The hotel featured great amenities including the pool and lazy river and the staff were very nice. However, it was extremely disappointing to find out that what they define as an “oven” was a microwave oven. Our kitchenette utensils featured only 1 spoon, 4 butter knives, 4 forks, 4 cups, 4 coffee cups, 3 wine glasses, 1 steak knife, and 4 plates. There was no mini bar to be seen. This was hardly what I call a kitchenette. The tv in our room was broken and even after several requests was not fixed. The beds were basically futons that squeaked every time you moved. The water was not at all hot, leaving us to cold showers many times with no door. In addition, some of the fitness equipment was broken. We were disappointed with our stay and probably would not stay again.

For the amenities alone with the price, this was ideally perfect for our family with young children. We spent two full days at the resort alone because of how much the kiddos enjoyed it! I do think the food at the bistro was delicious, however be aware price is more for convenience than value, just our opinion.

The day we spent time at the little water park/pool area in the middle of the resort, the safety mat at the bottom of the slide was broken by an older kid, perhaps more guidelines on usage and age restrictions would be needed to prevent rough play. Kids are gonna be kids, so if an employee or lifeguard can be onsite for some of the older kids, it would ease the minds of us younger kid parents so that they don’t unintentionally get hurt. Things happen, but accidents can be prevented.

Everything at this resort was amazing from the food, to the staff, to the amenities, and to the room itself. They have plenty of food options and a well established child menu. The staff go out their way to help you, even when I observed people have unreasonable demands or complaints. There is so much to do at the resort we included two days on our itinerary to just enjoy the amenities at the resort. And the room was perfect!

The property & staff were all great. Very welcoming throughout our stay. The pool & lazy river were nice additions as well.
On the website however, it stated that all rooms were soundproofed. This unfortunatly was not true. We could hear all the conversations of anyone walking down the hallway, along with doors slamming.

We have stayed before and liked it, which is why we booked it again. This time was not as good. We did not have any hand towels, washcloths, or bedding for the pull-out couch. I know I could have asked for them, but we got in after midnight and already had to wait in a long line to check in. We were too tired to go back and wait in line again for towels and bedding. When you book a nice hotel, you should be able to expect to find the minimum number of linens in the room without having to go back to ask for them.
We just made do with what we had.
The people who checked us in and out were both very nice.

The hotel is new and very clean. Buffet hot breakfast was very good. Amenities are basic for the resort fees collected. Parking has a fee of $15. The rate was low because we stayed there on a weekday, so with the price we paid, it is all worth it.

We stayed in a 2 king room. PROS: very clean, fast service, large bath room area, kids loved the pool area, pool is a great size to accommodate all guests. CONS: pool area did not have enough chase lounges or chairs to accommodate adults supervising kids in pool, room did not have any type of dresser drawers to hold clothes, not a preferred shower head (over-head), water splashed out of shower glass area onto floor, husband prefers a larger sink but I thought it was fine. Cute & stylish.

I was in a room without WiFi, and the TV had no signal. I called the front desk from my personal phone, but there was no answer. It was difficult for someone with small children traveling to just walk out of the room to the front desk.

We absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, rooms were big and a perfect size for a family. Breakfast was delicious! The pool, sauna and amenities were fabulous! Would recommend to anyone to stay there if vacationing to Disney. The sinks in the bathroom were a bit of a challenge for young children and the open shower allowed us to get them in and out smoothly. Will be going back!

I absolutely loved it the first time I went zero issues.
This time I was upgraded to an apartment even tho it was just me so I thought ok cool.
BUT it's a noisy floor and the people above me also very loud until 2am weekday.
In apartment dirty silverware. Like dried on straw paper after it was washed and still put on table. The place settings looked like they were tossed on the table. Also for an apartment no towels for kitchen at all. No other silverware and counter was sticky, in bathroom 1 wash cloth that I had to use in kitchen, and 1 hand towel.
So I was a little surprised since it was an upgrade.

Everything was awesome except for one person complaining of my service dog at pool. Not in it but poolside and I wet him because it was 100 degrees. Then staff member threatened to fine me $250. Glad level heads prevailed.

