Air conditioner smelled like pee. Thats my only complaint. The staff was awesome. And handled some noisy people very well and professional.

Towels were dirty as well as the area they were let in. The toilet seat was falling off. Floors looked like they have not been moped in months. Tv remote broken and missing battery cover. Hole in toes up to the top floor, tried to be patched but your foot almost got stuck. Just very run down and not kept up. Please do not leave the light on for us….

The room and staff and amenities where ok and alot to do nearby the beach's and restaurants where great, but when the Sun Goes down there is an element of people that hang out at the Motel and at your door to your room and party all night outside, yelling F bombs all night and barley got 3 hours sleep that Friday night, Saturday night was great.

I was at first given a room where the refrigerator didn't work. I requested another room, where the fridge worked. Very limited towels and soap available. The bed doesn't have a real bottom sheet that tucks in - it's just another top sheet under the top sheet. It's way too noisy here. The bathroom light makes weird noises when you switch it off at night, like it needs to cool down. The smoke detector is gone, with wires hanging from the ceiling only. No \"do not disturb\" door hanger. It could be cleaner. Overall, very disappointing.

The agent looks like e was sleeping and was mad the room was paid already, he asked me for mi ID And credit card and guive to him and told me mi card was declined! I told him could you try one more time he said no because it’s declaimed he asked me for other card and said him I can use apple paid and he say ok use the same card and work and finally I check in after 30 min ! He gave me one room were the AC doesn’t work with big peach hole on the wall and other things

Very humid despite running the AC. WiFi went down. Had to move rooms. Key lock died. Had to get the manager to let me in each time. Flies in the room before I arrived. Noisy area and not much for insulation. Sheets had multiple stains. Parking and check in were easy. Manager on site was responsive.

I get that it was a Holiday Weekend Rate but $450 for this room was robbery. When we arrived at 12:30am we waited outside to check in for 15mins. Had to call to get someone to come to check in. The room was musty and dusty. Didn’t have the option to choose to have the room serviced in the morning but when we returned it was half cleaned like if they started to clean and changed their mind. Only one bed was made.

This is a dive motel. There are seriously nasty skanky people living here in one of the upstairs rooms behind the office and smoking cigarettes on the premises seemingly non-stop (while they’re not in their room taking drugs) and discarding cigarette butts everywhere and management does nothing. Probably afraid of them.

I don’t know who’s giving this place alll these great reviews. Our room was not great at all. The shower door didn’t close and there was no fan to absorb the moisture it felt like sleeping in a rainforest all night. Bathroom was dirty and dingy and seem to be fruit flies in the room. Black Mold - Stay Elsewhere
The weather was great. The “accessible” room, not so great. Where to start? The bathroom shower was full of black mold. The back of the front door, including around the handle and peep hole, were covered in black mold. The ceiling vent was falling down. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it had a hole in the middle of it. The pillows felt like they were full of bits and pieces of foam. And the closet was incredibly difficult to access down a narrow side of the bed around a corner. The tv service kept cutting in and out and the sound was bad. The sink shot water everywhere no matter how little you turned the handle on. There was rust on the bottom of the chairs for the “dining area.” I get it, this is a motel. But I grew up saying at Motel 6 and never have I stayed at a property that was this dirty. We paid $240 for 1 night and it was not worth it!

It doesn't look like the motel inside and now has been renovated in 35 years. Dilapidated would be an understatement. They should update the pictures online to show the viewing public what it really looks like. $269 a night for that place is utter insanity. It wasn't even worth half the amount. The dirt strip along the sidewalk and parking lot was nothing but dirt filled with dog excrement. Pretty disgusting!! About the only favorable review is that the TV worked and the water pressure was good.

Great walking distance to the fairgrounds. Just 8 minutes! Walking distance to the bars & restaurants in the Downtown area. Oh! And the beach! Motel 6 is not known to be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it’s a good affordable easy to get to places motel. Has fridge, microwave, & a bottle opener on the wall which we thought was cool! And coffee in the office.

Terrible experience. The room was not clean. The bathroom shelves had a visible layer of dirt, and there was an old guest’s toothbrush tucked underneath-who knows how long it had been there. The towels and linens were damp, clearly not dried properly after washing. There was also no door separating the toilet from the sleeping area, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. I understand Motel 6 is budget accommodation, but basic hygiene standards must be upheld to prevent the spread of infection between guests. It’s obvious the owner does not prioritize cleanliness.
