Hotel was priced affordable and that’s why I stayed there. The parking lot is the smallest I have ever seen. The parking lot also had some really sketchy looking characters walking around. My room was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t stay if all the other rooms in the area were double the price.

We only stopped for the night but we checked in very late and the person on duty was very nice and the check in and out process was really easy. The room was clean, the only thing that i can say is make sure all the lights work in the room before letting people stay in the room. The lights in the vanity did not work we had to use the bathroom lights but could have the door open because we had to stand behind it to use the sink.

Say something to the people that can't park straight. Each day there were at least two, sometimes four cars either double parked or at least a foot into the next spot so your space count was cut in half. Im not coming back despite the rest of the stay being ok.

Great location for Six Flags. The man who helped us was very helpful very delightful. The property is an older property, but was still clean and maintained the man say that they will be renovating and I think once that’s done it is going to be an even better experience. You get what you pay for they were little things that could’ve been better before the price location and helpfulness of the staff. It was great.

The photos online are outdated and highly misleading. Upon arrival, the pool was completely out of service and dirty. The hotel appears to be severely understaffed, seemingly run by just two individuals.
Our first room was unacceptable; pulling back the sheets revealed visible stains and multiple strands of hair, suggesting the bedding hadn't been changed. While the attendant kindly moved us to a different room, the overall quality remained incredibly subpar. The floor was dirty, the bathroom tub was dirty, the the towels were paper-thin, and the toilet paper was cheap 1-ply, the parking lot was sketchy—the only presentable element was a neatly made bed. To make matters worse, a broken fill valve caused the toilet to hiss and refill every 30 seconds all night.
The only saving grace is the location, which is close to the lake and just a few miles from Magic Mountain. Still, the convenience doesn't justify the lack of basic hygiene and upkeep. I would not stay here again.

We booked a room (last room in the corner) for two days. Traveled w family and a service dog (staff will ask for proof of service animal). They said they needed the proof so they can "have on file and insurance purposes". The room we stayed in needs major work; vinyl flooring coming apart, curtains are ripped up, the drawers are broken falling apart, stains galore, dirty microwave with melted food, toilet wouldn't flush, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

The experience was pleasant. The staff were very nice. The rooms were outdated but for the price I couldn’t complain. The parking was a tight squeeze but due to the location that was expected. Overall if your looking for a convenient quick stay, affordable, without all the bells and whistles,I would recommend this hotel.

To start with I was told I would be able to park my big trailer in the property no problem. That was a massive lie. Luckily I am very experienced with this huge 30ft trailer. No thanks to any staff to help me back this trailer out of the facility blocking both lanes of a major busy road.
The room was less than 3 star rating. With just a sheet and a blanket as thin as a sheet to keep warm in close to freezing temps. The heater if you would call that did not work and made so much noise you could not sleep anyway. The cleanliness of the bed the room and the linens was a 1/2 out of 10. This place is not worth the money. Drive a little further there are more options much nicer

My initial Expedia search specified a facility that included breakfast as part of the package. The facility in Castaic was listed as offering that option. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the facility did not serve breakfast, and that coffee was only available in the lobby for a two hour period each morning. Overall, the facility provided the basics. If all one needs is a basic room, then the Castaic facility will meet that need.

The staff is incredibly polite, kind, accommodating, and personable. I wish that were enough to be able to recommend this motel, but unfortunately I just can’t. It is, by far, the dirtiest and most run-down motel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool looks like it probably hadn’t been functional in years, but hasn’t been closed or cleaned up. The parking is SUPER tight. I could overlook apl of that, but the room was very dirty. My daughter’s socks were black after 15 minute walking around. The flooring is peeling, which I could also deal with if they weren’t so dirty. They don’t look dirty b/c of the pattern, so I wonder if the cleaners just don’t clean it at all? I’m not a clean/germ freak, but I wouldn’t let my kids walk around barefoot at all. I took a dry towel and wiped up the 10 square feet near the sink, and wiped up a ton of hair and dirt. The curtains had slashes, burns, and lots of unidentified dried liquids. Now, it is the cheapest option in an expensive area, so if it’s your only option, I would recommend bringing a mop and disinfectant. The sheets at least did seem like they had been washed.

didn’t accept the 1st room given as it was already opened when first came. Was given another room BUT it was very outdated, major water pipe leaks in the bath counter sink, bathtub has no faucet, floors uneven, wall lamps crooked, bath towels looked like they’ve been reused for years!

This facility is very dilapidated - reminded me of the monster house movie, however this one is for real! Stay away at least until it’s Halloween!

One of the worst five hotels I've stayed in my whole life of 73 years. In a crummy part of town, next to several truck stops and directly next to the freeway. Lots of sketchy people in the parking lot, I did not feel safe going from the car to my room. Room was moderately clean but very dated, water was barely warm, toilet ran continuously, initially had no remote for the TV and the front desk guy had to go into a vacant room to find me a remote. Very noisy at night, sounded like drag races were occurring out front. We are usually not very particular, and just wants a clean decent accommodation. My recommendation would be to avoid this place at all costs.

I wish i could post the pics I took of the room. The bed was horrible and worn on bad, one side was sunken in, mold in the AC unit, everything was crusty. I had to clean the remote for the TV because it was sticky. The bedding and towels were all stained leaving me guessing if they were even clean. And i mean EVERY piece of linen was nasty. There was garbage left in one of the trash cans. The site advertised a pool, but that was a half-truth. The pool was small, closed and full of trash. That was my view from my room. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the location and the fact that we were able to check in agter 11pm.

Looking at the pictures from the website - all looks good. When you arrive you realize the motel is at the top of the exit ramp from a major highway. Trucks breaking and accelerating all day.
There is a pool - but under construction. Breakfast? just coffee. TV - not working, AC - barely working. Dirt everywhere. Awful place. They also demanded $50 CASH deposit. Stay away from that dump.