Great area, great hotel, good option for brkfast. Recommendations for staff to often visit the pool area. A dog was in the pool which caused us to leave but they weren't ask to remove him from pool. Parking is available and it is costly. Asking management to update their description to add cost.and not to say its available as that to mean means free of cost but it is not free. Rest all is great

Drove down from Myrtle Beach with husband, granddaughter and dog. Check in was fantastic and quick. The lobby is fun with plenty to see and the hotel felt super modern. We headed right back out for the night but when we got to our room we realized we didn't have any washcloths and no trash can. By the end of the trip, I never received a trash can and only received 2 washcloths. Sunday morning breakfast was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone…woth a view.
They offer a nice assortment of breakfast items.
On to the pool, which kept my 5yr old granddaughter super busy for over an hour. Then over to the lazy river for 20mins to let breakfast settle in. By the way the hotel provides pool towels which feel spa like (nice touch). We didn't play pickleball but watched others play (score). Kompose is such a fun place for the kiddos. Just make sure you have a trash can and washcloth upon check-in 😉

This hotel is very family oriented. I love that it didn't smell like Marijuana lol. Most hotels stink of it and it's really sad for the guests that have children and don't want to smell that garbage. THIS HOTEL WAS FREE FROM THAT STENCH! I loved the pool with the splash pad and wet gym. The hot tub was hot but not bubbles! It's really not a hot tub without the bubbles but im sure it'll be fixed soon. The saunas were fantastic. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only I would have liked the bacon cooked a bit more. Crispy bacon with syrup is the best. So much food to choose from and that made it great. Room was basic. Small fridge Small 1 cup coffee maker but no microwave (bummer). All in all it was a nice stay. Beds were okay. Oh and first floor near lobby is the absolute noisiest area to have a room! Slamming of doors was a bit much. I wish the hotels would put rubber stoppers or noise reduction foam door strips or SOMETHING, ANYTHING to cut down on the noise from Slamming doors! 😖 Still, my family said it was great and want to return to this hotel next time we go to Disney. It's 7 minutes away from Animal Kingdom and 11min away from Magic Kingdom so that's very close without the Disney resort prices. I give this hotel an 7 out of 10. And I definitely recommend you give it a try. It's not a luxury hotel but it is a family and BUDGET friendly hotel. Also pet friendly which is great. And W AG.COM is what I used for dog walking. Kristina Mullin is the best walker EVER.

We had problems with our toilet on our arrival and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. He ended moving us to a different room for the inconvenience. I would hope they took better care of the bathrooms, you can tell there is pink mold that can be cleaned. Also the way the shower was made is very awkward. There is no door so the water comes out leaving a mess and the shower just sprays everywhere. If you try to shower a little kid you will get soaked with them.

While this hotel has a great location and offers a convenient commute to the parks, my experience was highly disappointing due to serious issues with management, security, and hidden costs.
First, be aware of their parking policy. Parking is only complimentary if you book directly through the hotel. If you use a third-party booking site, there is an extra daily parking fee that is not clearly disclosed upfront.
The main concern during my stay involved guest property security. Due to a room transfer, I accidentally left a bag behind in my previous room. Housekeeping found the bag but failed to report it or contact me. Instead, the bag was emptied into a general lost and found bin. Only a few clothing items were partially recovered; all high-ticket items were missing.-I know housekeeping found it because management called me back after me escalating the issue to let me know that items where left in the room after all even though initially they said there weren't any items and when I requested to see the lost in found my back was at the bottom every zipper opened and some of my belongings scattered, a housekeeping manager admitted that staff emptied thecfound bag.BUT NO ONE NOTIFIED ME that it was found!
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff was unhelpful and handled the situation with a surprising lack of maturity or professionalism. Because my belongings were handled this way and the incident wasn't reported, I did not feel comfortable or safe al

Room and property were well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. However I will note that they should be more aware of the activities happening at the property. We tried going to the pool and quickly had to leave because there were guests blaring inappropriate music and dancing inappropriately for a family environment. While I understand they can’t prevent how guests act and it could have been a one time instance, I wish they handled the situation differently after multiple complaints from guests.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Pero tuvimos 2 experiencias no muy buenas:
1. A mi amiga, su esposo e hijo le asignaron una habitación y al ellos entrar la habitación estaba ocupada ya. Una vergüenza y tremendo susto para ambas partes.
2. A mi hija y a mí en el momento de la limpieza del cuarto se llevaron todas nuestras cosas porque según su sistema indicaba que la habitación estaba vacía. Nos recogieron todo y lo llevaron a un salón como de objetos perdidos. Nos botaron un jugo nuevo y unas 20 botellas de agua nuevas. Además nos botaron cepillos de dientes, pasta jabones y navajas de afeitar. En esta situación ellos dejaron que se nos perdiera una camisa y un estuche de cortauñaa, limas, pinzas, etc.

