Valet parking ONLY at $31/day, plus tax. Listed as optional on Hotels.com.
Mattress was very uneven and uncomfortable - almost slept on the couch instead.
Large gap between sliding shower doors leaks considerable amount of water onto the floor.
Additional charge added to the bill that was incorrect - I did not consume one of the $8 bottles of Smartwater from the room - in fact, I did not use housekeeping in the 3 nights of my stay, so how would they know one way or the other?

Pros:
Convenient location to visit family in Northridge.
Fair breakfast offerings, though not a particularly wide variety.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Also apologetic about the lack of disclosure regarding the valet parking. This must be a regular complaint as there is a printed sign at the check-in desk. No compensation was offered, or alternative options, but that didn't surprise me.
Despite the issues above, the room and hotel were clean. Having a mostly functional kitchen was nice, even if I didn't use it much.

Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't stay here again. I was looking for the best deal as well as comfort and safety. While I felt safe, I disliked my rental car having to be driven by persons unknown to me without any choice in the matter, the extra charges for valet service removing any \"good deal,\" and the bed was uncomfortable. Disappointed in Hilton, which should be a trustworthy brand.

The surprise $34 valet fee was annoying and pretty dirty the way they don’t tell you you have to valet to stay there until after they have your keys. Rooms were nice and spacious and bed were comfortable but they didn’t have any firm pillows all the ones they had were super soft.

The staff were friendly, room was clean, amenities as advertised. Something I overlooked when I booked, and honestly hadn’t even considered because the hotel is in the suburbs, is that they have mandatory valet parking at an additional daily cost completely unnecessarily. The parking for your vehicle is on site in their parking lot, they just don’t let you park your own car. It irked me every single time I saw the valet go fetch my car from literally 5 spaces away from where I was standing.

Even though the stay was good otherwise, that is honestly a reason I would not return to this hotel.

Hello. The property is nice but i have a few issues. First you have to valet park and that is 35.00 and that is not mentioned at all when you reserve the room. No park on property or close by. The second thing was the room was clean. I always clean my room and my wipes ae not dirty at all, but the floor was very nasty. The carpet really needed to be shampooed. It was very large dirt circles. I have pictures.

This was our second stay. The first stay we had in 2024 my family and I had such a positive experience that we decided to stay here again. What a difference a year makes. This time I would describe our stay as ok/adequate. The room wasn’t as clean. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. We had to request on our fourth day for housekeeping at the front desk because no one had come to clean our room. The complimentary breakfast was also a disaster. Never enough food or plates. Also, the trash in the buffet area was always overflowing. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

I was surprised by the taxes and fees taxed on at the end of the stay at checkout. I paid for the trip months ahead and was not prepared for the extra fees at the end. Also i was a little upset about parking at the hotel. You had to use valet because there was no street parking in a three block radius. This added another $350 to the total. I would have much rather parked myself if given the option.

Please eliminate the hidden fees you impose after the reservation is completed. Best to expose your fees ahead of time. I made my reservation via my account with Hotels.com and I was given a total price which I prepaid. Afterward, there were imposed parking and other city related fees.

I needed a room for a night and thought I would get a good deal by using my Expedia membership for a last minute booking. I booked a room at this hotel and read all of the fine print. It stated that a deposit is required at check in but no where on the website does it state only certain credit cards are acceptable for the deposit and cash is not accepted. I booked the room and went straight to the hotel. The lady at the front desk checked me in and I let her know i had half cash and the rest of the deposit can be put on my card. She said she cant accept my payment. I explained i booked the room with the last of my money and just needed a place to sleep for the night...it was almost 11-12am at this point. I begged for her to make an exception or possibly waive the deposit because I wont be able to book a room somewhere else and waiting for a refund could take days. She then told me since I booked it through a 3rd party Expedia they wont issue me a refund. So I had no choice but to leave crying with nowhere to sleep. She was cold and could care less about trying to figure something out to help my situation. A few weeks ago a white co worker booked his room there via Expedia as well and his deposit was waived. I saw his receipt so I know it can be done. I got robbed of the last of what little money I had left for a room i never stayed in. Never again!!

I won’t be staying at this hotel again I tried looking for something clean comfy and convenient for my family and did not like it theirs a $35 dollar parking valet fee for no reason really the parking is literally right next to entrance where we could’ve parked it are self and I got my last receipt and I have all these other fees that I don’t understand that ended up being with parking $45 that’s not fair at all if I already had payed $222 a night with hotel.com
And now all these others fees and in the hotel room they literally have a bottle of water for $8 wow !!!

The hotel is fantastic. But beware that if you're driving there, vallet parking is MANDATORY! This was an unexpected expense that we weren't planning. The listing makes it seem like vallet parking is available but optional. This is not true. Despite this, and the fact that pool was disappointingly closed, we loved the hotel and would stay here again.

The pillows are not very good, I suggest you bring your own. The bed is average, The restaurant advertised as lunch and dinner, however it doesn't open until 5:00 PM, just average food. I choose a hotel that has food available at least by lunch. Nothing walkable in the area. The breakfast was not very good
