There was a group of people partying/arguing very loudly right below our room. Loud music and loud people yelling obviously drinking/drunk from the time we arrived, 5:30pm until 10:pm. I called desk, asked to move rooms to the other side of property and was told there were no rooms available???odd because I had a choice of rooms/floors when I arrived. My husband saw the front desk and these people loudly arguing at front desk. I'm sure others complained as well. They should have been removed from property in my opinion. We had our 8 year old daughter with us as well and she couldn't sleep.

It’s in a good location. It has a few fast food restaurants with walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast it’s basic eggs, toast , waffle and juice/coffee. The annoying thing was the key card if it’s near an electronic it deactivated the card. When we first arrived the hallway by foor 2 had a funky smell. The room itself didn’t that’s why I didn’t mind the hallway smell.

We have stayed here previously, but it’s been 2-3 years. Feels like this hotel needs some renovations. Not horrible by any means just disappointing compared to previous stays. Will stay at other local properties on future trips unless we know renovations have been done.

We were a late arrival (about 11pm) and the hotel was sold out. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Although the rooms were clean, the hotel overall showed signs of wear and tear. I booked 4 rooms and one of the rooms looked like someone tried to pry open the door with a crowbar. It didn't exactly make one feel safe. It was late and we were leaving in the morning so it wasn't bad. Breakfast was fine and there was plenty of parking all around the building. At night, we noticed guests that had a couple of beers and smelled of pot. In the morning, there were families and couple present at breakfast that gave the place a different vibe. I've stayed in better places, but I've also stayed in worse!

My family have been staying here for years and this was the first time I was actually pretty disappointed. Our bathroom in our room was dirty, there were clumps of black hair all over the floor and in the drain that caused our shower to clog. The carpet also needed a good vacuum. But the beds were comfortable!

One thing I didn't like is how quickly they pack up the breakfast. The clock in the lobby was about three minutes fast, but when it hit 9:30 am (weekdays), they were already lpacking food away. If you get there when you think you had a couple minutes to still grab something to eat, you're probably going to be too late.

This is not the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel, but this is definitely the worst experience. When pulling up to unload the vehicle with our kids for a Six Flags weekend, there were IV needle caps all over the parking lot. Once we got to our room room seemed to clean first night we slept all of us were covered in bug bites. Second night our shower stopped working. I told the front desk three times was never moved. Rooms was told that a manager would call me by 9:30 AM which we did not receive the phone call. This was definitely one of the worst days ever.
