We approached the front desk to check in and we were greeted by Nick who asked for a credit card and i.d. He was polite and checked us in quickly. He gave us directions for the elevator and the ice machine and pointed out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Our room was on the third floor and was clean and comfortable, The bedding was comfortable, too!

The room was nice. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the room next to the reception area and at 3am I woke up to the loud noise of people having a conversation. I could hear everything they were talking about. It was loud enough for me to wake up and understand everything. I could understand it it was before 10pm but at 3am?! We tried the free breakfast and it was a good variety that included waffles, cereals, eggs, sausage, bagels and coffee and juice. I wasn’t expecting fresh or great quality but the eggs felt like plastic and the sausage was dry. The waffles and bagels were good. It was included so we appreciate it.

A large dog barking in the room next door, a child that seemed to never have slept running across the floor above us at all hours and way to much noise in the hallways. I would pick the top floor if I were to stay again.

We experienced an emergency in the area that required us to stay there. The hotel was clean and easily accessible. Its location provides access to many stores, restaurants, and gas stations. I had her ID and the front desk associate could see her, but they didn't make her stand up and wait.The breakfast was amazing. There were so many options. I really liked the egg souffle. The power went out at least three times while we were at the hotel. When we went to inquiry about the issue we were not provided with information. The front desk staff was very unresponsive and did not seem to care about our needs. Since it is June the weather is very warm so it was quite uncomfortable in the room at night.
