We had a reservation for 4 nights. Staying at an extended stay we didn’t expect much past the bare minimum. However, many things were lacking such as basic security cameras or a night guard. This could be one of the reasons my car was broken into on night number 2 in the hotels own parking lot. They stated they weren’t liable (standard policy in many places). We ended up checking out immediately.

The staff was nice, and the room was clean, but no frills. Nothing in the kitchen unless you buy a kitchen package. All we wanted was a bottle opener, so another guest had to help us. A little misleading in the reservation as there is NO Breakfast only a coffee bar. It was only one night, but will not stay at an Extended Stay Hotel again.

This hotel probably was nice at some point but it has fallen on hard times. Clearly, no investment has been made in the property in quite some time. The photo’s are not remotely recent. Rooms are outdated and broken down. Beds are old and of low quality. They have a number of transients living in this hotel. Staff was very nice.

There was dirty shoes that were not ours under the bed, a dog toy and dirt, the entire hallway smelled of pot and cigarettes, we asked for late checkout, they gave us 30 minutes and we were 15 min late and they left a voicemail saying our belongings would be put in lost and found. They were rude, zero customer service. I have stayed there before and it was not this bad. Not sure what happened. Motel 6 blows them out of the water. Sad!

My only real complaint would be that our bathroom did have a bunch of hair in the tub and the sink cabinet was a quite dusty. For these I just wiped the cabinet with a soapy paper towel and rinsed the tub with some dish soap we brought.
The pros to this location was that the bed and kitchen were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved that they didn't have an overly heavy comforter on the bed. I fell right to sleep after a long night a Halloween event and slept comfortably.

I would not call it a breakfast, wouldn’t even call it a continental breakfast.. they had 2 types of coffee, some blueberry breakfast bars, some small, single-serving blueberry muffins, some small packaged, wheat thin type snacks and that’s about it. ‘Snacks and coffee on the go’ is what it should really have be called... but to call it ‘breakfast’ is a far-reaching overstatement. As for the room it was ok, beds were comfy, AC worked well, ironing board had a broken leg and was barely hanging on by a thread. Kitchen was in good working order. There were no toiletries with the exception of a bar of soap for both the sink and bathtub… no shampoo or conditioner. I was glad I had brought some for the trip. The facility was quiet and they did have a good selection of items in vending machines that were located in the laundry room. In all, I was disappointed in the so called ‘breakfast’ they were offering as we could have secured a room alternate hotel for about $40.00 less. I would not go back if the opportunity arose.

“Free breakfast” is coffee and nutri-bars. Full kitchen with no utensils, cups, plates. Stating they “ran out”. Customer service was trash mixed with micro-aggressions. Refused to provide paper cup for tea in the evening. Tub, but no stoppers. Dirty air vents and sink drains. Overpriced snacks. No toiletries. Old furniture. Peeling paint. No ice machine. There was an unexpected power outage that lasted for 3 hours starting at 11pm and nobody gave information about the situation. They did not have a generator. We couldn’t get the front desk to answer the phone even through our cellphones. We had to go out of our room to find out what happened. Not sure what their protocol is on this.

There was mold in the shower, and an attempt to paint over the area was noticed. There was a kitchen with nothing stocked for use, not even a simple coffee pot with hot cups. The fan in the bathroom did not turn off, and there was a grinding noise all night long.

My son got bit all over his body and saw a bug on the bed. I went to front desk and a nice employee gave me a new room for the rest of the night. Only to come to a room that hasn’t been properly cleaned and had random hair strands on the bed sheets. This is gross and very unsanitary.
