I got everything I was looking for from the staff and the little amenities that I used. Breakfast is your usual American breakfast (Which I like) and there was plenty. The room was very comfy but I did not sit on the Sofa because it just seemed like it needed to be steamed washed. Its pretty much that material that absords liquid and collects dust. I know them sofas expand to an extra bed, but when used as a sofe, they should use some kind of sofa cover.

But overall, I am fine for what I paid. The staff was awesome!

I travel enough to know within minutes when a hotel is not it. Unfortunately, thanks to Expedia, we were locked in.

Room #1: no hot water. At all. Cool cool cool.

We switch rooms.

Room #2: immediately notice the carpet, which looks dirty overall but also appears to have what genuinely looks like period blood on it. Not a shadow. Not a pattern. A stain that makes you pause and reconsider your life choices.

The pull-out couch for my daughter deserves its own paragraph. In the first room, the couch cushions were so worn down they were maybe an inch thick—like sitting on compressed regret. In the second room, the couch was slightly better, but nothing was stocked. No sheets. No blankets. No pillows. Had to go to the front desk to ask for the basics that are normally… in the room.

Evening rolls around and we think, “Let’s salvage this with the pool.” Nope. The outdoor hot tub had at least six inches of foam from kids who had clearly been marinating in it for hours. We turned around and went back to the room where I had to convince my daughter to take a bath instead, which felt ironic given the earlier hot-water situation.

Now for bedtime—the main event.

The bathroom fan sounds like a plane taking off. Then, while you’re sitting on the toilet, it begins making random, unpredictable noises that genuinely make you wonder who engineered this thing and whether they were okay at the time.

There is no reaspn to destroy the earth this hard. Also tje only newspaper was Epoch Times? Which os a deeply bizarre choice.

We really appreciated the friendly front desk accommodating our early check-in request since we had a surprise party to attend before check-in time. There was a cigarette smoke smell in the bedroom area, but it wasn’t too bad. The staff did offer to move us to another room the next day, but we were only booked there for one night.

The room was spacious, breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the hotel and dining area were clean. Freeway noise was pretty loud in our room, so our earplugs helped (definitely recommend bringing some). Overall it was a good stay.

This stay did not meet expectations for the price paid. Missing amenities (no shampoo/conditioner/body soap), cleanliness concerns (floor had visible spots), and maintenance issues (towel rack detached, one light not working, loose outlet, shower curtain leaked water). Our first room had many issues including broken heater/air conditioner, phone, light bulbs, and toilet. After 3-4 hours and 2 maintenance visits, we were moved to a better room where everything worked.

Hello All,

My stay was lovely. Only problem I did have was that maybe the floors could’ve been a little bit cleaner. Also the bed sheets had blood stains so maybe those sheets should be discarded. But other than that the staff was great and I will be back next year. Have a wonderful day and a great year.

The breakfast was nice and the area was great (being right next to a Trader Joe). The jacuzzi was unusable as it was not heated at 3:30 pm in the afternoon (completely cold). While everything in the room was clean, the microwave seem to be having trouble and at 2 AM it began beeping and would NOT stop. We ultimately had to get up and unplug it after trying for about 30 minutes to get it to shut off. When I mentioned it in the morning that we had to unplug the microwave, the woman checking my out seemed less than concerned and said \"oh I would have done the same thing.\" We also could not get ice in the morning because the door would not work with the card, and even though I told them in the morning - 2 hours later the door remained locked. While the area was nice and breakfast was good, it seemed like the property was in need of some repairs and work.

Perfect quiet lil getaway! Check in process was quick and easy, the room was very clean and spacious. It was so relaxing and peaceful, the bed was super comfortable as well, Trader Joe’s is literally next door to grab beer or snacks which is convenient. And the location is very close to so many restaurants to grab dinner & drinks. I would definitely stay here again, really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is located next door to Trader Joe’s which we love. Bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast was good but staffing in terms of clearing table was not there. We were in town for work but also leisure and brought our kids along. This place was nearby my husbands job site so we decided to stay here. The rooms, bathroom, living area and kitchen area were clean upon arrival. I was really surprised of how spacious our room was and how the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, pots and plates that you need. They even provide you with a tiny dish soap and a tablet for the dishwasher which I thought was super cool. Their breakfast was included with our stay and it rotates every day so it’s not the same food which was really nice. Rosa in the kitchen is such a doll. She was super attentive and on top of anything that guest (including us) needed. I wish every place had a person like Rosa! The pool area was also really nice and clean, they provide pool towels as well. Very satisfied with my stay here. I will definitely be staying here again when we come back into town. Highly recommend.

This place was definitely an awful experience. You walk through the door, and it smells like a really chlorinated pool. It was such a heavy stanch. I was coughing, and I could barely open the bedroom window, and the front room window would not open. I had a baby with us. She is nine months old, and I was very concerned for her Health. The chair by the kitchen table had a lot of dust on the bottom rail. The couch looked really used and quite disgusting. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but the sheets were so normal and not comfortable. We would never come back or recommend this place. Also, I think this is a nursing home where people actually live here. It smelled like an old Hospital with sick people.

I really enjoyed the surrounding walking grounds with my small dog. The gardeners do an excellent job with different trees and plants. This place is very pet friendly. The pool was nice with jacuzzi. Rudy was attentive as front desk making sure that our stay was a good one. The reason for 4 stars is that the rooms are a bit dated. And wall floor unit AC a bit noisy. Price is reasonable though for what Hilton offers.
