OK value for money in August in Menton, clean and bed is comfortable. Otherwise Wifi is not working well and room is nothing special, small and rather old. A/C is working.

Everything was good the “self park” was on the street. If you wanted to use their garage car park that was an extra 15€ per night.

Aircon off at night, just a duvet in the bed, no option to cover with a sheet. Just boiled all night long, and no soundproof at all, you can hear everything happening in someone elses room.

Nice hotel on the main road through Menton 10 minutes walk from the sea and some fabulous restaurants and the lovely Old Town. Easy to reach the Monte Carlo Masters at Cap Martin Roquebrune, and to visit Nice city on the train. Charming desk staff and comfortable room, only thing we would have appreciated was air conditioning as cooling off with the balcony doors open was a little noisy.

Fairly decent location, clean, but unreliable wifi
The room was small, but clean with air conditioner. Breakfast is an extra charge per morning, so we opted out. Only real downside of the hotel was the wifi. Because we are from out of the country and didn't want to use our expensive international plans, we were depending on wifi to book tickets and communicate with people back home. It was a real bummer to discover that the wifi at this hotel rarely worked, and when it did it was sometimes only connected for as little as 30 seconds at a time.

A walk to parking
Another wonderful picturesque coastal town less touristy so the price was good but still relatively close to Monaco. Parking is a couple of blocks away at 11 Euros a night so if you're squeamish about late night walking back to the hotel this isn't the deal for you.

This was my first experience of arriving at a hotel to the news the reservation had been cancelled and the room given to someone else. The best they could do was to try finding another hotel at midnight.

This hotel is well placed for the train station but a bit far for the rest of the town and the restaurants etc. the rooms and hotel are very nicely equipped and decorated and very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.
We had one complaint though that the housekeeping was not great, they topped up the tea/coffee but did not clean the bathroom or replace towels or replenish toilet rolls or even make the bed the whole stay.
Would recommend though as all else was great.

Biggest advantage is that this hotel is cheap and price defines all the experience. Everything is as good as it should be for the money you are paying but that's all. Rooms are small but clean and good looking.

Spotless room and bathroom with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bath. Twin beds were comfortable and it was silent during the night so we got an excellent night's sleep (not facing street). Nice touch of 3 sweets on the bedside table. Well stocked supermarket a few doors away. Beach and all amenities of main shopping centre a 15 minute easy stroll down the street, with a small market most days. An advantage of being outside the busy and noisy main centre but within easy reach. Staff very helpful and welcoming. No problem coming in after midnight. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We got in fairly late (10pm) but the front desk employee was really nice and helpful, and directed us to the two parking lots available.
The room was very comfy and the bathroom was perfect. The hotel in itself was very quiet.

We arrived around midnight and left early the next day. It served it's purpose for what we wanted. It said Free Parking on the site but we had to pay for it.

Rommet er nyoppusset og koselige. Litt slitent hotell, men god beliggenhet for en ok penge. Gangen e er veldig slitt og rommene er veldig lytt fra gang. Men utenfra hører du ingen ting. Fantastisk hjelpsomme folk som jobber der.

Couloir assez étroit quand vous arrivez avec les bagages mais c’est faisable (pour les fauteuils roulants un peu juste je pense mais vu qu’il y a des chambres spéciales handicapées il y a probablement des couloirs plus adéquates). Le prix du parking un peu excessif mais vu la difficulté de stationnement en haute saison, ils peuvent en jouer. @ mon arrivée pas de frigo dans la chambre car apparemment ils avaient gros soucis de panne, sans compter l’ascenseur on dirait qu’il tient par un câble et était déjà en panne le lendemain de notre arrivée je préférais les escaliers moins dangereux au vu des secousses brusques pour monter juste un seul étage
après demande @ la dame de l’accueil cela @ été fait le lendemain matin mais ce n’était pas un frigo mais genre cave @ vins donc les bouteilles pas fraîches

Op loopafstand van het strand. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is ongezellig en klein. De airco werkt niet. Kamer was erg warm. Zeer smal bed. Badkamer is oud en douche zeer smal en aftands. Wifi even kunnen gebruiken maar na een tijdje geen connectie meer. Ontbijt is goed. Het hotel heeft mogelijkheden maar heeft een grote opfrisbeurt nodig. Te duur voor wat je krijgt.

struttura nel complesso buona, pulita, personale cordiale ..abbiamo avuto problemi con il parcheggio esterno.. siamo rientrati nella tardissima serata e non c'era un parcheggio nei dintorni neppure a pagarlo oro, dopo aver girato per un'ora l'abbiamo trovato a 1 km di distanza....

Struttura nei pressi del centro di Mentone, circa 800 metri dalla spiaggia. Noi avevamo una stanza tripla ma era piuttosto piccola. Soprattutto per chi fa vita di mare , le stanze non hanno balconi per stendere i panni. Personale cordiale e gentile.

Nous avons été très déçus.La chambre et la salle de bain sont trop petites pour une famille avec 1 enfant.Il n’y a pas de réfrigérateur la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement.Nous avons signalé un matin que il y avait de l’eau qui coulait par la Clim de la salle de bain mais au retour dans la chambre le soir rien n’a été fait, il y avait une flaque d’eau sur le sol et là réceptionniste nous a dit qu’elle ne peut rien faire car elle est seule et nous devons éponger avec des serviettes.Après avoir dit que nous allons laisser des avis en racontent tout, elle nous a donné une autre chambre…Pendant notre séjour de 5 jours à l’hôtel en plein saison estivale nous n’avons vu aucune famille.

Hôtel très agréable non loin du centre ville, stationnements disponibles le long de la rue devant établissement. Chambre très propre et literie vraiment très confortable. Petit déjeuner délicieux et varié. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extrême, serviables et de bons conseils. Une belle adresse à garder sur Menton. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Toute petite chambre donnant sur une terrasse commune. Je trouvais l intimité un peu limite vis a vis de l insonorisation et de cette terrasse commune au devant de la fenêtre...le matin 10h impossible de prendre une douche car aparament plus d eau chaude😮💨 peu être un débit limité je ne sais pas en tout cas pour un départ se fut une déception. Sinon très bonne accueil et très propre dans son ensemble.

Nous avons passé peu de temps dans la chambre. Celle-ci est très petite...pas de dessus de lit,ni théière, ni cafetière comme indiqué dans l’annonce.

Rien a redire sur cette hotel en plus possede un parking couvert fermer ( payant ) juste que les chiens ne sont pas accepter dans la salle a manger mais il on une terrasse tres spacieuse .

Chambre réservée pour 3 personnes, chambre reçue : un lit double et deux lits superposés! Déjà que la surface au sol est très petite, alors ce lit superposé donne une impression de volume réduit, accentué par la fenêtre assez petite. La salle-de-bain d’une caravane est plusieurs grande que celle de cette chambre. Mesurant 1m94, je ne sais pas me tenir debout dans la douche. Pour la disposition de la chambre, la tv est placée face aux lits superposés mais les montants et traverses passent devant l’ecran! Ajoutons aussi que la climatisation était défaillante et aucune compensation commerciale n’a été proposée. Il faisait étouffant. Le petit déjeuner à €10 est trop léger en choix, c’est surfait.

Personnel très aimable, hotel calme, bien situé. La literie est confortable . La chambre et la salle de bain sont très petites et on entend facilement l'écoulement de l'eau des autres chambres. Mais aucun bruit la nuit, j'ai toujours bien dormi. Le ménage serait à revoir ( surtout sous le lit ). Le petit déjeuner est plutôt copieux mais trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. ( 10.50€ )
