The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The shower pressure was poor, and the hot water never really got hot, it was barely warm. These issues seem more related to the hotel’s infrastructure than the staff, as they’re things that would likely require investment from the owners to address.

I had a quick weekend stay and it was great. Check in was easy. I had fun conversation with Jessica and found out we have lived in some of the same cities. My room was clean and perfect for my quick trip. I didn’t utilize the restaurant that much but there is a breakfast buffet at and some other breakfast items for a reasonable price. I love the little snack area which was great for some late night munchies. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from my friend’s house which was why I was in town. There is plenty of shopping and food options in that same distance. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying there again for another trip.

Hotel was perfect for one night. I was just really disappointed in the fitness room in the morning. 3 cardio machines, and NONE of them worked. The peloton required a login because it wasn't connected properly to the wifi network, the treadmill was plugged in, but not on and I couldn't find the switch, and the elliptical was on, but the\"enter\" button was smashed and broken so you couldn't advance to a manual or any workout. I didn't have enough time built in to go to the desk and solve these issues so I did weights, though the 15s and 25s were missing too 😡

Everything was really nice but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. If you want comfort try another hotel. We stayed at the holiday in in Port Hueneme the week before and they were much more comfortable and nicer.

Also, the rooms have carpet and it smelled like must especially when the air came on because of the humidity.

When we first walked into our room - it smelled like dirty feet. Additionally, either the carpet or the bathroom smelled like dirty wet dog. Obviously, the rooms weren't cleaned well and I felt like the towels smelled like wet dog when I was drying off. So gross. The property itself seemed well taken care of so we were expecting more. The coffee in the lobby wasn't refreshed very often & when they did refresh it, we had to wait for it. Staff was friendly. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Very disappointed for a Hilton Hotel.

Do not stay at this Hilton, we have always trusted and loved staying at Hilton brands but this place was terrible. The bed was like a rock, with the flattest pillows, the bathroom and room we old and run down. The staff made tons of noise at night while we were trying to sleep to the point that I opened the door to let them know they are waking us up. Not sure we will do Hilton anymore unless it’s one we already know well. Trust me find a different hotel especially for the price we paid.

This Hotel was close to stores and the beach. The housekeeping staff were not only the essential staff of this hotel but they were very friendly and made us feel at home.
They were assigned to the third floor ( Carlos) and they all displayed a high level of interest in all duties associated with their position, gracias.

I spend time when choosing a hotel to stay at when we travel . This property was a disappointment, the lobby was nice upon entering however once got off the elevator on our floor it smelled like old dirty carpet tried to shampoo out the smell but it was a disgusting smell . Our room the odor was not as bad but smelt musty , we just turned up the a/c to get the humidity out . The furniture is very dated with knicks and scratches . Our coffee maker didn’t work but they responded rapidly and brought up a new one. I’m not trying to bash too much but honestly I’d definitely choose another property next time I’m in Oxnard. The food was good and bar was good. But the hotel needs an overhaul big time. Like getting rid of the carpets they are old and musty .

Upgrade . In TV”s..TV remotes are old. The pool and spa need more TLC. Other than that .. it’s a nice place to stay. It’s been my choice in hotels for last 3 years.. the area close to everything is a plus.

1. I reported a large dog waste filled bag to the front desk just after check in as I had nearly stepped right into it... They said they would have maintenance take care of it but it was still there at 0800 the next morning when we checked out

2. We reported a leaky tub faucet. Maintenance did present for it but he stated the entire faucet unit would need to be replaced (he said many of the rooms were needing but it would take a long time). We decided due to the intrusive nature of the repair we would need sleep and couldn't have repair work done on our time. When we were getting ready for bed and the room was now quiet we realized the leak was noisy, we were getting up, wrapping the faucet with towels, placing towels at the drain... just trying to minimize the sound so we could try to sleep ~ I even called the front desk to complain about this faucet!

3. After a night of no sleep, I went to make coffee with the provided Keurig just to realize we weren't provided any bottles of water for the Coffee machine so my daughter went to get bottled waters for the coffee and she was told it would be $2.00 per bottle when the afternoon before the front desk said they were (2) bottles complimentary per person! She declined !

I certainly hope Hilton staff was not being discriminatory against my daughter who is an amazing, strong, independent person but will not return to a Hilton establishment anytime soon.
I am currently requesting a refund of the $284.92~I did not get rest!
