We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, the staff were so welcoming and the facilities were great. I really enjoyed my time in the pool.
The setting of this hotel is very special, with the rooms in blocks (like little houses) set in stunning gardens. We will visit again.

The hotel is beautiful. A lovely boutique feel with lots of greenery and fairy lights creating the perfect ambiance. The facilities are modern and clean and the pool and pool area is lovely. The hotel was not too busy so you could easily get beds around the pool without having to think about it. There were a lot of weddings taking place during the stay which felt as though as a guest of the hotel you were encroaching on someone’s special day which felt a little strange. There was no entertainment during the evening and there isn’t much available outside of the hotel so it could feel a little quiet depending on what kind of break you are looking for.

This holiday has been nothing short of incredible.
The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care.

The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat.

This place is the perfect escape, even if just for a couple of days. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just be surrounded by beauty, this is it.

The location of this hotel is truly beautiful — lush gardens, tall palm trees, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a tropical escape. It's what initially drew us in, and to be fair, the outdoor setting did not disappoint.

Unfortunately, the charm ends once you step inside. The rooms are outdated, with paint peeling off the walls and a general sense of wear and neglect. We even found spiders in the room, which didn’t help the feeling of cleanliness or comfort.

The biggest disappointment was the so-called “cafeteria.” We went down for a simple coffee at 9:00 AM and were told it wouldn’t be served until 9:30 — only full breakfast guests could be served at that hour. It felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily rigid.

I was disappointed to find that the hotel was preparing for a private party from Tuesday or Wednesday, which was not intended for hotel guests. This culminated in the pool being closed all day on Friday without prior notice to the guests. Although we were given access to the Jardin Milenio at a nearby hotel, it was still an unusual experience.

However would stay there again!

Nice enough hotel however not amazing. On check in the man checking us in did the bare minimum meaning we had to go back a few times for things such as card to be able to get towels for the pool which we should have been informed of on check in.

The room was clean but there was a strong smell of sewage from the walk in shower. The hotel and facilities in general were very clean.

The main issue was the staff in the serving area, as a whole they were slow and unhelpful. Often if we were standing at the bar they would walk past, see us and make no attempt to come and serve us (bar was empty and they were just stood in the back). Tables were often left uncleared with glasses/plates there for hours.

For breakfast, again there was an issue with tables not being cleared or cleaned. We often had to clear the tables ourselves to be able to sit down and eat. There was more staff available but this didn’t change they obviously didn’t want to be there and did the bare minimum.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I found it extremely hard to leave the beautiful hotel during the day, it was a slice of paradise and found it hard to believe in a city.

The stay was wonderful. The only challenge is thqt Hotels.com lists for room types is not accurate. The Hotels.com web page has a \"junior suite\" option that I booked but the hotel has both \"junior suit\" and a junior suite residence\" room types. We were originally assigned to a \"residence\" but only because of an excellent staff was the correction made.

Everything was absolutely marvellous in this gorgeous one storey hotel. Only issue was restaurant in evening. Slow service and sat there for 10 mins with no menus, had to ask twice. Staff a bit chatty amongst themselves. Shame. Otherwise this would be 5 stars across the board.

We’ve booked the junior suite for families. It was a mistake - the rooms were very outdated and run down despite commanding a premium pricing. Hotel also did not inform us of the fact that there is a refurbishment going on, so the pool area was not relaxing at all. Also, very strange for a 4* hotel to be asking a deposit for pool towels (perhaps something acceptable at a camp site).

On the positive - hotel is set in a wonderful palm forest and the restaurant is very nice.

Great bones. Upon entering seems like a 5 star resort but then declines.

