This was the worst, most disgusting, annoying, crappy, and dirty hotel I have ever stayed at. To start we get in and there is a literal beer bottle cap sitting on the top of the AC showing it was not clean even before we got to it. There was a ring of black mold around the drain, then our key cards got invalidated 5 times in a row and they said it was due to being close to your phone, so instead of updating their crappy system they inconvenience their guests who have to repeatedly go get new cards and can't get in their rooms. To make matters worse, they claimed to send people around to inform they were doing work on the pipes and they never told us that, but then the water wouldn't work in the sink after using the bathroom and then the toilet began gurgling. So we told them and they changed our room. Well, we gathered things to go and then moved rooms and I didn't realize I'd left my dress shoes in the room. A day went by and it was checkout day and I had to leave for traveling back home. I went to checkout and realizing I'd left my shoes I kindly inquired about them and a lost and found and the young woman at the desk was absolutely awful, rude, sparky and blatantly being EVIL, told me yes they had a lost and found but it was locked and the only one person who could open it wasn't there to come back later knowing I was chucking out so they could steal my property. Crooks run this place. It is trashy and thry charge you extra for internet too. Dont waste a dime.

In the beginning I wanted to leave a terrible review. But the coming nights in Long beach showed me that it's the entire hotel industry which has gone down the drains. Prices are expensive and the rooms are dirty wherever you go. This place is still somewhere in the middle. At least not run by Indians.

This was my third stay at the Premier Inns Thousand Oaks. It is an older property located just off Highway 101 but is a pleasant surprise if you need affordable accommodations for one night. The lobby is closed after 11pm but we did get our 8 rooms checked in quickly. The beds are very comfortable and rooms come with basic amenities. Lots of restaurants close by.

You get what you pay for. My bed didn't have a headboard, the mattress was ultra soft with no support and the springs creaked with each movement, the particle board bathroom door was swollen and missing chunks of paint. At least the floor, bedding, mini fridge, and towels were clean and the AC worked. Wifi is not included and didn't even bother turning on the small tv. I would not recommend rooms facing West Hillcrest Drive because of the traffic noise. Also, I was bothered by another motel guest asking for work and money a few times.

First off I wanna start by saying it was a $90 night room so my expectations were not high, but there was a lot of things that left to be desired. The only right thing was that there was a couple of spots to eat within walking distance, but the walls were just filthy dirty towels were scratchy and Internet was $7.99 per day again I get it it was not a five star hotel but a lot lotta sketchy people hanging around.

It was noisy at night. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet leaked all night. There were no liners in trash cans. It was a terrible stay the night before my surgery. I was actually worried that I might've got an infection from that room. The room itself was poorly maintained. I would never recommend or stay there again!

The property of this INN is very clean lots of grass and trees. There’s nothing fancy about the rooms however, if you’re looking for something economical and simple, you get a TV a bed showers and a heating or AC. I would do this again if I was looking to save money while doing a quick trip, nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for. I’m happy with the trip and the staff was very kind as well.

Buyer beware room 140. The room appeared clean upon arrival but the bathroom was a nightmare. There was mold by the shower and when shower the entire floor of the bathroom turned into a pond. There was someone else's hair in the shower and the shower curtain was stiff and a bug came out of the wall where there was black mold. The door frame around the inside of the bathroom look like dog had chewed on it. I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and show the pictures I took. I said we wanted to check out due to the condition of the room. I told him the room needed to be clean and he told me that was not his job. He was rude and appeared angry. The room was very neglected. Old carpet. Weird colored stains all throughout the walls. I almosted sensed there was a hidden camera in the smoke detector. I was checking for it when I saw a weird light and as soon as I got closer to it the light turned off. The room really looked old and outdated. Smelled like tenants brought theirs pets and the smell has been penetrated on the carpets.

The room we have today is pretty nice spacious and clean just didn't have a refrigerator so we switched and they gave us another room which was nice but not as nice as the last room we wanted to just take the fridge to the other room but we just left and went to the one that they gave us we just didn't have a fridge

The grounds were nice, but the room was sub-par compared to others in its price range. The heater did not work and blew cold air. It was a very cold night and when asked if they had a space heater, the night attendance was dismissive.
The pillows were lumpy and felt more like pillowcases stuffed with blankets.
The phone did not work either. I needed to use it when my phone died and it was not charging.
Lastly, it was a very sparse room. No do not disturb sign, no coffee maker and other basic things you find and even small motels. The TV channel selection was terrible.
There was no breakfast service of any kind. Not even coffee or tea.
On the plus side, parking was very convenient and close to the room. There was a nice swimming pool and hot tub which were not usable in that weather but nice nevertheless.
The lady at the reception desk was very nice and courteous.

Disappointed by the way the manager lacks professionalism. I honestly believe he has racism motivating his actions. He/she (I don’t know all information was conveyed by staff and Manager would not correspond directly with customer)

Claimed I was placed on a DNR list from a stay two years ago because my eyeliner pencil fell in the drain… really like that’s intentional .. moreover why wouldn’t you have a sink stopper or drain screen to prevent this. I don’t recall any of this and it may have been the person who stayed prior to me or after me.

