for an amazing stay and start to our vacation!

Pros: property was clean and well kept. Nice kitchen. Condo was much more spacious than we expected. Appreciated the screened in patio except the view was of other condos. Complex was pretty quiet at night. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: WiFi was terrible, no Smart TV so we couldn’t stream anything. There was a strangely huge bathtub/jacuzzi/shower in the primary bathroom that was outdated. Bathroom fixtures were outdated. Super busy area- good if you’re going to the all the parks I guess. The staff member that checked us in late Friday night was very unenthusiastic and not welcoming, although a daytime staff member was much more pleasant and helpful.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The space is great and well equipped. However, there is some kind of equipment that is very noisy, especially at night, which can be quite disturbing. Also, the lack of an elevator is a major inconvenience when carrying luggage up to the third floor, especially when traveling with children.

The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. The activates center attendant was very nice and offered my kids big coloring pages with crayons to take back to the room. The golf area was covered, and I mean covered with leaves. Speaking of leaves the non-English speaking yard people start those very loud leaf blowers very early in the morning, also the very loud mowers. The non-English speaking workers also start speaking very loudly right outside of your unit very early in the AM, and a couple of them perched upon my bedroom windowsill. I had to bang upon the window to get them to leave! Otherwise, all in all it is a nice place.

Check in was easy. A clean and fresh smelling upgraded room was waiting for us when i arrived. We asked for a 1 bedroom and were upgraded automatically to a 2 bedroom. I didnt ask, nor was i told at the front desk. This was perfect as my plan was for our guest to sleep on the sofa bed. Everything was new and organized for us.

The only thing that i didnt enjoy about the room was the shower. It was a large jacuzzi tub without steps to get in/out. The water pressure was also very low in both showers, but we managed. I dont normally complain bc its not always immediately fixable, but i always report it.

Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

We appreciated how clean and spacious the villa was. We arrived late and the check in process was simple and easy. We enjoyed some of the ammenities, pickle ball, shuffle board, waterslide, pool, and the gym. The only suggestion I have is the sprinkler system for the grass waters the walkway and area where you park. Made that a bit difficult for loading and unloading luggage and carrying it into the villa. If you can not climb stairs make sure you request a ground level villa as there are no elevators to the upper floor villas. Each villa also has a private outdoor balcony or patio which is nice for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! We were upgraded from a one bed and one bath to a huge 2 bed/2bath unit. Beautiful kitchen and just steps from pool. The staff is very kind and has that can do attitude. Jeanee at the front desk was the best. We keep coming here and February and that will go on next year for sure!

Thank you for your message. 
However, I must express my deep disappointment with the way my recent situation was handled.
I consider it truly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional that you refused the refund for a reservation clearly made in error — an issue that I reported immediately through Expedia. I contacted your property at the exact moment the reservation was created, and even with the active support from Expedia, my request was denied in a surprisingly cold and dismissive manner.
This regrettable and utterly inconsiderate handling of the case reflects an actitud descarada that no guest should experience, especially when the circumstances were reported instantly and in good faith.
For these reasons, I will certainly not be leaving a positive review, and I believe other travelers deserve to know how situations like this are managed.

The villa we were give was not the room show in the pictures. The villa we received was tired and the furnishings especially the living room set was grimy and outdated. The bedroom in master only had one end table, we ended up using a kitchen chair as a makeshift end table. The heating system was not able to heat the unit. 60 degrees was the best it could accomplish during our 5 day stay. The villa was very clean.

The staff did not provide much on there promises at check in. We did an early check in 1pm and they promised they would reach out to us as soon as a villa was available. We reached out a few times via text message and keep getting they were working on it. Finally we stopped in to the front desk around 5ish and they had a room ready….. but never let us know. We keep getting messages though out our stay that they were there to help us with what ever we needed but felt this was just a AI thing and that there was no reason to respond as we felt they staff would do nothing.

Clean, but serious concerns with staff support and property conditions

The apartment itself was very clean, which we appreciated, especially traveling with children. However, our overall experience was negatively impacted by staff communication and property management issues.

On our first day, we were informed that the apartment was not guaranteed to be a newly renovated unit, even though Expedia only shows updated, renovated photos. This felt misleading, as there was no indication during booking that older units were a possibility.

More concerning, after returning from Disney World around 10:00 PM, the fire alarms in our apartment began going off repeatedly. When we contacted the front desk, we were told there was no maintenance staff available to fix the issue. As a result, we were forced to move rooms late at night with four kids and a large amount of luggage.

This raised serious concerns about safety and support. If there had been a water leak, AC failure, or another urgent issue, there appeared to be no one on-site to address it.

While cleanliness was a positive, the lack of proper staffing, misleading listing photos, and late-night disruption made this stay very stressful. I would not recommend this property to families unless these issues are addressed.

The room was stuffy and musty. We tried to turn the A/C on and it did not work well nor would it blow air. The room did not have enough coffee packets, only 1, I called the front desk and asked for more. They said they would send some but no one ever showed up. Plus they charged a resort fee of $56 AND a $200 deposit. There was no “tap” option on their CC machine. Once I checked out my bank reported identity theft. I suspect it was this resorts machine. Someone was making multiply charges with my CC number on Facebook. I do not have Facebook!

We enjoyed our stay at Orbit One Villas. When we checked in the front desk gave us a handicapped accessible room. We didn’t request this and asked for another room (which they gave us a newer updated room in A-11. It was beautiful. The first night that we were there the internet went out for most of the day. I needed to work and use the WiFi. I couldn’t work due to the outage. I wished the front desk would have refunded the resort fee for the day. Hot tub, well kept facilities and overall a good stay.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The hotel has good amenities - pool, play areas etc. however, encountered a few issues too:

- After confirming that the hotel will have all facilities working, we were told children’s playroom is closed on one of the days during our stay.

- the pictures posted online are only for their renovated rooms - so travellers beware. Most of the rooms are still dated and look like an old inn. Nothing like in pictures. They are comfortable for stay but can kill the vibe when you enter as you are expecting a modern renovated room.

- most of the staff were generally fine but there was one particulat “Amee” who was generally rude and didnt seem to care about her job. It was not worth arguing with a person who is likely in the wrong industry for work.
