Wouldn’t stay here again. Very loud, disruptive guest lives at the hotel- and roams all day. Made us not want to enjoy any amenities. Loud compressor in the walls that keep you up, and smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night. There are lots of hotels around- I’d chose another.

The room was very spacious and fit my family of 5 very well, the location of the hotel was also great with several food options nearby. We took advantage of free breakfast on site and the spread that was offered was also great. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the waffles. If I could say anything negative it would be that the TV is not mounted on the wall and it is a smaller size, but we weren’t there to be inside the room all day therefore it wasn’t a big negative.

The accommodations were modern and mostly clean. They had a tub, which was acceptably clean. The floors in the room did seem like they could use attention, not sure how often the carpets are shampooed and the tile felt a little sticky in the kitchen. I did appreciate the dish detergent and sponge, and the assortment it towels. The beds were super clean, though! It was a little firm for me. My sister was able to sleep the sofa bed all three nights, which impressed me! She said it wasn’t much lower quality than the bedroom beds. I was able to add an extra night without much effort, since we were too tired to leave as scheduled. We were able to park very near to the room. Breakfast was pretty good, we enjoyed the waffle makers. The crustless quiche was my favorite entree. I loved that they had cold brew available! The apple juice was water on Friday morning, though. While I didn’t bring my dog, I love that they are dog friendly and had a food/water dish in the front, puppy pads, treats and toys. Very thoughtful. Check-in was quick and easy, same as check-out, and we would definitely stay here again.

Employees at the front desk esp the lady who checked us in is very professional , kind and amiable . Lily is the same. The pretty young receptionists are always greeting you, as you come in, awesome service even the housekeepers, linen guys and the buffet ladies in charge.

I distinctly remember booking a double bed but somehow couldnt find that info after booking. Lobby smells clean, elevator and halls not so much. Room looked nice but there was hair on floor and shower and dirty spots on the door. Staff was nice but i wont be staying here again.

Wonderful stay! Staff was amazing both at check in and check out. We had a service dog with us and they had the cutest dog station with wipes, water, treats… made it such a special stay! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options!

The rooms we stayed are huge with all the stuff we need for our stay. There are a lot of dining options with in walking distance. It was far from where we go daily but it was worth the drive going back to rest and sleep. Beds are good so with the sheets. It smells fresh inside. The only thing is the carpet that probably needs some shapooing as our socks and night slippers have turned black dirty after a while walking around the room. We would definitely come back and the location is quite good. Good breakfast and ample parking. Nice location close to many restaurants.

This is a beautiful property in Santa Clarita. It was safe and quiet. Our room was clean and very spacious. It felt like home away from home. There are several restaurants and fast food within walking distance too. I highly recommend.

We were only staying overnight so not looking for anything over the top. My biggest issue was there were no linens for the couch bed and when I asked for some it took 2 attempts and they didn’t bring a sheet or pillows even though I asked. Even rolled their eyes at me for asking a third time and then never brought them.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. I had some s hiccups here, but the manager was instrumental in getting them corrected. Food here is really good with many choices. When you need something, they take care of it right away. They have a lot of amenities here. I wish I had the time to enjoy them. The rooms are huge, and have been upgraded. They are very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.
