This condo rental was clean and spacious, especially for France. The area was lovely and the heated roof top pool was amazing.
The front desk ladies were miserable to deal with. They were rude and condescending when asked about the pool and the set up for recycling and garbage. They were equally rude in both French and English encounters.
Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Property is located outside of core Monaco but only 15 minutes drive. You’ll need your own car I think. Unit has a good size. There is no breakfast and reception is closed for weekends. There is 1 or 2 vending machine for snacks only. No restaurants nearby because it’s all residential area. The staff were friendly. No daily room service during your stay. I did not need that of course as I traveled alone. There is an iron table but no iron available. There are basic cooking supplies, cutleries and glasses. The fridge was really cleaned with bleach so the smell was so strong and I could not use it.

Nice property - Missing details

Nice property, spacious and comfortable for a family. The environment is pretty good and safe as well as full of services as supermarkets (just a few steps), bakeries, restaurants and cafes. The train station is also nearby with trains to most of the important destinations.
There were a couple of issues with our stay. First thing was cleanliness, it wasn't super clean and also the smell was terrible as the microwave had fish leftovers from god knows when, completely rotten and filling the apartment with a disgusting smell. No basic clean materials such as soap or tablets for the dishwasher (you have to buy your own which is pretty stupid for a few days). Anyways they provided just a couple of solid pieces of soap for 5 people as well as were not ready to give us even an extra toilet paper. Again, is a nice property with great potential but those small details are also important as you don't want to deal with missing toilet paper at 8pm and having to go out to buy while someone is waiting on the toilet.
The reception is closed after 6 or 7pm so that's an extra issue in case you need some assistance.

We truly enjoyed our stay, out rental was a clean and spacious apartment. It is very close to the beach and a beautiful walk to Menton Center Town. Grocery is just beside, and an excellent pastry shop crosses the street.

Only hiccup is the reception hours, limited; otherwise all was great,

I loved this place, it has everything you need kitchen, stove, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, pans etc everything was super clean, the room is pretty big looks like one bedroom apartment, I loved the balcony, everything was very well distributed everything was excellent, a big plus is the supermarket right next to the hotel, also the bus and train station are very close, another plus is Anáis the receptionist she was very helpful and courteous, I really recommend this place if you want to have a great stay.

The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage, nice well appointed kitchens with Electrolux appliances (great sized refrigerator). The patio is spacious and a great area to enjoy meals/cocktails. There is plenty of glassware and dinnerware provided and cleaning materials. The property is very close to the sea (note that the beach is rocky and water shoes are recommended), shopping, and restaurants. The pool on the roof is great with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are laundry facilities on site as well.

The only issue our group noted was that the rooms would get stuffy in during the night and the air conditioning thermostat can not be adjusted.

Other than that is tis a great property to stay and we would all stay here again!

I stayed here with my daughters. The hotel is in a great location to the train station, beach and a great pizza place across the street. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Please know that they expect you to clean up the kitchen and take out the trash and recycling or there will be a charge. This isn't a problem for me- but it wasn't communicated until check out. Also, the laundry room has inconvenient hours closing at 7pm. We had to rush back from a day of sight seeing to have time to get a load of laundry cleaned. I was annoyed that we had to come back early and have the stress of getting much needed clean clothes. The same is true for the roof deck pool. The rooftop pool and deck area is fantastic. I would have loved to been able to use it after a day of traveling. Overall a great place to stay aside from these two issues.

Lovely roof terrace!

Very convenient location, about 8 mins walk to the station and you can get trains to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes and over to Italy - Ventigmilia (where there is a large Friday market). It's a few minutes walk to coffee shop/bakery.

The apartments are lovely and well equipped, there is a beautiful roof terrace with a pool, really nice area to relax - disappointed that they close the roof terrace at 7pm.

The best Pierre & Vacances I've stayed in!

Having frequented Pierre and Vacances in Antibes and Cannes numerous times I've grown accustomed to the type of rooms and experience they offer.

