Awesome place to stay. I would definitely go back. Very nice and clean. There’s a complex shopping mall across the street and an Urgent Care in case you need medical attention. I loved my stay and didn’t want to go home. I literally felt like I was at home. I’ll be back very soon!

This was an amazing stay! Extremely clean, helpful and polite staff, convenient location. We used the free shuttles to the Disney parks, which was very helpful - it took just a few minutes to get to each park. Within walking distance to several good restaurants and Target. Pool was clean and so fun. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had yummy Mickey Mouse shaped waffles. Rooms were new, spacious, and had everything we needed for a few days’ stay. Will definitely be staying here again!

Without doubt, one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff constantly cleaning public areas, lifts, doors etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Car park around the hotel can get busy especially when returning at night. No tea towels in the room so difficult to dry items you’ve just washed. Breakfast very repetitive but good.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I have stayed at Disney resorts and this hotel beats them. The breakfast bar has many options to choose from. The staff accommodated my family and the staff there is always willing to help. Plenty of washers and dryers. We didn't get to use the pool because it was cold, but it was a good size. The room was so spacious my family could not stop talking about how much room they had. A plus was that there are local stores and restaurants close by. We would walk to Walgreens often for items and eat at the restaurants. The restaurants close by have a great menu. There are shuttles that go to the park but leave later in the day I just used uber.

We were greeted by Denzel when we arrived at the property. It was the middle of the night but he was so pleasant in getting us settled in our room as efficiently as possible. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this location and we keep returning for the staff, cleanliness, location and much more. This is our preferred place to stay when we travel to the Orlando area.

Husband and I stayed here for five nights for Disney World vacation. Hotel is a good location for the parks. Be aware that the included bus transportation service to the parks has a very limited schedule. We did not have a car so we opted to use rideshare services get to the parks. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has hot and cold options and is kept well stocked. All staff that we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Laundry services were easy to use.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was fantastic and a step above typical hot breakfasts - we looked forward to it every morning. The rooms were super clean, and having a suite with two separate rooms ended up being perfect because my husband was sick for part of the trip so were able to sleep in different areas with a door in between and nobody else got sick. My kids loved the pool and waterslide, and it was convenient to grab a few pool toys at Five Below in the adjoining shopping center, which was also convenient for a variety of restaurants and a small Target. It was so easy to walk to get dinner or go to one of the stores. The people at the reception desk were always professional, kind and helpful. The location was close to the Disney property, though a bit out of the way from other points of interest, as far as we experienced, We would definitely stay again!

Good location near Disney World. Shuttle was 30 minutes late every time we were picked up. One time there wasn’t enough room in the shuttle for everyone even though we booked a seat ahead of time. It was free which was the main reason we stayed there but unreliable. The power didn’t work to 2 outlets in our room.

The good thing is the shuttle was free and breakfast was served for free as well. Close to Target and other restaurants. Staff was friendly.

The good and the bad considered.. It’s worth staying at for a budget friendly option in comparison to Disney resorts.

-Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Great location! Walking distance to Target and several restaurants. We were happy to be able to enjoy dinner nearby one evening.
-Transportation: ⭐ (0 stars if possible!)

We used the transportation service three times, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.

The first time, we were dropped off at Disney’s Hollywood Studios when we were supposed to go to EPCOT. We then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for another shuttle.

Another time, the shuttle didn’t arrive as scheduled. When we contacted them, we were told a Lyft driver would pick us up. We waited 40 minutes and no one came. After following up again, we were told to take an Uber and that we would be reimbursed. We submitted the receipt, but it has now been 2.5 weeks and we still have not received reimbursement.

Overall, everything else about the stay was great, but the transportation service was extremely disappointing and unreliable.

Amazing time spent there ! Hanna at the front desk was beyond amazing and she is truly special. The hotel was amazing and the breakfast was amazing. My nieces loved the Mickey waffles.

I cant rave enough about this hotel. The staff was so nice, clean room, and a perfect location for the disney lovers. The only issue i had was with the free shuttle service and my issue isnt with the hotel at all. If you are going to take the shuttle expect it to run an hour late. Also shout out to denzel who works night shift. He is the absolute bdst goes above and beyond. We cant eait to keep going back!

This was a very spacious suite that was comfortable for 3 adults for a full 7 day stay. The breakfast was a full buffet and had different options almost every day. Plenty of seating in the dining area as well. It was very quiet and was a short Uber or Lyft ride to Universal Studios or any of the Disney World parks. They do offer a shuttle bus option, but you must make a reservation for departure and return and the times available were not convenient for us, so we chose Rideshare. There is a nice shopping center across the street that has a lot of great dining options as well as a Target and 7/11 in case you need something else. Housekeeping is provided every other day. My only complaint, is that the unit had a kitchenette, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, two things were missing that we felt were important. First, there were no knives other than butter knives. This meant you couldn't cut and apple into wedges, for instance. There were also no kitchen towels provided. How are you supposed to dry the dishes you just washed? Hotel staff suggested using bath towels. Seems like a kitchen should have towels though.... Though we didn't use the pool area, it has a slide and plenty of seating, as well as a great bar with good food. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

It was convenient being walking distance from Flamingo Crossing Mall which has a variety of food options with Target and Walgreens for everyday needs. Decent overall. Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Between the sound of the guests above us sliding their chairs across their kitchen floor, doors being slammed, and just other random banging sounds, it was difficult to get good rest. The room was clean and met expectations. Breakfast buffet was good and so was the location with its convenience to the Disney parks. Probably wouldn’t stay again as I know there are better Hilton properties in the city.

I came to visit my daughter so I was in the room while she was working. I went to use the conditioner and the bottle was completely empty. Not the worst to find in a hotel, but stayed here before and was aware of the S, C ad Body wash in the shower. I also watched a lot of TV while I was in the room and the couch cushion was broken in my room. Also, they allow pets and a left alone dog was next door and barked all day and when guests were gone. Overall, I love the location to Flamingo Villages, amenities and lobby area for just relaxing.

The room was comfortable and clean. There was an emergency, fire, and it seemed the staff didn't quite know what to do, as they were slow to give instructions to leave the lobby. Fortunately, everything was resolved. Breakfast is okay, but limited. There wasn't much variety in the fruit. The best thing was the chicken carnitas day, and it was only available once in eight days. Parking was easy to access, and the surrounding area is very nice with a variety of places to eat. The area felt very safe.
