I genuinely love staying here with my children. The pools, the food, the rooms are all very wonderdul. Overall, the service and help is excellent, however every once in a while youre met with subpar customer service though it happens rarely enough to not deter me from coming back. I loce it here.

This place would be 5 stars if it were not for the constant jack hammering from 8:30 am to 6pm,
Upon check in we were advised af construction but told we wouldn’t hear from our room! That was not accurate it was constant every day 8:30 am to 6:30 pm you could not hear the TV you could not talk in the room as it sounded like it was actually in our room entire trip

Very professional and helpful at all times!!

However we had an incident that somebody had went to our room when we went out to a restraint in Monaco and were gone 3h.
We found horrible mess in our bad-room .
We were in such a state of shock we did not know what to do…
Ones we reported it the Pakistani general manager was extreme rude , bad mannered and did not apologize us and denied that somebody most likely a room manager ( like a receptionist said) had messed out room!!
We spend this summer 20k got this hotel and experience what I never seen in any hotel in my life had now this made me have a camera that I ll always leave and keep on all my hotel rooms.

A beautiful hotel with an incredible lagoon pool with sand bottom. We had a full sea view room with an amazing view. The hotel felt brand new, the room was huge and the bathroom was immaculate. My only complaint about this hotel is the food is very expensive and the options are limited, especially at the pool. There was even a couple hours in the morning with no restaurant service at all, perhaps because it was early in the busy season. There is nowhere to really walk for food outside the hotel, either. It is a short drive to the casino area and marina, plenty of restaurants and shopping there. Despite that, I look forward to returning one day!

First day, bathtub gaucet blew out of wall, water everywhere. Kids running around banging and ringing bells and running, Marijuana smoke blown in rooms, construction noise all moring and close to all night, staff comes INSIDE YOUR ROOM WHILE YOU ARE UNDRESSED, everything js a nickle and dime from air to care. Overall, Monaco is for weirdos with money who both hate themselves and thier spouses. I will never ever go back and im taking ALL THIS VIDEO AND PHOTO EVIDENCE and plastering it on the internet EVERYWHERE! Monaco is a den of thieves, dirty money, scoundrels, crooks, and scam artists.

It was a nice enough stay. Walls are paper thin, which was really bothersome. Pool closes at 7p which is pretty early given the sun sets around 10p. Overall like staying at an upscale Vegas hotel, but other hotels caught my eye while walking around more so.

The pool bar closed early both days we were there. Not a 5 star hotel experience in that sense. Also had the inside jacuzzi not enabled either day.
With the temperature of the outside jacuzzi very cold as far as jacuzzis go.

The description of the property would make it seem it has access to a beach, but no beach access is available on the property.

We found that not all staff were able to answer questions about amenities and services offered at the resort. We had a lot a pointing us in other directions to find answers.

The service at the pool area was lacking because there weren’t enough people available to service guests. A 5 star resort of this cost and caliber should have a much more enhanced customer experience. Not to say the personnel at the pool weren’t positive and effective once they showed up, it just seemed they could increase the number of people to cover the guests that I saw were continuously complaining about not being able to get someone to service them.

Do not get the $48 euro breakfast there, defiantly not worth it, food trays were empty and the eggs reminded me of my military years, don’t tilt your plate your eggs may run off the plate. Go elsewhere for breakfast.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. Our room was spacious and very clean with a stunning balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and a great size. The pool area was lovely although very busy. We didn’t eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that! The staff could’ve been friendlier .. the check in experience wasn’t the nicest however overall it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay

So can’t use your room that you’ve payed for ! We were leaving at 9am in the morning And then trying to up sell us a more expensive room as ours wasn’t ready !
Coffee machine wasn’t working and said they would replace and didn’t until we complained a second time! Asked milk and tea in room as none
Just poor !
Basically all I could hear around the hotel were people complaining and arguing about service of the hotel
In my opinion it was not relaxing as it was spoilt by all of this

Great pool area (indoor and outdoor) but the hotel seems old and tired inside with limited eating options. The main issue for us was the plumbing and the bed. The room ordered was a king bed but it came with two twin beds attached together and completely worn out. The gap between the beds prevented us from getting a good night sleep. Brought the issue to front desk’s attention twice in person but it never got fixed.