Having recently slept in a bunkbed (in P & V) Cannes the Roquebrune hotel was a revelation.

Clean, comfy king size bed, plenty of towels, TV in bedroom and another in the lounge, large balcony and walk in shower!

The only thing that slightly lets it down is the reception is very much manned 9-5 which meant I waited two days before being able to obtain an iron.

The multi lingual friendly reception staff complete a great package.

Well recommended!

Great location

We stayed for only 1 night but wished we could have stayed for longer. Very nice and well equipped apartments. Great location! Close to beach and little coffee shops and restaurants, not too far from town. I would use these apartments again.
Only disadvantage is that the reception is not open all day and the pool closes at 7pm.

Great location with a short walk to supermarket and train station. Adjacent to nice running paths. A pleasant 30 minute walk to central Menton. Area a little slim on restaurants and bars, but the quiet and safe neighborhood were more important factors to me.

Irregular cleaning

If you're only staying for a week ignore this review. Room cleaning and linen changing only applies to those staying more than a week. We booked for three weeks and expected cleaning every 7 days. First clean after four days and the second and final clean eight days later meaning no clean sheets for 10 days. I have raised this issue on previous visits and raised with reception after the first clean. Reception staff on both occasions were unable to help, if I can put their lack of concern with customer care kindly. The cleaning regime is not within their control and cleaning policy seems unclear; two cleans in the period is the rule but the frequency is a bit random.
Apart from that and the pillows we could not get on with, everyone is different in this area, the apartments are lovely and the location excellent.
Please sort out the cleaning frequency.

Irregular cleaning routine

This is an apartment so changing sheets and towels and cleaning is supposed to be weekly, which is fine. Except that the first clean of our three weeks stay was after around three days, the second and final clean after twelve days, leaving us with 9 days without changing sheets. My request of reception that the seven day cycle be observed was rejected as we had had the two changes to which we were entitled; my argument re the unevenness of days was understood. As a compromise clean towels were supplied. Disappointing and unsatisfactory service.

Easy to find in a quiet setting wirh parking.

Tiny bird cage room, no cattle, no sink that I can live without as it is a BnB but no Cattle station to make a coffe/tea VERY poor. Room was so small that our for suitcases had to stay all shut as there wasn't any room to open them up and still be able to walk. The adults bed in about 1 meter away from the kids bed, no privacy, maybe for one night stoping by or a couple it would be okay, not so much for a family of four. Oh and the check in if you are from Australia or another country where they don't take 2 hours for a lunch break and shut shop between 12-2pm can be challenging. If you know French you can do a self check in by pressing prompts on a machine, otherwise be there to check in the hours specified or have fun deciphering the machine! There is a breakfast available downstairs at exta cost and it is average, but before you sit down and eat you have to pay at reception and that can take 15-20 minutes as they prioritise phone calls before the person who is standing in front of them face to face, that also builds up a cue, which flows back to the cue in the diner where you get a tray and move up like in a factory line. The jam, croissants and coffe were good, the bacon was raw, eggs were made from powder and not much choice in cereal. No fresh fruit but there are some yogurts. Considering it is only €6.50 per person it's not bad.

Nice Place to Relax

I was pleased overall with my stay at the Pierre. This resort facility is located in short walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea and the Carnoles train station. My room/apartment was spacious and clean. Full kitchen facilities were available in the apartment, which was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and it had appliances such as a standard sized refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Flat screen HD televisions were in the living room and bedroom.

It is worth noting that daily housekeeping service was not provided, but the apartment was well-stocked with extra linen. Also, note that the front desk is not staffed full-time. Keys and entry information can be left is a lock box at the facility. Consider calling the facility to discuss these arrangements ahead of your check-in date in the event that you get unexpectedly delayed.

This resort is very close to a walking trail that hugs the mountainous base along the Mediterranean coast. I hiked along this scenic trail for more than three hours and the vistas were breathtaking!

