My standards are very modest (I happily stay a Hotel 6 all the time). This place failed to meet even the budget hotel standard (not even close actually). Many parts of the room were dirty (especially the windows and baseboards). There were holes in the wall and peeling paint. The room smelled terrible. I had to leave the windows open all day and night.

Room was clean and spacious. Property is old but well maintained. Only two negative issues; there was no mirror in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. The only rooms that had a King bed as we requested were on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are steep and handrails extremely low. With arthritis and a knee replacement the trips up and down the stairs were excruciating. We would definitely stay again if there were a ground floor room available.

This motel was acceptable as an overnight-on-the-way-to-somewhere-else place.The room was dark, not very clean, the lighting was broken/gone, the toilet ran. Luckily I had transportation, went and purchased some cleaning supplies, and used them. The room had a window in the bathroom that provided an ocean breeze and some sunshine- very nice.
The staff was shocked when I asked for a lighter room. Not possible as a large part of the hotel was rented to a group of workers on a monthly basis. They and the other guests were all very pleasant. The staff did not seem to appreciate my asking where the laundry was (it was \"out of order\", a laundromat was down the street) and for the WIFI password. The password did not work. After writing it down for me the owner looked at me and said \"Go away\".
I would not recommend this hotel although tit did seem safe from thieves. Had it not already been paid for I would have looked elsewhere. I left a day early.

took over a half hour to check in, as we had changed our reservation and supposedly 'the main office had not updated it' REALLY??? they were just trying to get us to pay for 2 nights instead of 1. I had the confirmation that we had one night, not two. Still had to find that on my phone, as the printed page wasn't good enough for them. First guy checking us in had limited English and we waited until another younger woman came to talk to us.
room was not clean. there was an outlet on one side of the bed but not the other, no lamps on the sides of the bed, just a hole on either side where the wall lamp should have been. The only light was the overhead.
in the morning, when I could see better, it looked like the window had been broken and the cracks taped.
over all, I got the creeps from this room.

Absolutely not worth it. We didn’t even stay for an hour before we left with no refund.

First, the bed and bathroom were dirty. Crumbs all over the bed, gunk and dirt all in the window. dirty towels and NO SMOKE DETECTOR

Second, the other people staying there were flashing tasers and getting aggressive with each other and when we brought it to the staffs attention, they still did not offer out a refund. Which I understand to an extent since we booked through a third party.

Overall not a good experience at all. the front desk lady was nice and all but not very helpful with the situation at hand.

The room at the inn was clean and presentable. The closed caption feature on the TV and/or remote controller did not work as designed and it was very late for us to report it to the office. Where we stayed, one of several construction utility trucks doubled parked in the front of the unit where we stayed so we had to park our car elsewhere on the premise a little far. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

Not only was there construction but the area was terrible. The TV didn’t work and was missing a cord. We had to fix the toilet twice in one night. There were no extra blankets and there was a tiny thin sheet on the bed. The walls were made of paper and we could hear people pounding up and down the stairs and talking like they were in the room with us. Everything was dirty and there were people clearly scoping out our cars. We know other people were talking about how bad it was because we could hear them clearly through the walls. The only positive thing is that the man at the front desk was really nice.

The floor in the room and in the bathroom was dirty and gritty, and baseboards filthy. The shower chair had hair on it and the drain had some gunk. There was one chair in the room (for 2 people) and it was badly soiled, had to lay plastic down on it before I felt comfortable sitting. My dad's bed had makeup spilled on the bed skirt.
Crayon scribbles on the wall next to the TV armoire. The drawers in the nightstands were dirty. Food residue on the little table, and dried up residue on the artwork above it, as if someone had sprayed something and got it all over the glass. The bed linens were clean, thank goodness. The manager had me leave $100 cash only deposit (refunded at checkout) which was an unexpected thing, it was not listed on Expedia website, a bit of a hardship, normally this is done with a credit card. At checkout when i asked for the deposit back the manager scowled at me and after checking the condition of the room, wordlessly handed it over with a scowl. I said Thank you and he totally ignored me as if I'd done something wrong. I tried again with Thank you, louder this time and still no acknowledgement that I'd spoken, so unfriendly. He made me feel so unwelcomed. I would never stay here again. We chose it for the location to our event.

For a budget motel, the facilities were nice, restaurants were in easy walking distance, and the facilities for the disabled truly outstanding. Unfortunately, the bathroom counters were filthy, the bedroom floor crunchy with ramen noodles. If my housekeeper ever left my apartment in such a condition I'd fire her on the spot. But it was over Christmas, so maybe they were short staffed, or the maid service distracted. Good place for a tight budget, I'd even recommend it IF they cleaned better.

We just stayed there for a baseball game. The pictures are misleading. The outside is dingy worndown, and give the impression of not being safe. Tons of cats hanging around in the parking lot. Interesting people coming in and out of the property. My anxiety was up the whole time because I did not feel safe the whole time we were there. The inside of the room was fairly clean but outdated. The toilet was not working when we got there and staff came in and fixed it but it broke again the day we left. The tv never turned complely off so there was a blue glow in the room the whole night. I really wanted to cancel our room and find a safer place to stay but it says no refunds. I will not stay there again.

