Hilton will never let you down. I made a mistake and tried to go cheaper and it bit me hard at the end. I would rather pay a little extra money to make sure I stay somewhere very clean, comfy and safe. The staff was magnificent and very clean. You guys anywhere I go, never let me down.

Breakfast was buffet style, but you could also order custom menu items. However it was not \"included\" in the reservation. During hotels.com reservation process, it gives me the option to include food and charges per person or not. I included it because I didn't want to not have something to eat with my family. The made to order stuff was way tastier than the buffet. Especially if you request the omlettes to be made with fresh eggs. Staff was great.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip to Magic Mountain and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, room clean, and it was pretty quiet despite being full. Lots of parking available. The check-in was super easy and Alex was very nice and got us to our room quickly. Literally less than 5 min drive to MM. There’s a Coffee Bean right next door, also a McDonald’s and Food Mart and gas station. Literally everything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel in a great location. It was not stated clearly enough that parking is $15 per night. Also not clear that there was no continental breakfast. Starts at $20+ per person.

Thanks but no thanks to another stay.

Fantastic breakfast with made to order omlets and waffles. SUPER clean and modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Great water pressure! Crabtree and Evelyn bath products provided. Very quiet property with excellent ammenities: sundry shop, laundry, pool, hot tub and fitness center on site. 4 minutes from Six Flags entrance. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

The stay was great. The staff was wonderful. The only issue that we did have and that rubbed me the wrong way was the breakfast. We were highly aware that there was an additional cost to breakfast, as it’s listed on a sign when you walk up to the breakfast area and they give you a slip when you check in that details, how much the breakfast cost. However, the one morning that we did decide to get breakfast (because this interaction made us not want to go back) we walk up to the breakfast place preparing to make ourselves a meal, and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area practically yelled at us and was screaming at us that there was a cost, and that our room does not include breakfast and asked us if we’re able to pay before we get our omelettes… again we already knew that there was a cost so this interaction was a little jarring. We got the vibe that she felt. We couldn’t afford the breakfast and jumped down her throat to make sure that we knew that there was a cost. However, we already knew and it was really just them assuming that we couldn’t pay for something. Now I held back my frustration and didn’t complain because I felt the lady was just doing her job and I didn’t want to make a big issue out of anything. But looking back now, we both definitely felt as if she was profiling us because we were in pajamas and not in our best clothing, AnyWho, I would just suggest not to profile your guess and not assume that we can’t afford something

This is a super convenient hotel, with plenty of space. The room was huge, and it had great access to local restaurants within a 5 minute drive on the other side of the freeway. Quiet and chill.

Upon our arrival the guy at the front counter was very rude to me and my husband. I understand that requests are not guaranteed. I asked for a room on the first floor with guards on the toilet. My husband has mobility issues. The day we’re leaving the room next to us blasted music loudly waking us up. Since he hadn’t stopped we checked out.

They offered limited room service which they did no have. I had to pay for parking.

When we checked out the gentleman name was Roy. He was amazing and knows what customer service is. He’s an asset to the company. People shouldn’t take customer service jobs if they don’t know what that means like the guy we came across upon checking needs training.

I don’t plan to ever stay at this hotel ever again.

BEWARE!!! This hotel relies on business from Expedia and other online travel agents, but charges YOU the commission in the form of paid parking.

Stayed here for years for January Magic Mountain weekends. They had a free shuttle to the park, free breakfast and free parking.

Apparently that all changed in 2022 when BRIGHTON MANAGEMENT bought the property.

All those perks are gone!!! The most egregious being scamming guests for parking if you book a room anywhere but the Hilton website.

Never seen this scam before, but I absolutely will never stay here again because of it.

Not to mention the service was noticeably lacking from out last visit. Bathroom toiletries are essentially dish soap, they don't make up the room or change towels, bugs in the shower, it's loud and the hotel stinks.

Avoid at all costs. They charge you for their advertising, and then give you a motel 6 experience

Room looked very clean but smelled musty and like someone had smoked cigarettes in it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, but the fitted sheet was meant for a thinner mattress. As soon as I sat down, the corners popped off and exposed the mattress protector. Tub was partially clogged and drained really slow. Filled with 3 inches of water during my showers.
Fridge and microwave worked well and were clean.
We used the laundry room. $4 per load seems steep considering my clothes came out of the dryer slightly damp. I didn’t want to pay another $4 so we draped the damp items aroun

Get the breakfast included it’s definitely worth it. Its not your average rinky dink hotel breakfast, here they have a cook making you fresh omelette pancakes or waffles plus they have real bacon not that transparent plastic looking stuff you get at other hotels.

I know that no room is perfectly ever cleaned and that the rain brings bugs in the house but I found 2 bugs in our room, which implies that there were probably more to be found if I actually looked. Room was fine. The bed was really comfortable. Laundry room was a little expensive for my tastes. $4 for 30 minutes of dryer use.

Room was excellent… had to pay for parking which I have never had to do before $15.00 for this type of hotel.. parking was scratchy as I had to go down check on my vehicle a couple of times since there was no security .. signs outside said park at your own risk and owners were on there own… it if your charging for parking we should feel comfortable .. which was not the case…

The walls are super thin so we could hear someone snoring next to us and everything happening in the hallways throughout the night. The shower handle could also use an update because to get hot water it felt like you had to unscrew the handle out, which felt unsafe.