The bad: - cold, heating radiators not functioning. Was able to get them to override the air-conditioning setting to get some very minimal warmth
- various rules about using the tepid hottub, sauna, and gym. Some staff want money for you to use, others a reservation. Its a shame as they look beautiful, are constantly being maintained but few use them due to the hassle and cost. Best they be removed from the list of amenities
- minor power and water outages due to construction throughout the grounds

The good:
- stunning grounds filled with tropical plants
- good breakfast buffet
- nice rooms

This is not a traditional hotel with hallways and elevators, instead the rooms are located in separate bungalows that are spread around a beautiful garden with trees, singing birds and an occasional curious cat. The restaurant and lobby are located in a separate building so it’s a short walk to and from dinner, pool or sauna to your room which is quite relaxing. The staff is very attentive and does everything humanly possible to help with whatever question you may have, from local shopping, sites or arranging dry cleaning on short notice. Food is excellent, everything is made in house and absolutely delicious. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the first chance we get.

The venue is awesome, in the middle of jungle like garden. Quite beautiful. The room was super big but unfortunately too cold for the time (end of november). I imagine is perfect for summer. The breakfast was really good. We really liked the place.

Lovely pool, with a good-priced bar, and very friendly pool attendent. The hotel environment was good, with the different garden buildings. It's also very close to all of the great shops and restaurants in Elche.
We stayed in the cheaper garden rooms that did feel a little basic, although were very clean and tidy, with nice products provided.
A tea/coffee machine would have been nice, and parking is a little expensive.

This is a wonderful hotel I would say one of the best we stayed at in Spain it’s like you are in a tropical paradise the food in the restaurant was excellent but found the service on our first night very slow as as you carnt book in before 8.30 it was 9.45 by the time we got our starters and wine but after a quiet word with Lois he sorted it out for our second night which was really nice and was served as soon as we entered the restaurant please visit this hotel you won’t be disappointed

This hotel is in a lovely setting. Right amongst the palm trees. The swimming pool is lovely and the restaurant food superb. Excellent service and high quality menu. The lodges are where it lets itself down. Our room was very tired - we had a Junior double suite. It was huge but did not resemble any of the promotional pictures. Check in was awful. We arrived early and therefore didn’t expect the room to be ready. We were told to wait in the bar - it would be a few minutes and they would phone me. After about 20 minutes we decided to explore the town, returning at 4.30 - well after the check in time. Again we were told that the room wasn’t ready but it would only be a few minutes. We sat by the pool - it was 6 before it was ready. There was little in the way of an apology - just that it’s busy! No drink or anything offered in way of apology. The room had been rushed - there was no soap or shampoo. The rubbish bin was absent. The next day we had to ask for the room to be cleaned - it hadn’t been done at 4 in the afternoon. I don’t think this is acceptable for such an expensive hotel.

disappointing to say the least! i booked last year for an event and when i wanted to cancel, they never gave me my money back and just booked me again for this year - i would hace never chosen this hotel if i could have had my money back! service was very slow in general and very unfriendly at the reception. breakfast was included was lacked of variety and there was no ‘real tomato’ for the tostada (we had to use the acidic tomato thatcwas offered in a box). and we thought wecwere in spain! there were not enough sunbeds atvthe swimming pool!!! DISAPPOINTING, not worth the money. will never go back.

Wehave stayed here many times before. We love this place although the room wasn’t the best that we’ve stayed in! The bathroom could of done with a refurbishment as the grouting was all yellow not quite what you want to see in a 4* Hotel room. The hotel has recently been taken over so I’m sure we will see some improvements next year if we visit! Love the locals really friendly and always willing to help.

The gardens are beautiful. It is a shame that the room we stayed in (148) was not as lovely. It felt as if it was the first time it had been used for a while as it smelled a little musty. The ceiling in the bathroom had a new panel inserted, but it looked a little like a bodge job than a professional repair. There was a little mold in the corners of the bath area. There were also stains on the curtains.
This is not what I expect from a 4* hotel. If I had stayed in another room, perhaps my experience would have been different, but I was very disappointed as the reviews I read were so positive.
The staff were also generally a little cold.

Beautiful setting in Historic Botanical Gardens.

This is a lovely comfortable hotel, situated in a beautiful Historic Botanic Garden, within easy walking distance of the town centre & the Historic & cultural attractions of the town. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the wonderful Palmeral Museum & Palm & Fruit Garden next door & the truly stunning Huerto de Cura Garden almost opposite.

