I tried to contact the hotel to see if I could have dates moved and did not get a response. I was there for a race that was cancelled due to the state of emergency with flooding. I was really disappointed that my request was not even acknowledged.

The pluses are friendly staff, comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. The minuses are: limited breakfast options, no walkable dining options, you can hear the water running in the next room, the room could use some fresh paint and some freshening up (like paint and new bed spreads).

The room was old and lacked basic maintenance and upkeep. I’ve stayed in older hotels before but this room has stained walls, ripped bedding, peeling caulking, stained bathtub, a broken shower curtain rod, and just seemed to really need a clean and refresh. We stayed on the first floor and right when we walked in there was a cricket on our bed and another on the floor. It wasn’t the worse stay I’ve had but it definitely was less than ideal based on the reviews I saw before booking

We got money back couldn't stay after checked in and all stuffs unpacked . My son queen bed there was grasshopper moving we took video and photo .
About to go to show at front desk, there was another bigger same kind of insect on my side queen bed moving .
So we freaked out .
took refund and booked oat other hotel in the middle of the night.
Very inconvenience.If you want photo and video clip to post on social media
I have available.
We never ever go to book at super 8 any more, we did not have super 8 experience before at all in my entire life . this is 1st time booked close to where i am going to .

Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short because the room was in poor conditions. The shower was filthy, our room smelled like smoke, and all the lights weren’t working. We decided to check out and book elsewhere. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

There’s mold in the showers , the floor was dirty, the sheets were stained, as soon as you walk down the hall to the rooms it smells like someone is chain smoking, the complementary breakfast was a joke and the wifi sucked !! Black mold, no soap, the room stank like dog urine. Broken window lock in a first floor room. Did not feel safe. The room had a wired step in the middle that is a tripping hazard. I guess they did put some reflective tape on it but still can't see it in the dark. Looks nothing like photos. Breakfast was non-existent.granola bars and bread.

Comfortable and spacious

Booked a night just to break up a long drive, checked in very late and staff was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an ADA room and the roll in shower was clean and spacious. There were USB ports which made charging things easy. Would stay again.

This property was close to the venue that my niece's wedding was held on, close to the freeway and clean also dining options were plenty. The only thing that made me mad was that the last night we were there the TV started coming on by itself st 2:00 am. it did that about 7 times, I had to ask the night manager and I was told that it was updating(at night?), he advised me to turn it off which I had done multiple times then he said to unplug it, but i refused because I'm not paying for a TV if it breaks, he also wanted to come into the room to do it himself but my wife was asleep and I didn't think she wound like that he did apologized but my night was ruined already.

Stay the night at Super 8 after a day at six flags. Check in was easy was able to check in online the day before so all I had to do was pick up my hotel room key. Staff was nice. Room was okay there was dried gum stuck on the curtain and there was someone else’s hair in the bedding. The bed was really hard throughout the night we heard the water going down the pipes in the walls and we heard people slamming there room doors; very thin walls. Overall not to bad for the price.

This is a motel, so I shouldn't expect much. It was little dated, with chipped furniture. The bathroom was clean but the tub definitely was worn and yellow. The thing that bothered me however, was the mold in the vents of the ac unit!!! I didn't think that was healthy. Glad we weren't spending the night, we just needed a place to rest for a few hours and change clothes.

This is one of the poorest motels I’ve stayed in. The carpet in the stairs is dirty, the persons who checked me in was borderline rude and the room I was in smelled like someone had not flushed the toilet after use!!

Was disappointed with a few things. I've stayed at other pet friendly hotels and never had a problem with leaving my animal in the room when I couldn't take her with me. This place I was not allowed to and was told they check the rooms. I understand the pet charge, but not being able to leave my dog in the room if I go somewhere I can't take her was ridiculous. The ac in the room added humidity, which I've never encountered. It was not comfortable at all. There was a bad smell that floated throughout the hallway that was very disturbing. The parking spaces are very small and cars are very difficult to get in and out of. The shower head was a wide spray that was unadjustable and obviously a low flow for conservation. I won't be staying there again.

If you need a quick place to rest, it's good, but maybe not for an extended stay. Upon arriving, everything looked very clean, but the bathroom could've been cleaner. Unfortunately, the room I got had lots of mildew on the grout in the shower and around the drain. Then I noticed the eye hole on the door was some sticky substance near it. Other than that stay was good, very comfy beds, sheets, and pillows. The A/C was working great so we were nice in cool on a hot day. The staff was great and nice during checking in and checking out! Overall, we had a good stay, would be willing to stay again if in the area due to great staff.

Stayed for two nights. Customer service was excellent. Wish they would’ve changed my towels and taken trash out the day after my first night but it’s ok. I just reused them the next night lol Overall, my stay was great
