Room was functional but it's showing its age with flecks at the bottom of the TV screen, a nightstand drawer that kept rolling open, and nicks in the furniture. If you're sensitive to hard walking above you, either request a third floor room or hope for the best. That was the worst part of my stay: whoever was above me. The general manager (unfortunately I forgot her name) was one of the nicest, most gracious people I have ever encountered at a front desk. The young lady who was working at night was also extremely kind to the guests I observed her assisting. The two men who were there when I checked in could learn something from them.

Only one elevator was working, staff didn’t explain any of the amenities available. The bed wasn’t that comfortable plus the sheets didn’t fit so I had to keep fixing them. Also, the hallway echos really bad so if people are being loud outside your door it sounds like they’re in your room.

The staff were amazing and the room was very nice. I took two stars off because there was a very loud humming noise all night long and we couldn’t leave the window open because it was so loud (maybe the freeway but it was REALLY noisy), and also when I showered, I lost hot water intermittently throughout. Seemed like when another room turned their hot water on, mine went cold. Not a pleasant experience. Finally, the ice machine on our floor (3rd), wasn’t turned on when we arrived so we had to go to the second floor to get ice. I called the front desk and they said they would have an engineer take care of it, but it still wasn’t fixed the next morning so I once again had to travel to the second floor for ice.

Beautiful clean room, wonderful knowledgable staff, happy with room location. I also liked the location of this hotel. Easy access off of Valencia (traffic light at intersection), and lots of convenient dining and shopping. Grateful there was a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave in my room. Hair dryer provided. I most definitely recommend this Courtyard and of course, would stay there in the future.

Marsha was great!!

The exit from the highway was close do to construction. It was very hard to find a different rout to get to hotel. We were arriving late at night and the front desk person that we spoke to ask for alternative rout wasn’t very good at directing us. He also wasn’t answering the door when we got there. We had to call him again for him to come to front desk to open door for us.
The one positive thing was Marsha next morning. Very friendly and helpful.

Great stay! Easy and quick check in. Accomodating and friendly staff. Felt safe although we only stayed one night. Parking was easy and well lit. Facility was very clean and up to date. Spacious room. A/C worked great, room was dark, beds and pillows were comfy. We didn't participate in the breakfast. Overall stay was excellent and would definitely stay here again. Very close to Magic Mountain.

Stayed here before and I really like how convenient it is on our travel to LA or san Diego. Only complaint is I will never accept a room by any doors leading outside or elevator. Too noisy at night people coming in and out.
