Had a very nice stay. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Has a better pool than most hotels at this level. We stayed here on our trip to Universal Studios. The park is only about 30 mins south. If I’m going to criticize anything it would have to be the pillows. Supper thin and lumpy. Great stay otherwise.

Front desk staff was nice . They already knew us. Stay here every 2 months for 8 days for work . Only thing they need to change is the breakfast just like other hotels do and they’ll always out of the. The staff that runs the breakfast area gets upset when you ask her for anything.

We reserved a room with two queen-size beds on 2/14/26. Late that night, as we were getting ready for bed, we discovered hair on top of one bed and underneath the blanket of the other—clearly not ours. This was very disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Because the hotel was fully booked, we had to request new bed sheets around 11:00 PM and change them ourselves.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, this was our first time staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites, and unfortunately, due to this experience, we do not plan to return.

Terrible Hotel stay away from this property at all cost. Group of 4 adults. First when We checked in I asked the front desk for a pet free room someone in our group has pet allergies( Although it is a pet friendly property, it clearly states online that bot all rooms are pet friendly) they said we are a pet friendly hotel and we can't accommodate that. We booked s 2 qeen bed room, beds are full size and not queen size. When we called front desk to give us a room with 2 queen bed they insisted those are queen beds. (They were not, they were full size) much smaller for 2 adults to sleep on a bed. Room smelled like paint. Property is very old. Bathroom sink kept clogging up.Breakfast is terrible, eggs were cold. Coffee was cold and taste it bad. I would give 0 star if I could. Stay away from this hotel. I don't know how some people give this property more then 1 or 2 stars.

I had a fantastic mini vacay at La Quinta in Santa Clarita, CA, and it easily earns a 5 out of 5 stars.

From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out as friendly, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely helpful and courteous.

What really impressed me most was how calm and quiet the hotel was. It made for a very relaxing stay perfect for resting, working, or just unwinding after a long day. The atmosphere felt safe, well-managed, and respectful of guests’ comfort.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything you’d expect for a quality stay. The common areas were also clean and orderly, and the overall property felt well cared for.

The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and major roads, yet the hotel still maintains a peaceful environment, something that’s hard to find.

As a loyal, repeat customer who exclusively chooses your hotel when traveling to LA for business and leisure, I am writing to express disappointment regarding my stay from Jan. 22, 2026 to Jan,24, 2026.
Because I am a very light sleeper, I always book in advance and specifically request a room on the 4th floor to ensure I can rest properly especially if I am in town on business. Despite this pre-booked request, I was assigned to the 3rd floor. When I politely asked at check-in to be moved to the 4th floor, I was told \"no\" because that is where they \"decided to place me.\"
Unfortunately, due to the noise from the room above me, I did not sleep well and had to push through the next day at my speaking event while exhausted. I believe loyal, returning guests deserve to have their reasonable, advance requests honored, particularly when they are essential for sleep. My request was for a room on the 4th floor—nothing more, nothing less. Also, the room I was in, the door had a 1/2 inch opening so light shined through all night. I had to close a towel in the door to block the light and for safety reasons. Please have someone look into that door for future guests safety.
I hope that in the future, reasonable request from booking notes regarding room preference are taken seriously. It would have made a world of difference for me.

I had made reservations for a work group for five rooms. I had reserved four king rooms on one reservation, a double queen on the other. When we got in at 9 pm at end of a long day, the associate at the desk said there was only room on the reservation..when I tried to explain that we were on the hook to pat $800 for five rooms through Hotels.com , he didnt care

I had called the hotel and spoke with front desk before booking. The reason why I did this was because I had drivers in box truck and semi truck, so I need to confirm parking availability. I was told they had space and we could park on the street, I booked two rooms. When my drivers arrived they were told they could not park on the street and needed to move their vehicle. I ended up sending them to a hotel about 45 min away that allows oversize parking. I won’t be booking with this hotel because of their dishonesty.

Room was great for dogs, as there was a large sitting area & a big desk to also use as counter space. Very comfortable room, but the double window had no latch on the inside. It was still safe, as the outer glass was secure - the utility balcony was a concern, so had to keep the curtains closed.

Told the front desk person we were light sleepers. Said only room was a room by freeway. Very loud. She showed a negative attitude. Did not ask me if we wanted a room with two beds which would have been an option. Will never go back to this hotel evn though I generally like La Quinta.