First: to get there by train go to Carnoles not Roqbruine cap st Martin station. By 110 bus from Nice airport stop Victoria.
The apartment we had was on a corner, had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a good size lounge/kitchen and plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. No instructions for the microwave that can do all sorts of things - grill, oven. Brand new, clean with a very large very comfortable bed. Also a large balcony.
The apartment is right at the end of, or is it the beginning of Carnoles and on the far side of the Cap. Relatively flat so good for those with walking problems or pushchairs. The area generally is hilly and old Roqbruine is very steep.
There is a good food/drink shop 100 yards away and a bakers next door. There are a few restaurants nearby but for a seaside resort very few, especially compared to Menton. Big supermarket is 10 minutes walk - an UP.

New Apartment close to Menton&Monaco

We were looking for hotel in Monaco as that is where we wanna go but hotel there were very expensive. Since we had a hired car, we decided to stay as close to Monaco as possible and found this newly build apartment.

Love the location, close to the beach, 30mins drive to monaco, 1hrs to Nice,1hrs 15mins to Cannes. Menton is the closest main town where you get a pre-paid SIM card. WiFi in the apartment was alright, not excellent. It does says under the free WiFi that it is run under limited speed. You have the option to pay for higher speed if needed.
User name and password is on the top left hand of the tv in your room.

Our stress about the hotel was the checked in time. We knew in the booking saying check-in from 5pm to 7pm. We were driving from Milan and on the way we tried calling the hotel number several time but always went into voice mail. As we have limited credit in our Italy pre-paid SIM card, each voice mail cost 36cents Euro yet bring us to no where. when we reached at 715pm, door was only accessible thru pin and we can see that the reception was closed. At the door, there is another number to call which is not on our booking. So we tried that number, the receptionist who picked up was busy at the other end too. One tip when calling the number, you have to say JULIA AUGUSTA Pierre & Vacances Residence Premium in order for her to assist you to pull out the booking on which outlet you are in. She said she will call us back and after like 30mins, she gave us some combination code to the safe deposits box at the door. After a few tried we managed to open it! There was the envelop with our room key! We were delighted thou struggled abit.

Overall a nice apartment to stay in. kitchen are fully equipped. We cooked some of our meal ourself. Supermarket are closed by but bring your own grocery bag as they don't provide. you can buy one there too. Bathroom and toilet are separated which is good. Bathroom are full equipped. The only surprise we had was we triggered the smoke detectors on one occasion when we shower with door open. So advise you to close your bathroom door when shower.

As for luandry, it is a common luandry and cost 6Euro(coin only) per wash(not more than 6kg). You don't have to bring detergent as it is automatic system. 3Euro for drying. the apartment provide a clothed airer, so if you have time like us, you can skip the dryer and hang on the aired on the balcony.

They have underground parking which cost us 13Euro for the 3 days. Parking are free around the hotel but not every time you will get a spot.

This isn't really a hotel. It is an apartment building that rents rooms. We wanted a place like that so that we could have larger rooms than typical in Europe and also a kitchen area. Don't touch the A/C controls. That just messes it up and wastes a half hour of your time trying to get it working again after it shuts off. The building is new, so it is in great condition. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen area also was clean and quite useful. Why the poor rating? We are not French. They seem to only want to rent to French people. They have an office on the first floor that is only open 9 - 5. If you show up after 5, you are out of luck for the night. You have to arrange ahead of time with them that you will be late. So, how do you do that? The hotel has no email address, so you have to call them. During those 9 - 5 hours. And you have to speak French. Each time I called them they hung up on me because my French is horrendous. (yes, it is bad, but that shouldn't matter at a decent hotel anywhere in the world). They actually hung up on me 3 times when I started to talk. Luckily my US cell phone wasn't working so I had to beg use of a phone from the tourism lady at the Pont du Gard national park and she called them back and spoke to them in her perfect French, and they were happy to arrange everything with her. She told them that she was my travel agent. Without her we would have had no place to stay that night. The way the office staff treated us was unacceptable.

