Cons: limited shuttle hours, it was either 7am or 10am. The blond girl working the front desk Monday night was very rude. Shower had hair from prior guest. Felt a bit run down.

Breakfast was good! Bed was extremely comfortable! I had no issues whatsoever staying at this hotel. Had fun at the pool. They even had a movie night at the pool over the weekend which was fun for the family. Will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for visiting Disney — very convenient and easy to get to the parks. The pool area was a highlight for our family, especially the kids’ slide, which kept the children entertained for hours. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great option for families looking for a fun and relaxing Disney vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Inconsistent housekeeping. Carpet in room had a lot of hair and debris. It wasn’t noticeable until you had to walk on it with bare feet. It was obvious it had not been vacuumed in some time. Housekeeping is every other day which is fine but one day we did not receive wash cloths, another day we only received decaf coffee.
Breakfast closed daily at 9am. Hotel would begin pulling food and closing doors as guests were rushing to get food for their families. As a property close to Disney world, breakfast should stay open a little later. Because of the struck hours we were only able to get breakfast 3 of the 6 mornings there.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to shopping and dining choices.
I like the continental breakfast offered daily during our stay!
I didn't like the shuttle service was only once a day, if you miss it to the Disney park, you will have to pay for your own transportation. I thought it was offered hourly. Sometimes the bus is so full that you have to stand all the way to the park.
I didn't like that the housekeeper cleaned every other day and when they did take our towels, they never replaced them. I always have to call for towels to be brought to our room from the first day of stay until the day we checked out. There were 5 of us checked in and they only gave 2 sets of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The room was not ready for check in time, we had to wait a few hours. I paid way in advance but the room not ready on time.

Check in Staff was amazing! Hanna was very helpful. We got into our room and everything was fine. We had an event to attend, came back and there was broken glass in from of our door. We went to the pool for a bit and the pool is nice. We decided to shower before dinner as we had been outside in the sun amd pool all day and the shower wasn't draining. We ended up missing dinner due to this whole ordeal. I let the checkout staff know of the mess of a one night stay we had, I was told I would get an email and nothing has been received.

This hotel is wonderful. It’s real close to Disney Parks; after a long day, you're just a short drive back to a comfortable night’s rest. It’s so close that from our window you could see Magic Kingdom’s fireworks. My wife matched the YouTube video’s sound to the show a couple nights which was pretty neat. The pool is nice, and they show movies on Friday and Saturday nights. There are plenty of shopping and dining choices within walking distance in the Flamingo Crossing’s area and more is coming. Finally, the price was an amazing value for studio and suites with separate living/ dining areas. Great place to enjoy the magic, and if you’re visiting Universal on your trip too, it’s about 35-40 minutes away so not a deal breaker if your focus is Disney plus a trip to Universal. Also, not too far from the Margaritaville, where you can enjoy a neat movie experience, escape rooms, and a lot more dining options as well as several other activities. Great place to stay for your vacation!!!

The room was clean and spacious. The lobby was beautiful. Breakfast had lots of options and the pancake makers are Disney themed. Friday and Saturday they have movie nights by the pool for the kids. Our family of 5 stayed for a week. It was close to Disney and about 25 minutes from Universal.

My 14 years old and 5 years old kids and I had a great stay! Hassle free from check in to check out! Staff are AMAZING!!!! Pool is clean, well maintained, and kids love it! PLUS great location!!!! Restaurants and retail are just less 5-7min walk across the hotel. To add more, 15min drive to Disney Park. So after a long morning at Magic Kingdom we went to our hotel, checked in, shower, relax and back to Magic Kingdom for 2nd half. That’s how convenient this hotel. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a nice stay; however there were a few things that gave me pause. The room we were assigned was small and the wallpaper was peeling off and the air conditioning had a noise and the hallway was super humid. On the last day we had a newer cleaning lady that didn’t knock and opened the door at 9:36 am and I was undressed; prior to her bursting in my room my mother and daughter had left and told her that they would be returning and someone else was in the room (me). I was so shocked and felt violated. However the manager was very professional in handling the matter and compensated one nights stay for the intrusion and my privacy being violated . This is still my home away from home just please don’t put me on the 7th floor again and make sure my room is bigger. My room was already paid for . I will say whoever the gentleman is that works night shift is a gem!!!! He made our stay very pleasant . Very professional and courteous as was all the front desk staff . This is our hotel every time we come to Orlando , we will still be booking here. Just had a little mishap on the day of departure.