The outside of the hotel is very old and desperately needs a facelift. From the moment you drive up, it has a shady feel to it with flickering lights at the entrance and homeless people in the parking lot. I wouldn’t write home about it, but it… wasn’t the worst? The room was old but it felt clean, and the bed was cozy. We booked it as a last resort when everything else in the area was sold out. We just checked in, slept, and left. All in all, if you just need a place to sleep for a night and you wanna save a buck, it does its job. I wouldn’t feel very comfortable staying for more than that.

The staff member who checked me in was great. I liked room, but housekeeping hadn't remove the used soap and razor a previous guest had left behind on the bathroom window ledge. (The window was high. Maybe s/he was too short to see them?) There was also pet hair all over the couch ... Other than that, everything was fine.

This motel was awful. It was dirty inside and out. The light switches and outlets were hanging out of the wall. There was trash from previous guest under the bed. The bed was old and sagged in the middle. The room smelled bad. The floors felt like you were going to fall through them. They shook when you walked on them. The walls were thin, I did not feel safe. We didn't even shower while we were there. It was horrible.

Holy cow! This motel was like something out of a horror movie! So disgusting, smelly, unclean, unsafe, drug deals being performed in parking lot, druggies living in cars, homeless working on bikes everywhere, toilets so gross, no deadbolt, dirt walls & floors, holes in all the walls including the ceiling, even key card was filthy. We checked in after waiting for 15 minutes for staff and the lobby stunk. The property was so sketchy and delapitated. There was a prostitute walking thru while we were packing to leave. We only stayed long enough to find another hotel to go to. Disgusting!! This shouldn’t even be considered for rent. It’s a place that’s possibly rented for the hour or week. Terrible!!! The website lies and do not stay here.

I chose this place because it was fairly near to the concert we attended yesterday evening. I thought it would be a little bit closer to the harbor area but it's a fair walk. We ended up taking the car to the concert since the area looked a little shady at night. We felt that the price for this \"no frills\" room was overpriced. The man in the office when I was checked in was fairly courteous but at the same time, wasn't very welcoming. I also wasn't able to understand everything he was saying. The motel itself is pretty run down and needs a lot of work. The people staying at this place looked like they'd been there a while. The area outside around the room was pretty dirty with shoes and clothes on the floor in the parking lot nearby what looked like a dumpster. Initially, our room looked nice but then when we looked further, we noticed that the floors were dirty, scuff marks were on the walls, and one of the electronic sockets near the bathroom was loose. In addition, the flush lever on the toilet wasn't quite working properly and there was possible mold around the bathroom windows. Overall, the room was pretty rough around the edges. I would normally say \"you get what you paid for\" but this wasn't exactly cheap. I will avoid this place in the future.

Overall I would give this motel a 1 start review it was a horrible experience drug addicts on site. Room was not cleaned well I had to sanitizer everything including the fridge, which in most cases I already do but this room all my wipes were dirty. Place has lots of spiders in restroom. Would definitely not recommend if you’re taking children. Overpriced! Very disappointing.

Got to the room, room was filthy & dirty old pair of socks was still under the bed, I traveled for work purposes & needed Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi did NOT work the whole stay I was there I complained twice to the front desk he said he was going to reboot & then he said he called the Wi-Fi service but no one answered because of it was a busy weekend. I doubt he did anything, he said the cleaning service go under the bed to clean because bed was so heavy, there was dirt all over the room & pretty filthy & had to check out a day early husband & I killed 2 roaches we have our 2 yr old traveling with us

This is not a hotel it is a trap motel. Photos are misleading. I booked here because I had great experiences at Rodeway inn in other cities. Terrible smell in the room makes you feel afraid to touch anything. Floors dirty and unswept for a long time. Schetchy area full of drug abuse and homelessness. We were waken at 4 in the morning by cops noise arresting someone right outside our door. We felt dirty being in there and unsafe. They charge double what their rates should be. Never again and don't recommend to anyone stay there.

The staff was helpful and pleasant, called to check on my arrival time.
Being a single female traveler I felt unsafe as at night I could not assess the location. The door was not as sound as I would have liked because the deadbolt did not hold tight to the jamb and there was no secondary safety latch.

The room was very dirty, hotel definitely needs a lot of work. There was a lot of sketchy people hanging out on the property. The rest room had a strong sewer smell. The room smelled like smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking. They even had air fresheners on the windows. It almost seemed as someone had just stayed in the room and it was just picked up a bit prior to our arrival, we found a lot of hair on the bed and sheets(luckily we travel with out own bedding). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, specially if you’re traveling with children because trust me you don’t want them walking around and grabbing anything in that hotel room. Just pay extra and save yourself the disappointment. The hotel staff was the best part of the stay, the lady at the desk was very nice.

I would definitely NOT stay there again. Sketchy clientele. Some guests screaming at each other, calling them obscene names. T.V. kept flashing off and on. Bathtub faucet water temperature was poor while the Bathroom sink water got very hot.
