The room was nice. A little outdated. Bed wasn’t the most comfy. The shower didn’t have much pressure. The hotel itself charges for a lot of little things that aren’t included. They will put a large deposit hold on your card plus charge you for parking. They said there is a continental breakfast but that’s an up charge too! Plus there’s us no eggs or protein it’s just cereal and juice.

Beautiful hotel upon entering all staff was friendly stayed for 1 night daughter had a tournament got in late checked out early reason it’s getting 3 stars because the cleanliness could have been better for the price bathroom wasn’t up to par found hair on a towel and something else on another good thing I bring my own towels and rags 2nd thing room had a stale smell I feel like it should have more of a pleasant smell so that’s why I’m giving 3 stars now would I stay again yes and let the hotel know next time hey can they double check cleanliness and smell, I like the option of the cash deposit $150 vs on my card at $100 I got my cash back instantly vs waiting 3-5 business days for the return to my bank.

I was surprised and happy that they had high protocols for something like this and deemed the room ‘out of order’ so that they could address the issue. I checked in at midnight so the date I put made it for the next day check in, I was able to fix that. Then was told I needed a deposit . Took hours to come up with. Finally upon checking in at last I find out a person of threat called asking if I was there and the hotel confirmed that to them. I canceled the room and I am still waiting on the refund .

We frequently stay here when visiting family. It is always a good experience. The only thing we think not right is how much they charge for parking ($16). We have stayed a nicer hotels that don’t charge that. Usually the beds are really comfortable but the mattress in this room was so firm that I did not sleep well either night we were there barely slept the 2nd night because my back was aching so much. We would stay here again but hope for a better mattress.

The place itself is decent, but they mislead you with this $16 / day parking fee, which is ridiculous. Just advertise the true rate instead of sticking your customers with an outrageous fee.

The carpet was dirty, and the room smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner. You can't open the windows to get any fresh air in the room.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, so that was good.

Add $16/day to the rate they quote you because there is no on-street parking anywhere around so they have you by the short hairs.