We checked in at 3:36 and were informed that the room is not ready yet. So we suggested that we would wait until 4pm to check in. The unfriendly counter staff said that it probably won’t be ready until after 430. We didnt get our rooms until 530pm. There was no hairdryer in the room, the conditioner hair and body wash was completely empty. We notified main lobby staff about it. She told us that someone had been sent. Two afters passed still nothing! We left the property for an outing and came back after 8 hours to find only the hairdryer that was left on the table. Still not hair conditioner or body wash was left. Quite disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the place.

Upon our arrival I asked not to be put in any room backing the swimming pools because I had a very bad experience there in September 2025 with music going off late .
The first night we were allocated room 433 and I asked the receptionist if we could be allocated a room not backing the swimming pooI was told that I will be allocated another room not behind the swimming pool before even going to view room 433.
We were then allocated 733 which was directly behind the swimming pools, after being awake for almost 24 hours travelling to Orlando.
The first night the music was not switched off at 10pm , I called the front desk at 10:30 I was promised it will be switched off and then at 11oclock music still on until 11:15
I requested to be moved away from any room backing the swimming pools. I was told no that a manager called Kayla refused to move us away from the room backing the pool despite my previous experience in 2025 September
I had my daughter and her family checked into the same hotel and my sister and her husband.
Kayla has very poor customer service and doesn’t deserve the job because she told the staff never to move us from the room
I ended staying from 20-28 of May in such a noisy room.
Please send Kayla for training on customer service and she is very unhelpful and wicked in her attitude.
I saw several empty rooms been cleaned and empty but no one offered us another room despite our request to make our stay a good experience but very noisy and nasty experience.

To start, I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and while showering the floor flooded almost all of the way to the door despite there being 2 drains in the floor.

To avoid this we had to turn the shower off while washing. However, they were able to get us a new room, but that rooms sink kept clogging as well.

Also, the bedding had some dark stains which made me question if the covers were even washed.

We specifically booked there for the shuttle service to the parks, but these shuttles don’t run all day and I guess you have to reserve a spot ahead of time to ensure you’ll get a seat.

The walk from the parking garage sucks after a long day at the park. There is no direct entrance into the hotel from the garage. You have to walk all of the way to the front.

The breakfast was ok, pretty standard.

I will say the rooms were spacious which was nice and the air conditioning worked really well. The staff was friendly. The location was great, and the pool was nice, but the chairs were pretty uncomfortable.

I’m not sure if we will stay here again in the future.

It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what I was expecting either.

The room & bathroom were very clean. Check-in was easy. The amenities are very good. Beds are comfortable. Shower water was nice and warm. I didn’t like the shower curtain. It was fabric…very clean but it didn’t stop the water from getting on the floor. Breakfast is not bad…hot, dining area clean & well attended to. It gets boring after a few days because it’s the same food every two to three days. Close to Disney parks. About a 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Park shuttle is advertised and they do offer a park shuttle. It leaves the hotel at 7:30 or 9:55 and returns at 5:30 & 10:00. That’s it! Also the shuttle books up fast. The shuttle stops at other hotels and is FULL. Easily could have offered a few more shuttle times. Housekeeping is every other day. In our week stay, that meant 3 times. Every time we had housekeeping, we had to call for towels when we got back from the park. They took the dirty but left no clean so at 11:00 pm we were calling for towels. Rooms, especially bathrooms could use a little more cleaning time. Hertz will bring a rental to the hotel but the hotel staff will not help with this or answer any questions. Hertz was very good though. Pool area and pool bar were great, along with bar staff! Lots of bbq’s that we did use once as well. Close to Target, Starbucks & Dunkin’s. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Room was nice and a good size for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids) the pull out wasnt the greatest in that the mattress was thin and you could feel the cross bar digging in your back all night. The pool was nice but needs to be cleaned more often. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and a great start to our long days a disney. The shuttle is NOT reliable. We got back to the parking lot at 11:05 and the bus left at 11:02. We left directly after fireworks. The next time we tried to get the shuttle it was not available to get after the fireworks so we had to Uber again. In total we ended up taking 5 Ubers to and from the parks due to buses not being available or leaving. We had to reserve it so I would have thought since it only came once that it would wait 10 mins for people that booked it.

We stayed here for our Disney trip and honestly it was better than we expected. Hotel is clean, close to all the parks, there are restaurants really close by and a target in case you need to get something. Staff was really nice and the breakfast was good. I would definitely come back here again.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this location and the first two were outstanding this time was very poor. The house keeping left my door unlocked and wide open after service. I came back from a day at Disney to find all my belongings exposed and ripe for the taking luckily nothing was but still really disturbing and careless. My wife called the desk to check to make sure no one was inside or it was broken into. They were also nervous to check the room since it seemed so odd. Additionally this location allows pets apparently and one defecated in the hall and it was left there for my two year old son to find which is also disturbing and dangerous as well. I will not return to this location.
