Every single staff member we had an interaction with went above and beyond to help. Room was very comfortable, clean . Overall it was a great stay except of the noise level from other doors in hotel and outside. AC is turned off during winter so opening the windows was the only option to stay comfortable in room and no screen in window so bugs could have come in :( .

I paid for a nice room shown in photos at time of booking, but upon arrival i was presented an old out of date well used room, nothing like the photos, Unfortunately our neighbour's were a screaming baby, and a couple who keep on shouting , so we request to move at 11pm The hotel were fantastic and moved
us in less than 5 minutes to a deluxe room

The place is nice, room is clean and well kept, it is very big and has nice bath, bed and closet but is not the best value for money, the room was missing some basic ammenities (like coffee or tea), in the first night i had to move from the room to another room due to faulty driange and for towel to the swimming pool you need to put a deposit.

Amazing hotel perfect for families and couples. Surrended by palms garden close to town center and airport. Very modern and always clean. All staff doing amazing job. Rooms are very up to date however no coffee tea amenities in the room which could be a bonus. Swimming pool good but on the smaller side. Hotel restaurant beautifull looks great at night also a liive music was on once and the band was very talented. Hotel parking extra 6 euro behind hotel. Overall great experience great place to stay and friendly staff.

Great little hideaway

Great hotel and the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay here. The bedroom deco is quirky and the hotel is very clean. We only marked it down a star as we feel more can be done in terms of its entertainment - not after rowdy music etc but the 1.5 hour children pool entertainment in the afternoon can probably be improved - even it meant having activities on land. There was only 1 night of live music - great performer - out of the 5 nights we stayed. We took the half board and dinner was table service with elegant table setting so made the experience very fancy. Dessert can be improved but we feel for the price we paid, it was an amazing stay.

Worst Experience ever in 38 Years of Travelling,Non Existent Customer Service,Raw burgers served then asked if we wanted them cooked more!He proceeded to take the bugers away and went to the other restaurant for 20 mins with no information given to us.We walked to the other Restaurant where we saw hm now serving people and told the Woman icharge what happened she asked did wecwant new burgers?
The Restaurant did not serve food to outside area only inside!,This is in Spain!
No Pool bar open in late April?
My Partner asked about massage advertised at reception was told to use qr code which is fine except that link led to a price list with only an email and phone number for the Hotel?
Lack of Staff Training is Very Prevalent the whole system is Very Disjointed with a severe lack of information for guests.
There was a Major power outage in Spain while we were there but this is nothing to do with my review.
We checked out of the hotel after 2 days

Previous reply from the hotel said they had renewed some of the more expensive rooms - but you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a decent night’s sleep.

Certainly not a 4* hotel

This is the 3rd stay at this hotel. The previous stays were just like this one.

The room we had was badly maintained, cracked floor & wall tiles. The wardrobe was in fact some kind of make shift unit. (See the photo) The shower door was difficult to open. We are slim, anyone who wasn't slim would struggle to actually get in the shower! Breakfast was really disappointing and the actual room for breakfasts is more like a canteen than a facility within a 4* hotel.

One particular positive, the staff particularly for breakfast - one man run off his feet trying to keep on top of cleaning up, top up the available food and register clients as they came in for breakfast and still remain professional.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the centre of Elche. The gardens surrounding the hotel are charming as is the pool area.

But, this hotel needs a revamp and certainly isn't a 4* hotel.

Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good.
The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking.
Access to Elche by foot was excellent.

Bathroom was dated, terrible shower, and shower screen leaked. Definitely not the bathroom of a 4* hotel.

On our journey from northern Spain to Almeria it was great stop off. Secure safe parking. A spacious room with a big bathroom, all immaculate. Staff cheerful and friendly with good English (sorry, I should have better Spanish). On site restaurant very good. the town itself, or the bits we found were quiet. Fantastic pool, safe with a lifeguard. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel and an exceptional breakfast. The reception desk is excellent and always happy to help. One downside as to why i didnt give all 5 stars is the towels in the room. They are like cardboard and you could almost stand them up. Please invest in some new soft ones

The restaurant was fantastic. Special thanks to Sebastian who looked after us well and the rest of the staff too. We loved how traditionally Spanish the hotel was and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the sound proofing wasn't very good and woke up a few times because of various noises. The shower in our room (129) was absolutely terrible though. Just buy a new shower head because that really was the worst hotel shower I have had. But it did the job. All in all a great hotel only a short walk to town and, as we were visiting someone at the local hospital, very convenient to get there too.

