It was okay except for the timeshare they were trying to sell me.I didn't really appreciate the whole trying to sell me the timeshare just to get my keys and my parking pass.I felt a little unfair after I reserved the room a month ahead of time if they sent me an email asking me about the timeshare, I'd be a little bit more inclined to think about it.But I didn't really appreciate the whole.I have to get a parking pass and listen to a timeshare. The hotel is great, and all except if you're trying to get to disney world go into disney world.No problem, trying to get back to the hotel from disney world.You're gonna sit in traffic.Maybe for 2 hours

The room was spotless.

The staff were inexperienced. The man locked himself out of the building, and once we started getting settled in, we were called back down to the office to get relocated. I asked to pay my deposit, but the man told us that it wasn’t necessary. I was locked out of my room the next day for not paying the deposit.

For all of our troubles, nothing was done to make up for it.

If you’re going to Disney, this hotel is atleast 15-20 minutes away from all parks. It kind of sucks.

Perfect for families visiting theme parks!
The room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for the price. For a long-term stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
One of the best perks for Japanese travelers is the large bathtub, which is perfect for soaking and recovering from a long day of walking at the parks. Having a private washer and dryer in the room was a game-changer—no need to wait for public machines or even leave your room.
The room is fully equipped with a large fridge, a proper kitchen, an oven, and all the necessary utensils (knives, plates, etc.). If you stock up on groceries beforehand, you won’t have to drag tired kids out for dinner. It’s an absolute must-stay for families of 5 or more planning to visit multiple amusement parks!

Yes the unit was missing a pancake Turner called down to the office and the maintenance were able to bring up a pancake Turner to make pancakes and he was very nice I think his name was bill? I apologize for not remembering but the overall stay there was amazing can't wait to stay there again on our next visit to Orlando you have made it a destination place for us the family

The rooms were clean and so was the
bathroom and kitchen and living area. It was a perfect location because everything you needed from shopping places to restaurants were relatively close. Didn’t get to experience the other amenities because we came for a funeral and was in and out. I would definitely come back and encourage other to stay here. Overall, excellent experience.

While the hotel room is great and clean the only issue I had was the check in. You go through two people during the process and no one double checks the information. We were given the wrong room information twice now on two separate stays. Wrong building number, wrong floor, wrong room number. This is incredibly frustrating when you arrive late and in the dark having already unpacked your car with no direct phone number to call from the parking lot.

First room, they tried to put us in smelled like spoiled beer second room they put us in when we came back the next day room key would not work. Had to call maintenance to fix lock. He wasn’t able to fix. Couldn’t leave…..had no way back in till next day once they came back with the correct part to fix lock.

We were only in town one night and wish it could have been longer.
The suite is amazing. Beautiful decor and very inviting. There were 4 of us. 3 adult and one child. The two rooms with two bathrooms provided us with comfort and privacy.
My grandson loved the activity center and we all enjoyed playing the 18 hole miniature golf.
Beds were comfortable too!
We would highly recommend for a night or a week!

Excellent. The rooms here is basically a full apartment, living room, full kitchen, huge bath, bedroom, spacious and clean. This place is amazing. Mini golf course, huge pool, huge game room, movie room, clean and spacious parking. It was well worth the price. Highly recommended

This place never disappoints. The workers are kind and helpful. The units are well furnished and comfortable. It’s a great place for families. I love that we can do laundry in the unit (2-3 bedroom units only) and have a kitchen for meals.

Not worth the price

We were visiting family in Clermont & had stayed here before a couple months earlier. The property has gone down since then for some reason. Rude no speaking or understanding english ladies work the front desk. We were placed in a 3rd floor room when i requested a 1st floor. The rooms are basic layout but definitely need the floors & couches cleaned professionally stained on them. We will not be staying here next time we come to town to visit.

Wifi never worked, we complained five times, we opened support cases, they never fixed it. Ended up refunding the resort fees but that was not what we wanted, we wanted it to work. No stove or hotplate in kitchen, we could not cook for the whole week. unit was spacious but those two points wont have us coming back anytime soon.

Overall the property was ok and close to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the details were missing! There was no wine in my room or any amenities provided. The hotel tried to sell us on a timeshare at check in and wouldn't finish giving us room keys without trying to have us listen to a presentation while we stayed there. They then called in the middle of the week to try and sell us on a timeshare again. The toilet was running when we entered our room and remained not working correctly. There was black mold in the beautiful shower. The road noise was a problem, and a light bulb out in our bathroom. We had an unfortunate group of neighbors foe the last half of our stay. I went to the front desk after the second night of enduring the issue and was told the only thing the hotel could do was give a courtesy call to the people beside us. Unfortunately due to the room layout it would have been obvious who complained. For personal safety reasons I didn't want that option. The hotel could have moved us, apologized for the issue, or any other potential customer service options instead of sharing that their was nothing they could do.

This was the second time I stayed at the property. Only downside was there are 2 sections. I didn't know I had booked the older section. Still nice rooms and everything we needed, but I had my 80 year old parents with us. We were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Overall we loved the stay, and will be staying there again.

The room had a musty smell, but was very roomy and close to the pool and activities center. I was disappointed to have so much work going on while I was sitting at the pool and sitting on the patio. It was noisy and the smell of gas was distracting. I felt very safe and it's a great location to Disney, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Everything was clean, the room was beautiful. The only thing i didn't like was our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I have a handicapped daughter and I had to carry her up and down the stairs. I inquired about a room on the first floor but they were sold out. Amazing how there is plenty of handicapped parking but no elevators. Some of the buildings there have 4 floors.

Loved the big space in the apartment-sized living room/kitchen/eating area and bedroom and bathroom. Having a full sized kitchen and stove was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large pool and hot tub one evening. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the highway.