Also, construction going on all around the property. We had an ocean but if you are facing the city, all you see are construction and construction noises.

Be advised that the walking in shower leaks water into bathroom area and floor becomes very slippery. There is a small tiny mat but the shower door open outward so end up sliding all over the floor.

We will not stay here again; no value for money and no amenities.

Beautiful property, everything was really clean and well maintained. Area is of course top notch - 25 minute walk from casinos and shopping so less touristy, right by the beach. Michelin star restaurant and terrific food. Only complaint was how difficult it was to get in touch with front desk, and slowness to be put in room (4P check in time is super late and they were even late on top of that). Also, requests and room service took a while.

Wonderful pool - shame about check-in rule

Gorgeous hotel with amazing Lagoon pool. We had come to the hotel for the pool, which was absolutely amazing. However, be warned you are not allowed to use the pool untill you've checked in which is a late 4pm. This was the main thing that let it down, as facilities & location being near to the sea, are fabulous. This hotel unlike all the others I've been to along the Cote d'Azur does not allow you to make use of the pool facilities outside the bounds of check-in and Check-out. Check-out is at noon but you cannot use the pool beyond 11am. Wish this had been clearer on the hotel details, it is in there, under small print on the hotel website. There was also no complimentary water in the hotel room. Drinks by the pool very expensive, with €8 for a tiny bottle, whereas other hotels I stayed at during this trip provided complimentary bottles of water given the current heat wave. Room was very comfy and clean with a good view despite it being a partial sea view. Nice big balcony.

Beautiful property, lovely staff. I had booked a deluxe sea view room and was advised I had been upgraded. Room was lovely but had no sea view, I didn’t complain as was only staying 1 night but would have requested to change otherwise.
We arrived at 5.15pm after walking 15 miles, just wanted to sit by the pool with a cocktail but the pool bar closes at 5pm so we couldn’t get a drink. When the other bar opened we couldn’t get in due to having flip flops on for the pool so we weren’t able to celebrate our walk. First world problem but a bit annoying.
There’s lots of building work going on outside the hotel, I would recommend walking up to the port where we there’s a lot more to do and much more reasonably priced.

I visited in April. A beautiful hotel in a perfect location for the Monte Carlo Masters. Please be aware that the beautiful lagoon area is not open before May, despite the very warm weather. Dining options are limited and extortionate, but they allow takeaways and deliveries to your room from other places, and are located close to excellent Larvotto Beach restaurants.
The express bus transfer from the airport doesn’t go to, or near, the hotel during the Tennis Masters or any major event, so arrange alternate transport. Helicopter costs little more than a taxi.
Wonderful for the quiet beachfront area, but as far as possible from the rest of Monaco.
Rooms are beautiful, balconies huge, staff efficient.
I would stay here again for the tennis, but elsewhere to be in the heart of the principality.

Rooms are large but all aspects of the room from the fittings to the bathrooms are in need of a revamp.

At this level of hotel, I would not expect them to use large industrial bottles in the showers and old towels.

Restaurant food is good.

Boutique store where i wanted to buy a model boat for a significant va;ue and it was closed the whole day and a half i was there.

The hptel either needs to upgrade or drops it's prices

Unfortunately the Hotel have lack of safety for people like me with mobility difficulties. Many stairway does not provide any kind of handrail, the pavement in many areas is nothing but dangerous if you have even mild difficulties with your mobility.

Overall the experience was good, the hotel rooms are defiantly old and not up to date (the bathroom though was good)
The breakfast buffet selection was minimal and expensive, the service was just as 4 stars - although the price of each night was for 5 stars..
The pool is stunning and the view from the room was beautiful.
If you do not mind that there are kids everywhere - go for it.

The design and comfort of the room and the view are all great.

One small drawback was that on exiting there was a problem with the parking machine and I was forced to go back into the hotel to reception to have it addressed. It cost me 20 minutes while I was rushing to catch a flight from Nice.