The place was very clean, I mean spotless. Close to the beach. BUT the air-condition wasn't working very well. So it was very Hot in there.
Also I couldn't get the laundry machine to work.
Also this was not an ocean view apartment. If you don't have a car, most likely you are not going to enjoy it.
But I did the best I could to make the best of this trip. But I don't know if next time I like to stay here or not. BUT the place is very clean and close to the beach.

La résidence est propre, près de commerces. A notre arrivée, l'évier était bouché, une porte de placard était tombée. Nous avons prévenu l'accueil. A notre retour de promen, une odeur d'acide insupportable et la ventouse toujours dans l'évier. Nous ouvrons les fenêtres ( il fait 8 ° dehors), nous attendons. L'accueil ferme à 19 h. Je prends une migraine avec l'odeur,( puis une angine) malgré un masque et les fenêtres ouvertes durant 3 h. Message sur le répondeur à l'accueil sans succès. Nous nous rendons compte que l'appartement commence à être inondé et que l'odeur est plus forte. A l'accueil personne, je trouve enfin un N° d'urgence et la personne à distance nous donne un logement de secours au rdc. Nous refaisons les valises, re-vidons le frigo, Ason arrivée lelendemain matin, une personne de l'accueil vient frapper à notre porte pour savoir qui était dans le logloget, sans avoir écouté le message ni lu le mail envoyé par le service des urgences Pas d'excuse, pas de changement de logement, alors que le logement de secours n'a pas de chauffage, pas de balai, qu'il ressemble à une cave sans lumière, il faut allumer 24/24. Nous sommes passés devant l'accueil plusieurs fois par jour sans qu'on nous demande de nouvelles. Le jour du départ, j'ai répondu NON à la question \" ça s'est bien passé ?\" L'accueil était surpris. J'ai eu un geste commercial correspondant au prix du parking). Si la résidence est bien, le client est négligé.

God kommunikasjon med de i resepsjonen.
Sikker og låst parkering i kjelleren, heis helt med.
Liten dagligvare rundt hjørnet og bakerier like ved. Godt utstyrt kjøkkenkrok.
Flotte turmuligheter. Turvei rundt Cap Martin (odden), mulig å gå til Monaco. Kort vei til toget: Monaco, Nice og Italia kun minutter unna. Fine strender og ca 30 min å gå til Menton.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren im Herbst in der Unterkunft zu Gast.Vielen grossen Veränderungen hat es nicht gegeben,aber ist noch immer komfortabler und alles da,was man braucht.Wir schätzen Strand in der nahe und sauberen Schwimmbad auf dem Dach.Küche hat alles nötige für kochen.Garage ist vom grosser Vorteil bei Unterkunft.

Fort agréable mais soucis d'électricité en rentrant plus aucune sécurité j'ai du et mpecher un individus de squatter car le SAS d entrée sans électricité est resté ouvert afin que les clients auent un accès et sortie. Le parking étant innacessiblejnzi du vers minuit avec mon fils stationner fort loin. Mon fils de 14 ans c'était pour son anniversaire papa divorcé droit de garde un w end sur deux a été déçu par cet épisode malchanceux.

Praktiskt lägenhetsboende nära allt

Praktiskt lägenhetsboende nära fin stenig strand, bredvid mellanstor affär och praktisk pool på taket för barnfamiljer. Hög kvalitet på boende med allt man behöver. Finns även tvättrum om man stannar längre. 500 m promenad till tågstationen, bara 40 min bort från Nice flygplats. Nära Nice, Monaco och Italien.

