The room had smell and was never really cleaned . From strings of dust hanging off of the popcorn ceiling to hair in the bed and shower. Old torn up furniture that looks like they picked it up from Goodwill next door to a fan that permanently runs in the bathroom. Definitely not a place I would pick again.

Worst hotel I have ever booked from Experian, I didn’t even stay I checked out immediately. The room I was given had mold in the bathroom, stains all over the comforter and sheets, the floor had stains all over it some of it looked like old blood. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy.

In my decades of traveling, this hotel was at the top of the worst ever. Walking in what hit me initially was the stench of the hotel permeated throughout, the carpets were filthy and appeared to never have been cleaned nor have they been vacuumed. My room seemed unsanitary, it felt dirty. The safety lock did not engage completely, because the door was slightly off the hinge. The bathroom had no toiletries, the dining table was dirty with stains, the air conditioning system did not function on automatic, the shower head was corroded, and the shower head mold buildup in a corner. It was an absolutely filthy hotel and I should’ve been refunded for the one night I stayed there. I had to leave and find another hotel for the balance of the week.

One night stay. I base a lot of my reviews on how well rested I feel after spending the night.
The room had roaches. The bathtub and shower curtain were dirty. The fridge woke me up making loud poping noises. There was a barking bog down the hallway. The staff set off the fire alarm by mistake. The kitchenette had absolutly nothing, not even a single cup. The windows on the first floor were dumby locked when i showed up so anyone could of snuck into the room. One of the worst stays I've ever had at a hotel.

The rooms were old and sheet on bed stained. The fire alarm kept going off early in the morning waking us up and we got locked out of the room and staff could not fix it for one night and get us back in. Then following day we had to keep calling the staff to go open the door that had a key stuck i side. Terrible experience and place is old outdated inside. Will never stay at these extended stay again.

The room was not up to standard. The face of the outlets were broken, the cabinet door was hanging off,kitchen counters were a bit sticky and the t.v. remote was not working properly. It stated non-smoking but the hallway smelled like smoke. The rooms definitley need to be updated and furniture and kitchen items need to be fixed especially when you have an infant walking around.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet reasonable hospitality standards. The room was reported as visibly rundown and below the condition expected based on the listing. In addition, the guest requested housekeeping services multiple times in advance, and despite these requests, the room was never serviced during the stay. Because the reservation was arranged for business purposes, this reflected directly on our company and created an uncomfortable situation with our client. The guest himself did not submit a formal complaint, as he was not the party who made the reservation, but he communicated the issues to us during and after the stay.
Based on the condition of the room and the lack of basic service responsiveness, we could not rate the experience higher than two stars. We are providing this feedback for quality control purposes and to request that this stay be reviewed accordingly.

Worst of the Worst. I stay three nights a week away from home EVERY week. I have stayed in ES before with a good review. This hotel is dirty, worn out, and smelly.

When I arrived at my room, I noticed there was no TV remote. I called the desk, and they said they would find one and let me pick it up. I never heard back.

Girl at front desk was pleasant. She is the hotel decoy giving you the feeling things will go well. NOPE!
Bathroom...mirror dirty from previous guest...toothbrush drippings down the mirror. Towels...my goodness one of the towels looked like they changed the oil in the car...disgusting!
Sat on the bed with my pajamas on as I was reading my book I felt something crawling in my top...it was a COCKROACH! I jump up flick it out of my top it hits the floor and goes under the nightstand. This is where things get even more interesting...it was the graveyard of other cockroaches!!!
Breakfast...packs of oatmeal, luke warm water, coffee.
It was the most horrible night...i stripped the bed to check for any other critters that may have accompanied us.

There's a few I should mention thats amazing that I've met Sarah , Samantha , Amy, Nethal, Shayna they are excellent they're helpful accommodating and kind, they go above and beyond on customer service every time, sometimes things go wrong like a busted toilet, broken burner or a bad fridge (they changed our roomand do their best to accommodate us every time we stay. They are kind to animals and kids and I love coming here. The rooms are always clean and re beds are comfy quite honestly I won't stay anywhere else anymore I love it here full kitchen, supplied dishes and pans , cleaning supplies like dishrags soap sponge, and they have a laundry facility. Which is a little pricey but worth it costs me less at the laundromat for 2 loads but my stuff actually comes out dry here so instead of spending hours at the laundromat I can drop my things run the cycle and not have to worry about damp clothes!! I 100% recommend staying here Especially for the price. They deserve more stars than the are given

If you’ve ever wanted to pay premium prices to experience life inside a paper-thin shoebox, this is your spot. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat — if that treat was sleep deprivation, barking dogs, and a symphony of footsteps from the room above that sounded like a tap dance recital at 3 a.m.