-Hotel exteriors & Lobby were nice & clean
-Lots of parking available
-Good location, close to Disney but a little far from Universal
-Staff were prompt & cordial
-My room was nice & spacious, it definitely looked & felt like an apartment
-The bed was comfortable

Cons
-The walls were not soundproof, & since my room was facing the pool, it was very noisy.
-The rooms could definitely use more lamps for lighting.
-Bed frame felt kinda cheap & would creak
-When I showered, water would constantly leak and soak the rug, even after adjusting the showerhead.
-There were bugs, I don't know where they were coming from, but I did spot a rather large hole by the wall underneath my bed frame & the bathroom ceiling had a few small openings too by the corners. Fortunately, throughout my time there, I terminated only 3 bugs.
-When the cleaning staff came to clean my room, I noticed they only took out my trash & gave me new towels; they didn't really sweep the floor or even change my bedsheets/pillows out.
-On my last night, the water for the kitchen & bathroom sinks & shower just shut off & didn't turn back on until the next day. Fortunately, the toilet was still working.
-Couldn't even call the front desk for help from the room phone; it would state that the number didn't exist.

Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel to families b/c of the amenities, spacious rooms & the price.

Sadly not a great place for families anymore. The price was great. The room was beautiful, clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was good too.
However, the guests staying at this hotel made this a place I wouldn’t return to. The price is too low and it is attracting party goers it seems.
The beautiful splash pad was over crowded with children who were jumping off the slides and not allowing smaller children on. There is no one there to mediate.
Parents are drinking and eating in the pool. An argument broke out at the pool between parents. They had their own loud speakers as if it was l own hotel.
Teens were yelling and running down the hallways near midnight.
The fire alarm went off at 6am because people were smoking in the bathroom.
It’s sad because it is such a beautiful place with great amenities.

They gave us a topper for the sofa bed to make our stay comfortable..

When I first arrived and checked the room.
I almost cancel my extra stay..
I booked this hotel for three nights I am happy I made the choice to stay and enjoy the three nights.
Our favorite was the Lazy River..
The place is perfect close to Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target etc…
I stood here when they had their grand opening.. The breakfast was amazing with lots of healthy options..
I wish they bring back healthier options for breakfast.
Free Breakfast is always appreciated.
But overall our stay with Kompose Boutique Hotel I give it a 10!!

If I give could give ZERO stars I would. We checked in super late after spending the day at the parks. The room appeared clean but after turning on the lights we found the opposite. I have my own cleaning business and this was just nasty. We are Disney pass holders and we stay monthly in Orlando at a hotel instead of driving home. Save yourself a headache and don’t stay here. Expedia and the hotel wouldn’t refund me. Counters not wiped down. Hair and dust everywhere from the tv to the baseboards. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Water marks on the counters. There are plenty of other cheaper hotels like Club Sevilla who are clean and cheap. I am so upset that I paid money for this nasty hotel. The hallways are dark and look kinda scary. My younger ended up with a sore throat due to the cleanliness of the room and she never ever gets sick

The first night was okay. The unit had a modern look, but it felt very unfinished. There was no furniture other then beds… no chair to sit in and not even a table to set a drink on.

The second night was a completely different story. The water pressure was reduced to a trickle and then eventually stopped altogether. We couldn’t brush our teeth, wash our faces, take showers, or even flush the toilet. The entire hotel had no water. We ended up having to drive down the street to McDonald’s just to use the restroom.

When we tried to request a refund for the night without water, we were repeatedly told to contact management, but there was no one available to speak with. It was extremely frustrating and felt very disorganized. Still waiting for a call back!

Overall, the lack of basic amenities and the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed.