Visitors from UK & other Northern climates wanting some winter sun need to be aware that all the bungalows are underneath very tall palm trees & other vegetation that make a lot of cool shade. This is probably a very welcome escape from the heat in the Summer, but a definite disadvantage in the winter months. It's hard to find a sunny spot!

They also do not put sunbeds by the pool in winter although they are available from reception if you ask! But they'll be put away again at the end of the day & you'll have to ask again the next day. They don't seem to appreciate how desperate some people from colder climates are for some winter sun!

There is a sunny terrace & bar area though, which is a lovely sun trap with sofas & chairs.

Perfectly located if you want to experience downtown Elche. Not really a tourist hotel, more focussed on business clients. Breakfast was excellent, gardens wonderful, icy cold pool, and very quiet. Only minor complaint was the efficiency of some of the services. Our room was not being cleaned until after 4.30pm and trying to get someone to serve you a drink at the bar was always a challenge! That said, would definitely consider using the hotel again.

This trip was such a fantastic experience. Being vegan i was concerned that i would struggle to find much to eat, however the staff were extremely helpful in meeting my needs and seemed to enjoy helping me.
Aside from the staff, i found this place to be a relaxing retreat, very quiet and friendly, perfect for some rest, and a good base to explore surrounding areas.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel grounds, superior room adequate. The Pool boy is a great asset to hotel. Staff mainly helpful but some not as experienced or customer focused as others. Had issue with reservation at 1st but manager quickly resolved. Good for 3 night break near the city not sure we would stay longer. Dinner by pool was nice with nice setting but city centre has many good places to eat too. Just didn't feel quite 4 star for us.

Very good reception and room. 20 min wait in the bar for a bottle of wine. Resteurant got the starter wrong and the main course for both of us was not what was ordered. Other tables also had the same problem. Good location but car park charge of E13 is a rip off.

The hotel is located within a beautiful garden in the middle of the city - but so private that the city doesn't intrude. The rooms are a bit too spartan, with few amenities, but i'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely Hotel 5 moms from town centre

We have just returned from 6 days at Huerto Del Cura. What a lovely peaceful place. Nice comfortable room in beautiful gardens and only a 5 minute walk to Elche city centre. The staff and cleanliness of this hotel are excellent, can’t fault this at all. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice of fruit cheese cold meats etc. The cooked choices were limited though. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was out of use for our stay.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly return but I would go later in the year and I think hire a car next time

Excellent clean friendly hotel with polite and helpful staff

However I would avoid eating dinner at restaurant- over priced lukewarm food - I was ill after eating tuna - it appeared more time was making the excellent jus whilst not making sure the main was served hot

Peaceful Palm Grove

Great, secluded hotel amidst a palm tree grove. I visited in a cool January and immediately began looking for opportunities to visit later in the year when it would be warmer and the lovely pool was more inviting. I did notice my room had two plug-in mosquito repellents which made me wonder if they would be a problem in warmer months although I would not let that stop me returning.

AMAZING RELAXING HOTEL

\"WOW\" THIS HOTEL IS ONE OF THE MOST RELAXING HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN,MUSIC IS CALMING AND CHARMING. RECEPTION STAFF ARE HAPPY HELPFUL SMILEY PEOPLE.THE ROOM WAS QUITE UNIQUE, COMFY BED.VERY PEACEFUL \" SLEPT WELL\".MINI BAR IN ROOM WAS CHEAP NOT LIKE MOST HOTELS. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A HOTEL IN THAILAND.FOOD IS LOVELY ; HOWEVER ! THE EVENING MENU IS CONFUSING BEFORE YOU PLACE YR ORDER MAKE SURE IT IS EXPLAINED TO YOU CORRECTLY. THE SETTING OF THIS HOTEL IS 10 OUT OF 10 FOR ME,IN THE EVENINGS IT IS SO TRANQUIL EATING POOLSIDE. BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS NICE.