Very nice place. I found it overpriced IMO, as no breakfast included which was at an additional £35 pp pd, we obviously went out of season, as pools weren’t blue like in the pictures, more green. We had to request teaspoons as we had stuff to make coffee but no spoons? We later requested more coffee as they only give you enough for one cup. Staff member that brought it got really snotty with us because we requested coffee and creamer (same guy that had to bring spoons). Would have expected better service for price. Hotel casino was nice. Drinks and food generally expensive at the hotel, you’re looking at around €8 for a bottle of water. Free shuttle from hotel to Casino square which was great to walk around. Nice experience, but be prepared to spend £££

LUXURIOUS, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT FACILITIES, but the cost of meals, drinks, parking meant that the true cost of the stay was misleading. We knew how opulent Monte Carlo is and prepared for that, but not being able to secure a B&B rate meant that breakfast for 6 days was €432 on top and 8 soft drinks (waiter service) by the pool cost us £€101.lunch for two cost us €80 per day on average and dinner €120 each night on average, all without alcohol. Having said all of that, it was worth it!

Beautiful room with views from the bedroom and bathroom. Check-in and out was easy. They provided us converters for charging, since we forgot to bring ours. The pool area and views were spectacular - the sand in the pool really does create a different pool experience. The hotel does provide shuttles to get in and out of the main Casino area - otherwise it's a 10-15 minute walk. Highly recommended and we would stay again!

My wife and I loved this resort. This property was amazing, the amenities are intensive especially the pool area and outside restaurants. The room was clean, very large and the staff was really great. The one thing...It is a bit expensive as it is probably true to all of Monte Carlo and Monaco.

Poor service, room not as described - avoid

On arriving customers were arguing with hotel staff as they hadn’t got what was expected and staff just shrugged their shoulders. This was to be typical of the whole approach of the hotel.

The room was clean but when paying for an exclusive sea view room with King bed you don’t expect to get two singles pushed together, old pillows and only very basic coffee supplies with no milk.

The service throughout was poor. At breakfast we were left to find a seat, they didn’t offer coffee you have to ask for it and the breakfast selection was poor at 36 Euro’s per person was not worth the money

Service by the pool was poor even when ordering a reserved double sun bed for 380 Euro’s still no one bothered to be interested in serving. Everything is very expensive 10 Euro’s for a beer. 50 Euro’s for a pizza and sandwich.

The place is beautiful by the sea but with such poor service and attitude of staff was not worth it.

Respect yourself, and stay in another hotel!

Far from a good resort/hotel!

Reception desk people are totally unhelpful. You receive almost no assistance from them.
Their business should be very good; otherwise, they would have paid more attention to customer care. They are part of Monte-Carlo gambling venture; thus, they brought that aggressive attitude into hospitality business.

First impression:
Right across the street from our room, there was a huge project under construction (see attached photo). A fleet of jack hammers, drill rigs, etc. were running and making noise all day long.
As soon as I got into my room and saw that, I called their front desk. They said they will look into that and get back to me soon.
Thus, I didn't unpacked, and sat there for their call for more than 30 min. Finally, I decided to personally go down to front desk and see what happened. Guess what; they said we are surrey we were busy! .... I explained the problem again, and they shared it with their supervise, and after a few min they said if I want to change my room they have to upgrade me to another room which has a bigger balcony, and I have to pay about $360 US extra per night!... To me, the idea of putting me in a room across a construction site, while they were not fully booked was totally unacceptable to start with; however, asking $720 US for two nights that I was there, felt like a slap on my face.
All in all, not a good choice. I won't go back there and I strongly recommend you reconsider your choices if you plant to go there

Beautiful hotel

This is a fabulous hotel, beautiful rooms, excellent food, we were upgraded to a sea view even though we had only booked a mountain view and it was stunning.
I will definately go back here!

Good location in Monaco. The staff and food are great. We were without a ride to the rail station and no cab to be found. The staff provided us with a ride in the hotel car. Excellent service.
