The Embassy Suites by Hilton Valencia is the first of its kind in the Santa Clarita Valley, welcoming guests with a stunning open-air atrium. Our spacious two-room suites feature work desks, dual phones, voicemail, high-speed internet, and two 37-inch LG Plasma HDTVs.

Each suite also includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer. Amenities include a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and an evening reception.

Please note that some services, including the pool and breakfast, are currently operating with reduced service, while others such as the business center, fitness center, on-site restaurant, and room service, may be temporarily unavailable. This used to be our go-to hotel. We won't return. It's run down, didn't look super clean and we couldn't even use the sofa bed. My daughter and I had to share a bed because the sofa bed wouldn't reach the floor - it kept bouncing up. The breakfast isn't as good as before either. Very disappointed because it used to be so nice!

It smelled so clean the entire time we were there! They cleaned our room everyday. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We loved the omelette bar they offered during breakfast. Very close to many many things. DoorDash options. The pool was heated and hot tub was a great as well. Free drinks from 5-6:30. We traveled with a 7 and 9 year old that loved it as well.

The staff changed my reservation to a room that would not accommodate my family and young kids. I was not informed of this change and was not given any other options. I am still boiling! I didn't have house keeping in my room for 4 days, and had the \"do not disturb \" sign on the door. On the 5th day I personally went to the front desk and told them I wanted it cleaned, fresh towels, and garbage dumped. I was assured it would be done. I came back to my room that evening and the room was untouched!!! They were pretty unresponsive because I made my reservation through an outside company. They gave me a certificate for a free night at that location to be used within a year!!! Unacceptable! Normally I would have had the room comped.

Checkin was fast, staff friendly and welcoming. Spacious room with living room that has sofa bed, small kitchen counter, refrigerator and microwave. Clean overall except the carpet, tgat could use a good steam cleaning.
Breakfast was good, but items were limited. They have made to order omelet which was the highlight of the meal.
Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained.
Staff were courteous and kind.
Quiet surroundings. Family oriented. In-site parking is $15, but you can park outside the street for free. Very close to six flags, some restaurants around. 40 min. drive to the city.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and of good value. Will plan to stay in the future.