The “room” came with a portable bed that looked like it was borrowed from a summer camp, and room service was a fantasy that died with my first phone call to the front desk. Trash cans throughout the property were stacked higher than my expectations (which wasn’t saying much) — looked like a real-life game of garbage Jenga.

And let’s not forget the 24-hour river of wasted water flowing through the parking lot — impressive in a state where water is basically gold. Bravo, hotel management, for single-handedly destroying the environment and my weekend.

Prestige location? Sure. Prestigious experience? Not even close. Highly not recommended unless you enjoy paying for misery wrapped in noise and neglect.

Unfortunately, my stay was really not great, due specifically to cleanliness reasons. (And I have stayed in some pretty janky places.) The property grounds had an ongoing sprinkler flood (soaking the grounds and the parking lot) with the sprinklers running for at least 12 hours even after the flooding. The floor in my room had a dog urine spot that had been missed by the cleaning staff. The shower was decent but the hot water never really got very hot. But the worst part was that several small roaches got into the room and I could see them cruising in and out of the room from the hallway under the door. I notified the management of this (showing pictures); they were very apologetic and issued me a refund. They said they property is treated weekly for insects. I want to clarify that all staff members were friendly and helpful and proactive; and that at no time did I feel unsafe on the property. The bedding and towels were clean. But the room and grounds were unfortunately below expectations and what I would want in a place to stay. Kudos to the staff for being the bright spot in all of it.

The front desk was very friendly and check-in was easy. Though the area is nice getting there that small location feels sketchy. The beds were decent. The furniture old and scratched up with the refrigerator looking the same. If you need the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap you have to ask for it. It wasn’t provided at check-in. It was loud with doors slamming. Because everything was sold out it worked and my kids and I sucked it up but would not stay again. For $200 i would next time drive further out to find a room.

The property is a great location. After that it’s dirty and really old. The countertops were burnt and blistered and part of the veneer was missing from several cabinets. The refrigerator and stove were discolored and rusty. The fridge made a noisy sound the whole time. The bathroom needed to be painted and there were rust and water spots all over the ceiling. In the main bedroom there was a very beat up dresser that had seen way better days. Should probably just be thrown away. The walls needed to be painted and there was a giant booger on the wall next to one of the paintings. The good part was towels and linens were all nice and clean. Glad it was only one night.

Stayed here many times, will be staying again. Clean, comfortable room with a kitchen across the street from Ralph's and Walmart - save and eat well too! The lack of some amenities are made up by friendly customer focused staff. Close to Magic Mountain, Route 5, and The Old Road, easy access to all of the Santa Clarita Valley. Public transportation is an easy walk away. A greatvalue for travelers who are looking for a safe, no-frills place to sleep, eat, get work done or visit.

This hotel was very easy to get to off the freeway and yet still quiet. Even on a Friday night, it was quiet considering we are near six flags.

The receptionist, Sarah, was phenomenal, professional, friendly and really helpful. I was the second person in line to check (I did not wait long) and she was kind to the people in front of me as well.

Sarah is a model employee with excellent customer service skills. Many can learn from her.

The advertising should be clear when they say “breakfast included” and specify continental breakfast, meaning, a few pastries and coffee. They shouldn’t even bother saying they have breakfast included. The room was a little run down, leaking tub faucet, broken drawers, curtains that didn’t cover the whole window (why bother installing blackout curtains?). It’s an “extended stay” hotel but you have to request the kitchen accoutrements from the front office. If all you care is about a place to sleep, it should be OK.

I'm baffled by this property... to start, the staff are GREAT! So friendly and super helpful. However, the rooms are gross. Old, cheap, beat-up furniture with just a single sheet (unless you ask for a blanket), and it's so dirty your feet and shoe bottoms turn black from the floors. I dare you to use a wet wipe on the floor and not barf from the black crap that comes up. We also had to switch rooms TWO times - once because the fridge was broken, and the second room toilet was clogged and full of excrement! Which means the cleaning process between guests did not even include opening the toilet lid, let alone cleaning it. VILE! The manager did give us a 50% discount on one night for the room troubles. I don't understand how they keep such great front desk staff because the building is disgusting. They need to go get hired by a better property so this place can be condemned... at least there were no bugs, I guess...

The hallways could use a new coat of paint and the carpet should be replaced. There were stains and was running in some places. The same goes for the room. There was also blood stains on restroom door and also on the light switch. Under the bed was so filthy it looks like it hasn’t been touched in months! There was so much on the ground in the hallway right outside our room door it was filthy.
We didn’t see one cleaning crew there the whole entire weekend we stayed there. Horrible experience! Can’t believe we paid over 300 dollars to stay here and it was this terrible
