This place was horrible, the freeway noise is very very long. Next time I'm just going to bring a sleeping bag and sleep on the side of the freeway probably the noise will be less.

Staff was nice room was clean.What made me angry was the fact that they advertise breakfast being included which is why I booked with them. Upon checking in I asked what time they serve breakfast in the morning. That's when they said, oh we don't offer breakfast. False advertising! That is the only reason I booked with them! Paying a little more to stay than other places because we would actually save money by not having to go out and buy breakfast. Didnt happen! Spent almost another 100.00 for my family to eat at IHOP the next morning😡.

I am glad I chose to stay here. The room was very spacious than that of a usual hotel room configuration. It is clean, easy to check in and staff was friendly. The room is updated and very pleasing. Altho, know that there is no elevator in case you have issues with stairs. It is not very high, only 2 stories. The area felt safe and quiet at night.

The AC/Heat worked perfectly! I stayed in the same room 3 weeks ago and it was very clean and was well worth the price. The only suggestion is that you have a TV guide. There are lots of premium channels on the rooms’s Specturm cable network, but was difficult to navigate.

The first room I got into, there was water all over the floor. Supposedly from a freezer leak. I was given another room which was much smaller and the bed seemed much smaller. Convenient location and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is a good size with an area to lounge or work, with a refrigerator and microwave. The mattress, unfortunately, needed to be replaced about 3 years ago and my body is still a little sore, but half of that is age. The Parkinson’s by is quite narrow and limited. It seems that they are doing some work on the exterior and were cautious about timing as to not bother guests. Keep in mind that it’s exterior access and the second level has stair access only, pack lighter if possible.

When I got into my room, the front door was too small for the door frame so outside air and noise came in while door was shut. I requested a new room and received one no problem. It was smaller but I didn’t need the space, so it was okay. Wall unit in room was old and dirty, and curtains were thin. This hotel is right off a major freeway so it was noisy with traffic. Overall, it was pretty comfy and service was good. Not sure I’d stay there again though.
