This Hotel is near the airport but in an area that overlooks wasteland. My poor review is based on that i paid for a room with a balcony (that i paid extra for ) and got a room without one.
The only answer i got was no room available with balcony, but they then refused to refund the extra i had paid. I wonder how many others have been duped this way ?
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Will not be recommending nor returning here.

Great value for a basic sleepover
We have stayed here a few times now as it's near the airport. It's a basic but comfortable place for a stopover. The room was clean, small sachets of toiletries were given. There is a hairdryer. Air con very good. There is a fridge in reception which you can buy drinks from. There are other snacks available to buy. Breakfast is available for a fee. Parking is free outside on the street. Good WiFi. Walkable in to town for bars and restaurants. 5 mins drive from airport.

Ok for a one night stay before a flight but the hotel room was not clean and there were many squashed mosquitoes on the walls .
Obviously someone had smoked in our allocated room as the smell of cigarette smoke was bad but the owners tried to hide this with plug in air fresheners .
Aircon worked well and the shower was powerfully.
Some nice Spanish bars just around the corner .

We were very late arriving due to problems with the car hire at Alicante airport but the night receptionist was very good even at 03.30 am when we eventually arrived

This is a simple hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the mattress was firm, which I like. It was cool at night, but I found a blanket in the closet. I turned on the air conditioner to warm it up a bit.The airport is close.I didn't have any problems.

We always stay here if we need a bed for the night when flying in or out of Alicante. It is so convenient for the airport. The rooms are basic and a bit tired but have what you need.. good air con necessary in the recent heat. Good wifi. Parking is easy and free in the street outside. Plenty of tapas bars within 2 to 5 minutes walk. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Value for money excellent.

Great little family run hotel. Basic, but exceptionally clean. Helpful staff who booked us an early morning taxi to the airport. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus we weren't expecting.
There was a small restaurant area in reception, but we didn't use it as not there at the time it was open. We walked to the beach, which was a good half an hour's walk away, but worth the effort. In the evening we wandered around the town and found a nice bar for tapas and wine. (Quite a few places to choose from).

Our room was disgusting, stains all over the walls, dirty socks stuffed round a smoke detector, shower was broken, no bath plug and walls paper thin. I’m glad it was just for a few hours before catching an early flight. The room was very overpriced.

The guy that ran the front desk was absolutely excellent! We had a hard time figuring out the buses and he printed out the bus schedules to go into the city and to the airport. He even highlighted the stops and times for us! He check on us each day when we walked in to make sure we were doing okay! He made our trip so much easier!

My room was next to the lift and could hear all the time ppl passing, ppl talking, too noisy Hostal far away from town, during the night, we could hear ppl on the street or in the others room or passing by us, and also there are a light on the ceiling all time switch on as emergency light, it did not hep to have light while trying to sleep, shampoo was in individuals sachets that I had to buy a proper bottle to use 3 nights as could be enough to wash the hair, and the location of hotel is far away from the touristic points and also far away from the train station, you will need to take a bus and they do not follow the timelines and there run by hour which means if you miss one, you need to wait one hour. It makes our visit quite tiredness

Hotel in poor condition.Toilet wouldn't refill after first flush. Room changed to one smelling awful - a smoker had been there. Main light flashing, door card didn't work - additional key but door didn't lock at all from inside or outside. Staff member pleasant enough.

This hotel was under 10 minutes from the airport so great for an overnight stay before an early flight. It is basic but its comfortable and has everything required in the room. There are restaurants and bars around within 5 minutes walk and the recommendation by hotel staff for our evening meal was excellent. There is parking on the road outside for free. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and booked our taxi in the morning.

Returning late by car from Seville, we required an economical hotel prior to travelling to Valencia the next day. Ease of access to the airport and car returns, as well as to downtown Alicante.

Stayed here for one night as we had a early flight the next day, the location is great if you want to get to the airport. The room was nice and clean and well presented. The staff where helpfull and friendly as they where able to pre book a taxi for the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay to get to Alicante Airport. The town it is located in is nice but a little quite, but there are enough cafes and restaurants to eat out in the evening.

This is a basic, no frills hotel very close to Alicante airport (about 6 mins by taxi). We stayed here for one night due to our late night arrival into Alicante. Although very basic, we were welcomed by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were very clean, and they provided sheets, blankets, clean towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. The taxi from Alicante airport cost us about €12 and the reception is open 24/7 which gave us peace of mind. Upon arrival, we were given two remote controls, one for the television and the other for the AC unit - neither of which we used. We were also given the code for Wi-Fi, which again we didn't use. Apart from the obvious occasional noise of airplanes, the hotel was quiet. We could hear the neighbours in the next room when they used their shower, however. They offer basic breakfast for a fee, but again we didn't use. The staff were very helpful in calling us a taxi back to the airport to pick up our hire car. Overall, we were happy for the convenience, the comfort and the cost and would highly recommend if you need a short stopover near the airport.

It was perfect for our purposes. We were in the area for 2 days to take care of some business, and Meseguer was ideal. It's close to the airport and has free parking in the street outside for a hire car. It's location makes it easy to get to Elche, Alicante, Santa Pola and surrounding areas.

Spotless, safe, but if you are coming in on late flight from the airport, make sure you buy supplies of drinks and snacks , because there is nothing open in this part of town after midnight , very basic but more than adequate

A convenient stopover
I flew into Alicante Airport in the late evening but had to pick up my children from their flights on the following morning. Trip Advisor told me of a couple of places to stay overnight and I chose this Hostal. It turned out to be a very good choice. Free parking in the street outside. good access for a wheelchair (if needed) and reception manned 24 hours meant that it was fine for a stopover. There was no restaurant, only a vending machine in the foyer. Check-in and out were easy, the room small but adequate.

This hotel is perfect for a stopover. The room is well furnished, reasonably spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. The shower was excellent with a powerful jet. The bed was quite hard but that is a plus for me.
The hotel itself was fairly characterless and seemed more like a students' hall of residence rather than a hotel.
The staff were friendly and competent and spoke reasonably good English. I would recommend the hotel as a perfect stopover for anyone arriving at Alicante late at night or leaving early in the morning. Unfortunately, the town itself didn't seem to offer that much.

Covenient and clean hotel
We stayed for one night prior to catching an early flight home. The receptionist said he would alarm- call us at 4a.m. and order a taxi to the airport for 4.45a.m. We did not get the alarm call but fortunately awoke just after 4 a.m. and were able to be ready in time for the taxi which arrived at 4.35 a.m.

The check in was smooth. The rooms as I said were very small and the air conditioning did not work well. The breakfast was expensive at 12 Euros, so we went to a nearby cafe and had breakfast for 4.5 Euros. The staff was friendly and we watched a football game in the lobby. Others watched with us and were allowed to open up a bottle of wine. People had dogs with them and everyone seemed to be content. It took us less than 10 minutes to get from here to the airport.

Used hotel when I needed to stay close to Alicante airport as I had an early morning flight. Hotel located 5 minutes and a €12 taxi ride from airport.
Hotel room was small with single bed, with en-suite but was very clean with comfortable bed. What more could you ask for for €25!!
Numerous local tapas bars within a short walking distance.
Would definitely recomend and would stay there again.