Lastly, this DNR was only executed after I had stayed over 1 week without incident or complaint. I work as a physician at the local hospital (every six months to assist) so I was hardly ever there that’s why this is so disheartening as I know it’s false.

Professionals speak to the person and allow the opportunity for it to be remedied, only after making certain that the allegations are being made against the correct person. Because I am the only black person I saw staying on this property the entire time I was on this property and I am the only one that was given a hard time based off of something that supposedly happened over two years ago it is hard for me to fathom any other reason for this besides the race.

I have explained this matter to the concierge at the hospital and firmly suggest they not refer this property to any family members or visitors that are looking for lodging.

The Bathroom door wasn’t closed even though the door knob was lock, you can still open it from either side.
There wasn’t much outlet to use. The room smelled funny when we got into the room, so we had to open the door to get fresh air and buy room spray.

The room seemed clean, but it didn't look clean due to water damage in the bathroom, and furniture with chipped edges and drawers dirty inside so we did not use them. The shower curtain was so stiff, it acted as a waterway for the shower water to go onto the floor. I could see the floor beginning to buckle. There was a dirty washcloth on the high shelf that seemed to have lipstick all over it. It was pretty gross. On the positive side, I would say that the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

There was a woman screaming about a man harassing her calling her cuss names. We called the front office to do something but the did not say much of anything. We have small children in the room and felt that the situation could get hostile. We then heard them running back and forth screaming at each other with threats. Again we called the front office to see if they are calling the police she said ok but never did. When we called back asking for a refund she said I have to wait til 3pm. Then we went to the front to show Amy/Jamie the recording. She contacted the manager. She text him who knows what she said ti him. Byr sge said wait. Then the next thing we know they aren't giving us a refund. This was on their property and not only did they handle it badly this management isn't good. They changed and they are allowing almost anything to happen there and not have to deal with taking accountability or responsibility for events going on at this property. We left and canceled because its not safe for my children. You never know what else could develop from this altercation. There could be bad retaliation who knows and for management not to care or to take any responsibility is very unprofessional and unheard of.Front lady even laughed at the whole situation. cothetreated badly.

The carpeting had a lot of big stains on it. The bed was very worn out. There was no electrical outlets on the whole wall side of the bed or the sides, and there was mildew stains all around the tub, and the front window did not lock. This is one of the most terrible hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Photos can be requested.

First of all this place is a very low budget motel. It's very cheap and I'm expensive if you're going to stay for one night. Everything is outdated. The bed squeaks when you move and is very uncomfortable. The room floor was dirty . I called after checking and ask them to bring me an extra blanket they never brought it. The refrigerator that was small and was never connected and it was dirty inside by the time we figured out how to connect it and get it started it was too late to get it cooled for our stay. There is no microwave or amenities so be prepared. The bathroom floor edges had black mold. We booked two nights on the second night we couldn't get back into our room we were locked out our key card was not working we had to go back to the office where some man was working and it was pouring rain so we couldn't go inside the office we went to the window and told him he gave us a new key card and the second new key card wasn't working at all either. It was so inconsiderate that we paid for two nights and on the second night we couldn't even get into our room right away and it was cold and raining outside.

This hotel is very bad! There is only one decent aspect of this hotel. Nancy at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Other than that, it was a dump of an establishment. The rooms with carpet smelled like dogs had relieved themselves everywhere. Also the carpet was moist and ripped. It was patched with stained mismatched carpet. I saw and looked through at least five of the rooms while I was there. Stay away from the rooms with carpet. The rooms without carpet were not that much better, but a marginal improvement. The bathrooms were riddled with mold and stained disgusting shower curtains. The whole complex smells like Marijuana! Do not stay there! You will regret it!

I’ll check into better motels than this. I consider this is a downgrade no Wi-Fi no cable TV just an antenna. The first room that I check into the TV did not work. I asked to be placed into another room. It could not be done till the next day, so I did not get any rest at all. I felt very uncomfortable just being there. They have some good valid points about them. The room was very clean. The beds was neatly made in the showers had hot water. The laundry facility was basic, but all the machines was working overall I like the place, but it will not be my first option to stay.

I happen to check in at 1 AM in the morning. I just needed a place to crash. I ask the front desk if I could have a late check out at noon since I checked in late they were banging on my door at 11:30 and tried to barge in. I said I needed time to gather all my stuff and most hotels give a leeway till noon for checkout specially when a guest checks in really late.
The staff was very rude and the place is dirty and the room smelled like smoke.
Stay away from this place I would not recommend it.

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here because I like the hotel is good for the price. The beds were comfortable, there is plenty of parking and some amenities close to the hotel. The only thing i found odd was there was no remote to the TV. I ended up just watching tv on my phone.
