Cons - we stayed here for 3 nights and never had our room cleaned even though we took the privacy door hanger off and were gone from the room from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Trash cans overflowing, no clean towels and a pile of dirty ones in the room.

We’ve stayed at several Springhill suites before. This has been sadly the worst stay, and I was surprised. The bed sheets were stained, the head board had some unknown origin white residue… several of the plugs didn’t work for charging ports and the television remote wouldn’t work. Not a place for families to stay whatsoever.

Staff was super helpful, however the carpet had some sort of beetles all in the corners. We googled it and it looked to be carpet beetles. There was hair from prior guest in the bathroom and bedroom as well as candy and cough drops. We switched rooms with no issues. However the new room then also had hair throughout the bathroom and the sink drain smelled really really bad. There was also dirt marks on several sections of the walls and the common table hadn’t been wiped down at all.

The bathroom has a full glass shower so it is difficult to have a large group get ready in the morning. I recently stayed in your two-queen bed 6 people accommodation. Our party included a mix of family and friends (men, women, and a child).
The most significant and highly concerning issue we encountered was the complete absence of a lock on the restroom door.
This design flaw resulted in a serious privacy violation and created immense discomfort for all six occupants. The risk of the door being opened accidentally while someone was showering or using the toilet was constantly present.
Upon querying the front desk, we were informed that the lockless door is an intentional design choice for the hotel. While this might be a questionable, yet acceptable, design for a single-occupancy or couple's suite, it is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable for a room designed to accommodate six individuals.
The lack of basic privacy assurance renders this room fundamentally unsuitable for multi-party bookings. I urge management to review this oversight and implement a solution immediately, as it severely compromises the guest experience.

I reserved 2 Double bed suite. Instead the staff gave me the one for disabled. I requested it to change the room since I had not reserved for disabled one, Melisa refused to change the room, said that all booked even the King bedroom, and because of I reserved from Expedia, therefore that’s what I got. I said, it is unacceptable for this since I were not reserved a room for disabled, and I demanded a refund. She refused and said I had to go through Expedia to get a refund. I spoke to Expedia and the representative from Expedia called Melisa, again she refused to authorize the refund through Expedia.
After stranded for about 1.5 hour trying to figure out solution, Melissa came to over room I booked with an excuse someone cancelled the room so she could over the room to us.

Overall the suite fit our family of 6. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Reason for not 5 stars is the sink in the bathroom didn’t have hot water and the breakfast was just ok. Also, they state they are eco friendly by posting a sign in the bathroom to hang towels to reuse them and save water but yet only provide one towel rack and no other options to hang the towels in a suite that holds 6 people.

I loved the breakfast! The rooms were nice and big. Shower fits two people ;) the beds are nice and comfy and the layout was very nice. They offer real eggs for breakfast with a number of options. Staff is very on top of things. The gym was nice also. My boyfriend and I got a nice pump and we normally lift 5-6 times a week. No hot tub though and no towels by the pool, which it made it very dangerous when I got back from dinner in high heels. Recommend and worth every penny. Oh and the views were beautiful and Magic koi was littttterly a minute away.