The setting around this hotel is lovely. Very peaceful and relaxing. Parking was very convenient. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful. We didn’t want to leave the room it was so nice. The breakfast was very good - lots of choices of both not and cold food. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed the hotel, the setting was lovely, staff very helpful, cleaners very good and charming, evening meal was a bit on the small side but well presented, not used to a set menu these days but restaurant was charming and staff could not do enough. If I was to visit again would go for bed and breakfast option but only so I could eat properly in the restaurant from the house menu.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are a little dated but the service and the staff make this place a worthwhile visit. Walking distance to the town was a bonus and on site restaurant meant we didn’t have to leave the complex to get a decent meal. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m very hard to please so well done to all the staff for being so amazing at your job. I would recommend and go back in a heartbeat

The hotel staff was very helpful with our questions. The hotel is located very close by to “huerto del cura”, a palm grove. Here in Elche, the biggest in Europe. It was a lovely walk there. Also, the hotel restaurant was delicious with dishes that integrated local ingredients.
I wish the pool had closed at 10, instead of 8pm. We didn’t get the chance to refresh there

Good air con as it was hot when we were there. Pool area very quiet, we had lunch there one day, good quality and good value. Nice breakfast but one morning ran out of most pastries before 9am. Fresh orange juice was lovely. Beds comfy but bit squeaky.

Hotel restaurant and bar provided good choice of menu. Buffet breakfast in the morning was fresh with hot and cold choices provided.

there is no kettle I could nt boil water when I felt ill as I suffer with acidity in my stomach. nobody told me that I had to pay using the water from the fridge in the room. The distance is not bad from town, but still a lot in the hot weather. I rained heavily and I was not equipped with an umbrella.

All seamed very pricy I had a look at the menus and it is not for everyone.
The stuff are all the same everywhere; they smile. I did not need extra help or anything.

Our second stay at the Jardin Milenio - we're house hunting in Elche. As any purchase moves forward we will be staying here again. Ideally suited for couples, maturer couples / wrinklies. Not really kids orientated. 5 min walk to Historic Old Town cafes and bars.

Pleasant hotel close to town centre

This hotel was a very acceptable overnight stop being just a short walk from the town centre but quietly located and easy to find. Our room was large and comfortable and, for speed and convenience, we ate in the 'cafeteria' just off the entrance lobby. We had a lovely fresh Caesar salad and the smallest portion ever of lasagne - but even that suited us! We did feel it was about mean to charge for car parking given the amount of parking available and the out-of-town location.

The hotel was very quiet during our stay but it was only 5 nights in October so we don't know what it would be like in July or August. The room was fine (but don't turn the shower taps too far), the pool area was very relaxing, the bar/cafeteria was pleasant although hot breakfast choices were not replenished during the morning. We did not sample the adjoining restaurant.
We only had a short walk to reach the centre of Elche.

Me and my bf stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much! It is close to town about 7mins walk, the swimming pool is clean and not crowded, the room size are very spacious and clean, shower is very powerful, the staff are very helpful, we had breakfast almost everyday and never got tired of it and the dinner in the restaurant is amazing! If I have to go back to Elche again i would pick this hotel again!

Although the hotel was well appointed and the bedroom comfortable, we were disappointed at having to pay for water from the mini bar and would have expected 2 complimentary bottles to be provided as has been our experience at other 4 star hotels.
The hot breakfast items were only luke warm, so cold by the time we sat down and the hot water for the tea was tepid.
The breakfast staff were very keen to please but not as much \"on the bass\" as they should have been.
Overall a disappointing experience.

This was a one night stay. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the city centre. It's in a good location and has good views of the local palms. A hotel which has a retro charm . Good spacious clean bedroom and a great shower. Not sure how effective the air conditioning was, but the room stayed cool enough for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a buffet style with hot and cold food. No cold milk for cereal though. Overall an enjoyable stay.

All in all a lovely hotel all be it basic but comfortable I slept very well there at felt at home. It could do with updating the hairdryers from the awful machine attached to the wall that barely puffs air out and takes about half an hr to dry your hair and watch out for the attacking shower curtain most annoying! Also no in room tea or coffee facilities and the curtains are thin so the room gets light very early and street lights show through.The gym is very small more like a big shower room with old cv equipment in and a few weighs knocking around, least you sweat in there though!
