Great location. Friendly Staff. There is only one elevator for such a big property so it was inconvenient to access it for rooms that are on the other end of the hotel. There is no complimentary breakfast and parking costs extra. I think it is more convenient and practical to get the other hotel brands in the area offering both full breakfast and parking for free since the cost will come out the same after you add it on to your final bill.

The room was clean and quiet. The microwave, internet, tv and bathroom were all in good working conditions. There is a small restaurant near the lobby but there are several restaurants and eateries within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems or complaints with the service. The staff were helpful and courteous. There is no daily room clean-up which we do not need anyway but it can be requested if needed. There is always a room attendant nearby in the morning who provided what we needed.

Clean room, not really up to the standards that we have had at other Sonesta properties, but it was comfortable and quiet. Only issue with the room was the condition of the shower....it was clean enough, the shower pull on the run -off fixture didn't transfer most of the water to the shower-head. Most of the water was coming out of the water spout and filling up the tub with water with a thin stream coming out of the shower-head. Looks like they need to do an update on bathrooms. Staff was very pleasant at the desk and the ladies making up the rooms were very happy and pleasant in the hallways.

Location is great, just the showers were old and showing some wear/tear. Bedding is wonderful. Paying for parking is nickle and diming in my opinion.

You can tell them you just got dropped off and park your car within the plaza across the hotel, literally meters away. No way for them to know if you brought a car here or not. Also, they don't even check nor give you a parking pass . Don't tell them you park here.

As the property was ok, staff was fruendly. However the bathroom tub and baseboards were rusty. There was no room service. I find it absurd that at 150.00 a night i then have to pay 12.00 a day for parking and told to keep pass in window but no other cars in parkinglot had cards for window. Stayed as it was close to the cemetary we had to go to, but will not stay here again. Breakfast was extra, parking extra. Never again.

Wash machine ruined my clothes, room and hallway were both filthy, stayed for days with no housekeeping whatsoever, water feom the sink was contaminated and made my skin itch. Had to pay for the laundry, ridiculous, and ended up tearing up my shirt and jacket. 2/10

Front desk was very nice and efficient. My room didn’t have a security latch fully intact, room was clean but lacked maintenance, and only two large towels, no hand towels nor washcloths. At 7am housekeeping was knocking at the door to service our room. When we let housekeeping know we hadn’t checked out yet but would be soon, she rolled her eyes and gave this stare of death. Which was pretty hilarious. Not the best experience. There are many hotels within a few miles, I’d recommend to stay elsewhere if available.

I was very disappointed with my most recent stay at the Sonesta Select. In the past, we have had good experiences at this hotel, which made this visit especially surprising. Unfortunately, the room was not clean upon arrival. The curtains were visibly stained, the floors appeared not to have been vacuumed, and the doors were dirty. The sink had not been properly cleaned, and there was hair found in the beds and on the pillows, which was extremely unsettling.

Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, and this stay did not meet that standard. I hope this was an isolated incident and that cleanliness improves, as we previously enjoyed staying here.

I reserved two rooms for one night. Both of the rooms bathtubs had leaked quite a bit from the faucet. The walls are not very noise-proof. I could hear my neighbors talking and laughing until 1am. The staff was very welcoming and the check in/check out process was quick and easy.

Staff was friendly but there were several issues. TV didn’t work & there wasn’t any maintenance staff on duty to fix it. Flickering hallway light that was either an electrical issue or a bulb that needed to be changed out. Again, no maintenance staff on duty to fix the issue. Breakfast was listed as an option for the property but no breakfast actually available at the property. The staff recommended a deli down the street. Overall cleanliness was substandard too. I would not recommend this property to anyone & will never stay there again.

The fitness room didn’t have a good selection of weights, the mats were shedding, no towels and one of the treadmills was not working. Also, we paid for a package that included breakfast but were told at check-in the restaurant was closed. Only 1 packet of coffee was provided. Walls were thin…neighbors were night owls.

While in route to the hotel I called and asked if I could have a little early check-in. Spoke with Amanda who said yes I could check in after one or 1:15 PM, and she would note it on my reservation. We arrived at 1:20 PM. Michelle was at the register and told us it would be an additional $30 to check in early as 4 PM is the regular check in time. When we explained that we were not given that information, Michelle said I cannot let you in before 2 PM without charging you an extra $30. So we either had to wait for 40 minutes, which was ridiculous, pay the extra money, or leave without checking in, because we had plans it was Thanksgiving. We did inform Michelle that at the very least, the extra charge should’ve been informed to us, which it had not been. Plus, Michelle was relentless and rather cold. We decided to stay and wait, only to find that there was a problem with the bathroom, a dirty tub, and mold all over the ceiling, which was affecting me. Michelle did give us another room which was much better, but all of that made us very late, because it wasn’t until after 2:30 by the time we were able to leave. I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed there before, my family had a wedding party and we never had any problems like this.

The I got king bed room. Then after 2 hrs being there. I felt the carpet all wet from the ac. Then open the binds and part of the carpet on the wall came off and had mold around it. I felt sick that I had to breath that in for about 2 hrs. I told the front desk an. All they did was move me to another room upstairs with the same size. Could have atless upgrade to a suit or comp the room. But they didn’t. Also the room wasn’t clean well. Fries on the side of the bed n a pill by the couch. Lucky my son was there and could have put that in his mouth thinking it’s candy. So not well experience there. Wasn’t work the money.

This hotel was one notch above a roach motel. There was mold everywhere. All over the walls, restroom and doorway. Upon entering the room, the AC had probably not been on for days and the monitor was out of batteries. I couldn’t call the front desk, phone wasn’t working. Signal was horrible inside the hotel. We really considered leaving but wouldn’t get our money back. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I went to take a bath and as soon as I sat in the tub the shower shelves had black mold under them. It completely grossed me out and I did not feel clean when immediately getting out of there.

The place looks nice at first glance, but if you look closer you see the torn wallpaper, mold and such.

That being said staff was wonderful