Sämre med incheckningstid ganska tidigt, tänk på att det är svårt att ankomma sent (vi förstod aldrig om det var möjlig eller ej att komma efter 19 så vi vågade inte chansa)

Kallt på rummet (ac) men kanske hellre det än för varmt. Vi fick bottenplan där det var mygg och knott på uteplats mot gården så kunde inte användas men tror de som har balkong hade det bra.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Appartementhaus. Man hat hier alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Meer liegt direkt um die Ecke, ebenso ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und ein Kiosk.

Super pour des vacances à Monaco !

Très bonne résidence, des chambres très classes pour un prix raisonnable §
Chambre très fonctionnelle avec une cuisine tout équipée.
Proche d'un supermarché, ce qui est très pratique pour faire les courses.
Très proche de la mer et à 10 minutes de Monaco.
Un très beau et grand balcon avec une vue sur la mer qui nous permet de profiter du soleil.
Très satisfait et à retenter pour une période plus estival/
Je recommande fortement !

Fine leiligheter, bra basseng og topp lokasjon

God standard og størrelse på rommet (rom til fire med ett soverom og sovesofa i stuen). Bra basseng med god kapasitet på senger.

God beligghet rett ved stranden og butikk. Gangavstand til stasjonen. Flott som base for noen dager i cap Martin.

Wir haben während der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption 17-19 uhr versucht die Unterkunft vergebens zu erreichen. Um 19.15 standen wir ohne Schlüssel, ohne Pin zum vorhandenen Safe wo unser Schlüssel drin war und ohne die Möglichkeit die Unterkunft oder Pierre Vacances zu kontaktieren da keiner das Telefon abgenommen hat.

Fräscht lägenhetshotell, med bra läge ett kvarter från Roquebrunes fina stenstrand och badklippor där det går att snorkla.
Men receptionens öppettider är dåliga. Och att takterrassen och poolen har öppet bara mellan 10 och 19 är uselt - där vill man ju kunna vara åtminstone till solnedgången.

Overall pleasant stay thus problems with check in

Overall we enjoyed our stay overall, despite of the problems we has with the late check-in. Even if we sent an email beforehand informing about our late check-in which was replied to, there was no room key left in the safety box. We called the 24-hour contact number and they allocated us a SOS-room for the first night. The hotel manager said that they did not recieve our reservation via hotels.com, even if we had showed them our confirmation email and the payment had already been made. Later on the hotel manager compensated this Hassel by giving us a late check-out free of charge. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and the room which we were given from the second night onward was clean, cozy and spacious. The apartment hotel has a great sun deck on the rooftop, thus the pool is too small for swimming laps. There is a good sized Carrefour Express store right next door that is open from 7-22:00 daily. Also, a bakery within 2 minutes walk. For the cheapest alcohol and basic grocery prices, I would highly recommend driving to the store right at the French-Italian boarder.

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla, siisti ja hiljainen. Kaikki oli hyvässä kunnossa, eikä mitään valitettavaa ollut.
Yhtenä päivänä ehdittiin kääntyä uima-altaallakin (lokakuun puoliväli). Allas on melko pieni, mutta kyllä siinä kastautua pystyy. Ranta on lähellä. Vierestä löytyy myös pieni kauppa ystävällisellä palvelulla, leipomo hyvillä aukioloajoilla ja pitseria.

Un climat idéal en octobre

Très bon séjour, proche de l'Italie, facilités de déplacement en train, un excellent climat, visite de Nice, Vintimille, Sanremo, Menton, Roquebrune Cap Martin, Monaco, bref, il y a de quoi faire. Le logement hyper confort, très propre, bien équipé, avec terrasse et piscine, nous avons adoré nos vacances.

Top. Preis Leistung wirklich super. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Liegen ist sehr schön. In zwei Minuten zum Strand mit zahlreichen Restaurants.

La struttura è bella, ci troviamo bene e ci torniamo da cinque anni, l’appartamento più grande è veramente comodo, però il bagno con la doccia aveva la muffa sul soffitto e abbiamo trovato qualche piccolo danneggiamento lasciato dai precedenti utenti, comunque ci torneremo ancora
